I Sell Mobile Phones Like a Swindler, and Customers Beg Me Not to Go Out of Business

38: Chapter 38 The Spirited Chairman XueIt was evening.

Pang Xietang had been given the cold shoulder at Bai Jingqing’s phone store, and returned to his own store, crestfallen and dejected.

Lying on his recliner, the more he thought about it, the more unsettled he felt.

Why wasn’t it quite the same as what Chairman Xue had said?

Chairman Xue had only guessed the first half correctly, but he hadn’t guessed the second half!

He felt this matter was quite unusual, so he thought he should report it to Xue Haixin immediately, and promptly called Xue Haixin.

But he hadn’t expected that Xue Haixin would still be in a meeting at this time.

At this moment, Xue Haixin could be described as high-spirited.

As a director of Li Xiang Phone, he had launched many classic phone models during his tenure, and helped Li Xiang Phone carve out a unique path in the high-end market.

First, he focused on a ”sea of devices” strategy, launching a wide variety of phones, targeting low, medium, and high tiers, capturing the largest share of the Longguo mobile phone market.

Secondly, he launched the top-tier flagship Ideal A series, establishing a firm foothold in the high-end market.

Currently, only Li Xiang Phone could sell high-end phones for ten thousand yuan and receive consumer recognition.

Now he had bet on another path, which was the path of honor of kings.

He had started laying the groundwork long ago, proactively contacting Tencent for collaboration, and specially optimizing the performance of Tencent games on Li Xiang Phone.

At the meeting right now, he was spiritedly recounting his own foresight.

”At that time, I already had a premonition that honor of kings would inevitably become a massive hit!”

”Back then, I had already sent people to contact those at Tencent, learning of their plan to merge all similar game projects into one.”

”At that time, I was wondering, if all project resources were merged into a single project, wouldn’t the resources for this project be a bit too much?”

”And as for the carrier of these resources, which is our phone, wouldn’t it be unable to handle it?”

”At that time, we arranged for engineers to go to Tencent to start testing and optimizing this game. You could say that basically, as honor of kings was being developed, we were following along with testing and optimization, which is how we achieved today’s results.”

”Our previously launched ideal a8, even compared to other phones on the market, is quite impressive, capable of maintaining stability at around 25 frames.”

”And now, our upcoming ideal a8 Pro is an absolute performance flagship!”

”According to our tests, ideal a8 Pro can now run honor of kings at a very stable 30 frames!”

”Everyone here might not know what this concept means, but you can search online right now, go to well-known domestic gaming forums, and see what everyone is saying.”

”I believe they must all be complaining that no phone can maintain a stable 30 frames! Even including our old rival Myphone, Apple!”

”But now, our ideal a8 Pro has done it!”

”Everyone knows, Apple’s thermal management is garbage. Its A-series chips have theoretically strong performance, but if it doesn’t pile on the cooling, the heat generated inside the phone while playing games simply won’t dissipate, and it will still feel laggy and hot to the touch, so that theoretical performance is actually completely useless!”

”And this time, the theoretical performance of our ideal a8 Pro, equipped with the Ideal 6-series overclocked chip, is not much worse than Myphone’s processor!”

”This time, we will comprehensively surpass Apple, and become the strongest mobile phone manufacturer in the world!”

”Bravo!”

Hearing this, many people applauded one after another; they all greatly admired the high-spirited man in front of them.

Look at him—slicked hair, suited and booted, a man of fine appearance, talking eloquently at this moment; he is simply the template of a successful man!

However, Xue Haixin could indeed be considered a very successful person.

”As expected of Chairman Xue, possessing such foresight! To have foreseen this step so early, it’s truly brilliant planning!”

”Too impressive, Chairman Xue. We should have let Chairman Xue become a company director earlier. Look at how much progress our company has made since Chairman Xue became a director!”

”Our mobile phone business is still rising steadily, and for Li Xiang Technology to reach the position of the number one domestic mobile phone brand today, I think Chairman Xue definitely deserves the credit!”

Listening to the flattery from the group, Xue Haixin was high-spirited and smug.

At this moment, he certainly wouldn’t think about how he had climbed up by stepping on the bones of others.

He had used schemes to trick his old classmate, completely annexing Huayao Technology, which was how Li Xiang Phone achieved its status today.

But regarding this matter, Li Xiang Technology usually stayed silent, because this matter was indeed not very honorable.

Just at this moment, Xue Haixin’s phone began to vibrate.

He took out his phone and glanced at it, discovering the caller ID was noted as [Store Across the Street], and he was instantly annoyed.

Yes, even until now, he didn’t even know the name of the owner of the phone store across the street who often tipped him off, so he just saved him as [Store Across the Street], meaning the phone store opposite Bai Jingqing’s store.

It could be seen that Xue Haixin looked down on Pang Xietang entirely.

”Damn this kind of person! Back then, I only had some contact with you because of that kid from the Bai family, and look at you, you’re pushing your luck!”

”I gave you such a large batch of goods, and you’re still not satisfied, calling me every other day!”

”Do you know how busy I am right now?! Let me tell you, don’t you dare call me again unless it’s something important!”

”I’m busy with something very important right now, do you know that? Can you take responsibility if it gets delayed? This is a major matter that concerns the life and death of our Ideal company! Get lost!”

Saying this, Xue Haixin ended the call and blocked this person directly, not even letting Pang Xietang say a word.

In his heart, he considered Pang Xietang a greedy, insatiable villain.

Previously, he had really wanted to get the document in Bai Jingqing’s hands, but after such a long time, there was still no progress, and he truly felt that this Pang Xietang was completely useless!

He might as well just block him, and as for that document, he would think of other ways later.

Meanwhile, on the other end, Pang Xietang was anxious: ”No, Chairman Xue, why the hell won’t you answer the phone?”

”I have an important matter to report, can you let me say a word? If it weren’t for an important matter to report to you, I wouldn’t be calling you!”

”Who the hell wants to call you, listening to you draw pie-in-the-sky promises every day! Pick up the damn phone! You idiot! F*** your mother! Pick up the phone, you moron! ...”

However, no matter how furiously Pang Xietang cursed on his end of the phone, the other side had already blocked him, and no matter how many more calls he made, Xue Haixin would never receive them.
