I Sell Mobile Phones Like a Swindler, and Customers Beg Me Not to Go Out of Business

45: Chapter 45 Bai Jingqing Wins Without Even Trying”This 200 yuan coupon already makes it clear: Li Xiang Phone looks down on us gamers. They think we’re making such a fuss just because of two hundred yuan! This is not about the two hundred yuan at all, damn it; this is about our dignity as gamers!”

”Brothers, by comparison, Boss Bai seems much more conscientious! Such an awesome xiaomi 5, and he sells it for only 2999! And he never plays tricks; as long as you transfer the money, the order is processed within an hour, and it’s definitely shipped out within a day!”

”Boss Bai’s shipping is really fast. I placed an order this morning, and the phone arrived in the afternoon! And everything is sent via Shunfeng; you can always trust the reliability of Shunfeng logistics! Looking at Li Xiang Technology, the behavior of this so-called big company is truly chilling. Let’s go support Boss Bai together!”

”I hadn’t bought a xiaomi phone before because I was worried it was a knockoff, afraid it wouldn’t have after-sales service, and worried about getting scammed. Now it seems my worries were completely unnecessary. If I had bought a phone from a big company like Ideal, that’s when I’d truly be scammed to the bone! Brothers, I’m going for a xiaomi phone too! If I place an order now, I wonder if it can be delivered by tomorrow?”

”So many people are really praising the xiaomi phone; I have no choice but to buy one now. Look at the behavior of the Li Xiang dog company—can anyone give me a reason not to buy a xiaomi?”

”Does Li Xiang Phone have any core technology to sell it so expensively? They only know how to talk big. They claim to have been optimizing with Tencent for so many years, yet it’s still optimized like shit! Xiaomi is the one truly working in a down-to-earth manner. I bet even Tencent hasn’t heard of what a xiaomi phone is, yet they can optimize honor of kings to over 30 frames! Even if it is a knockoff, it’s the most awesome knockoff! Brothers, let’s go for the xiaomi phone!”

With many people on the forum sharing their experiences and persuading others, those netizens who were still on the fence finally chose to take action and bought a xiaomi phone directly.

Bai Jingqing hadn’t done anything, yet he won without even trying!

He really hadn’t expected that after the teaser for the ideal a8 Pro was released, his phones would sell even more vigorously!

The notifications of transfers into his bank account were endless every day; his phone was almost constantly going ”ding-dong, ding-dong.”

On this day, the sales of the xiaomi 5 completely took off!

Of course, Bai Jingqing didn’t notice this right away; it was his two employees who told him.

To ship the xiaomi phones to customers faster, he had hired two employees specifically to watch his old phone. As soon as there was any transfer notification, they would pack a phone immediately and ship it to the address provided. As for himself, he was using a modified xiaomi 6.

Today, when he woke up late and returned to the phone shop, he heard his two employees complaining to him.

”Boss Bai, this work is really too tiring. You only pay us 100 yuan a day; we really can’t keep doing this! Maybe you should find someone else; we want to quit!”

”Yeah, Boss Bai, wrapping tape all day, my hands are almost getting tenosynovitis! It’s really too tiring!”

Bai Jingqing was a bit puzzled: ”100 yuan a day isn’t exactly a small wage, and there isn’t much work every day either! You just help pack the phones when someone buys one; how tiring can that be?”

However, the two of them said: ”100 yuan a day is indeed quite high, and it really wasn’t too tiring before, and there wasn’t much work. But today, I don’t know what happened; there are an especially large number of orders! Look, only a few hours have passed since morning, and there are already so many orders. In less than two hours, we’ve already packed over 100 units! Our hands haven’t stopped all morning!”

As they spoke, they pointed to the pile of phone boxes stacked like a small mountain next to them, all of which were packed and ready to be sent to the courier point at noon.

Even Bai Jingqing was taken aback: ”Huh? What time is it?! Did I oversleep?”

He checked his watch; it was only around 9:00 AM. He had thought it was already 1:00 or 2:00 PM. But it was only 9:00 AM, and they had already sold so many units? If that was the case, then this work was indeed a bit tiring!

Bai Jingqing didn’t know what was going on, so he could only console them first: ”Don’t quit. I’ll raise your pay to 150 a day, and I’ll hire a few more people later. When you all work together, it should be easier. For now, just bear with it. Since people have chosen to buy our phones, we have to get the phones into their hands as soon as possible!”

Hearing about the pay raise, the two workers immediately regained their motivation and continued helping to pack.

Bai Jingqing sat behind the counter, deep in thought. At this moment, he was still a bit confused, not knowing what had happened.

According to the sales of the previous few days, there certainly weren’t this many. He didn’t know what was up with today; orders had suddenly skyrocketed!

He turned on his phone and entered the honor of kings game forum. After browsing the posts for a while, he finally realized that it was because the ideal a8 Pro was about to be released!

”So that’s it!” Bai Jingqing felt very pleased.

It turns out the xiaomi 5 selling well is all thanks to the competition! In that case, hasn’t Li Xiang Technology become a total clown? Then their advertising was all for nothing? Ah, no, not for nothing—it was advertising for my xiaomi phone!

They advertised so aggressively, yet who would have thought that in the end, it was my xiaomi phone that saw a surge in sales!

Xue Haixin, oh Xue Haixin, you’re actually a pretty good guy!

If it keeps selling at this rate, wouldn’t his points skyrocket? Before long, he might even be able to unlock most of the items in the System Mall!

After understanding what had happened, he quickly fulfilled his promise. He went out to the labor market and hired three more people, paying them 150 a day, and put them in charge of packing and shipping.

With five people helping in the shop, the pressure on everyone was much lower, and the speed of shipping was truly much faster.

Basically, after the friends placed their orders, they could be packed within half an hour. Once 100 orders were gathered, they would be pushed to the Shunfeng courier point to be sent out together, and at most, they would arrive in the user’s hands within two days.

This rapid shipping speed of xiaomi also won praise from many users on the forum.

”It’s really hard to imagine that this is something a knockoff phone manufacturer can achieve; even the logistics are done so well! It’s much more awesome than those big companies! When I bought the li xiang a7 before, I also bought it online, and it took a week to arrive. Dammit! I really regret it more the more I think about it; it feels like the money was thrown to the pigs! From now on, I will prioritize xiaomi for all phones!”
