Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Hearing the woman’s cries, Jia Yan simply sneered and shook his head, then pushed open the room door and walked to his own room.

As a cold-blooded creature, Jia Yan was just a mosquito. He didn’t think he had the fervor to help a non-Earth being.

Xiao Ya was sobbing her heart out in her room, while Jia Yan on the other side ignored her.

For him, whether she chose death or life, the most he could do was stay away and not witness her seeking death.

The next day, as Jia Yan shifted his focus back to his avatar from cultivating with his true body, he frowned uncomfortably.

It turned out that his next-door neighbor, Xiao Ya, was actually kneeling outside his room, waiting in agony.

And there Xiao Ya knelt at the door of Jia Yan’s room, looking like she was about to collapse.

For her, perhaps she didn’t even know why she was doing this, because she also didn’t think that ’Mr. Moke’ actually had such formidable strength; she was just someone who had almost lost all hope, desperately clinging to the last straw.

She didn’t know if Jia Yan would help her; Jia Yan’s attitude towards her had never changed. He was just a neighbor who would exchange a few pleasantries.

Yet, since this black-haired neighbor, Jia Yan, had moved in over half a month ago, she had seen the small gangs hanging around the area diminish, and even the force that demanded ’protection money’ from her disappeared. Moreover, it seemed to reveal a hint of fear towards this neighbor of hers, which made her confident in Jia Yan’s strength.

”Mr. Moke, please help me out, I know you’re there, it’s just a simple task for you. Whatever you want me to do afterward, I am willing,” Xiao Ya pleaded while kneeling there.

Creak.

The door opened, and Jia Yan walked out with a somewhat unpleasant expression.

”Tell me, what do you want me to help you with?” he shook his head and asked.

This wasn’t about wanting to help the other person; Jia Yan just didn’t want to be bothered by her. If it really was a simple task, why not help?

”My sister, named Little Xun, has been taken by a lord, supposedly to become a maid. But I’ve heard nothing from her ever since. Instead, a force has been demanding money from me under the pretense of my sister’s safety. A few days ago, they sent over a severed finger, claiming it was my sister’s. If I can’t come up with one million Auster Yuan, they’ll kill my sister.”

Xiao Ya spoke rapidly, roughly explaining the situation to Jia Yan.

Jia Yan nodded; this was just a common occurrence, or rather, in this Three No-Care Area, such things were everywhere.

”Tell me, where is this force?” Jia Yan asked.

”Mr. Moke, you drove that force out of this area a few days ago,” Xiao Ya bit her lip. Actually, a part of her reason for wanting to end it all was because Jia Yan had driven away that force, and she didn’t know what would happen to her sister after the amputation, so she was desperate.

”I remember now.” Jia Yan was startled for a moment, then nodded.

He did recall a force like that; it was not long after he had just rented this room when a creature, resembling a three-headed monster, came looking for Xiao Ya and was rude to Jia Yan as he passed by.

Jia Yan was in hiding not to seek discomfort, and as a result, that three-headed monster and its supporting force were beaten up by Jia Yan all the way to their doorstep.

He didn’t expect this force to be related to the neighbor.

Jia Yan closed his eyes.

Xiao Ya watched Jia Yan, with a glimmer of hope shining in her eyes.

”Alright, found it,” Jia Yan turned to Xiao Ya and spoke.

”Found it?” Xiao Ya looked at Jia Yan incredulously, then turned her head to look around, as if there was no one around.

She remembered a rumor that strong ones could sense things from far away. Could her neighbor also have such an ability?

”Right, I’ll give you the address, you go fetch your sister yourself. I have other things to do,” Jia Yan said impatiently.

”Me go fetch her? But...” Xiao Ya’s face froze.

”Go on, everyone from that force is dead, there’s some money in their headquarters, it’s all yours and your sister’s now. Also, I hope you won’t appear in my sight again, goodbye.”

Jia Yan spoke coldly and then left directly.

His words were definitely true, as soon as Xiao Ya mentioned that force had had a clash with him, he knew which one it was. His Brainwave Power lashed out, and the force’s headquarters were instantaneously massacred!

He was not in a particularly good mood, wandering on this planet, gradually becoming less fond of the slums that had initially interested him.

Because of his great power, he could sense some inhumane things happening nearby.

”Sigh, seems I can no longer remain calm. Next time I’ll change my identity. Really wish I could return to Earth and enjoy some peaceful days,” Jia Yan sighed helplessly.

Meanwhile, in the area affected by his Brainwave Power, Xiao Ya could hardly believe it and started walking in the direction Jia Yan had indicated.

In this half-month, the image of Jia Yan as her neighbor echoed in her mind. She felt that this seemingly strong person might have some worries, and his mood seemed unstable. If such a person was a strong one, then she thought the distance between strong ones and ordinary people wasn’t that far.

They, too, would have emotions and be troubled by various matters.

Xiao Ya arrived at a dilapidated street, but it seemed the area was teeming with unfriendly creatures roaming about.

Reaching a large storefront, Xiao Ya saw it was a spaceship repair shop, and she was momentarily breathless.

”Not right, Mosquito said, that influence is just a front for a disguise; I’ll go and take a look.” Xiao Ya psyched herself up and then pushed the door open to enter the fairly luxurious store.

”Uh?” Afterwards, her shocked voice rang out within the shop.

It turned out that many creatures inside the shop were lying on the ground, including Auster people, Ru Lan Empire people, and some creatures whose species she couldn’t even recognize.

It was only after Xiao Ya saw the corpse of the Three-headed Monster that had once threatened her, she finally confirmed that this was the place of that force.

”Could it be that Mosquito, while speaking to me, had killed these creatures from such a distance? So powerful! Is this what a Strong One is...” Xiao Ya’s eyes nearly popped out of her head.

At the same time, she glanced around, and once she knew Mosquito’s capabilities were so vast, she suddenly felt like there were eyes watching her from her surroundings.

She courageously skirted past several corpses, walked to the back of the shop, and searched through room after room.

Finally, upon opening a room and discovering a passage leading to the basement, she saw the person she had been longing to meet.

”Sister!” A little girl, about the size of a seven or eight-year-old Earth person, jumped out from a group of young creatures and hugged her.

”Little Xun? Is it really you, Little Xun! Don’t cry. Sister will get you out of here.” Xiao Ya said this, but tears streamed down her face.

A few minutes later, when Xiao Ya, the young Auster girl, was leading a group of young creatures out of the shop, she looked in a certain direction and then said something to the group of little creatures.

Afterwards, they all bowed in the direction where Jia Yan’s rented house was.

”Heh, these kids.”

At the same time, Jia Yan, walking on the street, smiled.

This was arguably the only thing that made Jia Yan somewhat happy in the past few days.

”Hmm?”

Just as Jia Yan saw Xiao Ya leading a group of kids onto a dilapidated vehicle, ready to leave the city, possibly even leaving the planet to start a new life.

Jia Yan trembled slightly!

He looked up.

At the same time, the monitoring stations of several major powers on Planet Sanbuguan also detected something unusual.

It turned out that outside this planet, a fleet of battleships, like small boats cutting through the waves in the ocean, were slowly approaching from the deep space outside the universe.

Thousands of kilometers away, within the range of Jia Yan’s Brainwave Power sensing, he could sense something as well; his expression was somewhat solemn as he continued looking towards the sky.

”Auster Empire battleships? How did they come here?”

Seeing this fleet of battleships, Jia Yan chewed over their intentions with curiosity.

After all, the Auster Empire should not yet be completely defeated; it was, after all, an empire with an extremely vast Starfield range. Even if the opponent’s strength was something the Auster Empire could not resist, it seemed unlikely that right after Jia Yan’s recent arrival on this planet, the Auster Empire would be driven out of its own territory so quickly.

So Jia Yan was curious.

”To the inhabitants of the Nameless Planet, we have come here with no ill intentions. We have only come in search of two people; please do not misinterpret our actions.”

As Jia Yan was sensing everything above him, a signal suddenly came from the flagship of those deep-space battleships.

Although this signal was sent to the several major powers, who was Jia Yan? He instantly received the opposite party’s message.

”Looking for someone?”

Jia Yan curiously looked at the pictures of the individuals they were seeking to find that were sent by the opposite party.

Then he laughed.

”How coincidental are the affairs of this world. Such a coincidence.”

Xiao Ya and Little Xun are sisters who were sent to this planet when they were very young.

They barely had any childhood memories to begin with, especially Little Xun, who has been with her sister ever since she could remember.

As for elder sister Xiao Ya, she seemed to recall a bit more; she remembered being a girl who didn’t need to worry much about life, but after their mother died, she and her sister were sent here.

She had wondered if that was all just a dream because it was completely different from the life she now lived.

Her sister had also been kidnapped, and all of this was a world apart from the dream.

But on this day, she found out that none of it was a dream!

”Princess, you have suffered so much! Your old servant has finally found you.”

When an aged man embraced Xiao Ya, she stood there, completely stunned.

In her hands, she still held her sister, followed by a string of rescued children of various species.
