Lingering Doting Marriage: Big Boss, Little Sweet Heart

Chapter 2606: Chapter 2615: Fierce Quarrel

Benjamin Sinclair also heard it as a curse, his face suddenly turned extremely unpleasant, and he frowned, his dark eyes staring at him unhappily, ”Are you still dissatisfied with me transferring Alexander into the company? I’ve already discussed this matter with your mom, and she agreed. Bringing him back isn’t to make him compete with you, but Alexander is quite capable, and the company also needs talent, so it’s just a normal talent introduction.”

”His capabilities are good, but which aspect is President Sinclair talking about? Acting? My entertainment company does indeed lack a few talents, but unfortunately, he doesn’t have the looks to mix in the entertainment industry.” Having been with Olivia Lewis for a long time, he had a knack for making people uncomfortable with his words. Watching Benjamin Sinclair’s face grow increasingly unpleasant, he changed his posture and said indifferently, ”President Sinclair, don’t get the wrong idea. I have no interest in what kind of secretary you use, and I suppose my mom thinks the same. Whatever makes you happy.”

The word ’secretary’ pierced the man’s most painful spot.

Benjamin Sinclair initially wanted to get someone onto the Board of Directors. To get someone onto the Board, he even transferred 1% of his shares to Alexander Sinclair.

He thought that would be foolproof, but unexpectedly, the Sullivan Family intervened at this time. As a Director of the Sinclair Corporation, they directly said Alexander Sinclair’s 1% shares were too little and didn’t qualify to enter the Board of Directors. Immediately after, they brought out Old Master Sinclair and suggested he give up the Chairman position to Adam Sinclair. He was cornered at the time and had no choice but to choose to maintain his own position, temporarily giving up the idea of getting Alexander into the Board, turning instead to keep Alexander by his side, nominally acting as his secretary.

Adam Sinclair at this time stressed that Alexander was just a secretary, equivalent to mocking his failed attempt of gain.

Benjamin Sinclair was so upset that he almost fainted, struggling to catch his breath. His eyes turned much colder as he looked at Adam Sinclair again, his lips pressed together, suddenly shifting the topic, ”Are you still dating that star?”

Adam Sinclair frowned, very displeased with his disdainful tone mentioning Olivia Lewis, ”I can handle my own matters. Better take care of yourself!”

Benjamin Sinclair was rebuffed three times in a row, his face completely changed, angrily reprimanding him, ”I don’t want to meddle with you either, but you’d better know your limits. I absolutely won’t agree to a star entering our Sinclair Family! Especially a star with a bad reputation!”

Olivia Lewis was Adam Sinclair’s Achilles’ heel and bottom line. Hearing this, his handsome face darkened, directly confronting him, ”President Sinclair, clean up your own mess before worrying about others. Whether you agree to her entering the Sinclair Family is not important to me at all! If I want her to enter, she will enter!”

Adam Sinclair in appearance and temperament was originally very similar to Sydney Sullivan, and looked even more alike when being assertive. Benjamin Sinclair’s eyes narrowed to a pinhead, angrily growling, ”Try me! Let’s see how she enters without my consent!”

Adam Sinclair squinted his eyes, meeting his gaze. Their eyes collided in mid-air, seemingly sparking off crackling currents.

Neither side conceded to the other, the atmosphere suddenly becoming frozen.

The driver in the car looked worried, while the man sitting in the passenger seat appeared much happier, almost unable to conceal his smile.

Wishing they would argue even more fiercely!
