Lingering Doting Marriage: Big Boss, Little Sweet Heart

Chapter 1431: Chapter 1431: Enna Clark Goes to the Luxury Store Chapter 1431: Chapter 1431: Enna Clark Goes to the Luxury Store Enna Clark didn’t know that someone had entered after she had left; the moment she stepped out of the hotel, Scott Harris, who had been waiting outside the hotel, called Baron Lawrence, “Lord, Ms. Clark has come out. Should I continue to follow her?”

“Follow!”

“Yes, Lord.”

Having hung up the phone, Scott Harris turned his car around and cautiously followed Enna Clark.

Unaware that someone was trailing her, Enna had left the hotel, hail a cab, and the taxi soon stopped next to her. She opened the door and sat in the backseat.

“Beautiful woman, where to?”

After a moment of thought, Enna replied, “Hmm… go to the shopping mall.”

She wanted to buy a shirt for Baron Lawrence.

She also planned to get a hand warmer for the Old Master.

The pallor of the Old Master’s face seemed to be caused by deficiency and stasis of blood, a condition only warmth could alleviate. Health supplements were surely abundant for someone of the Old Master’s status. It was the hand warmer—a common item—that he might not possess.

But a hand warmer was very useful, more so than any health supplement for warming the hands and body, thereby improving blood circulation.

The shopping mall was near the City Center; the taxi arrived there in no time.

After paying the driver, Enna got out of the car.

The shopping malls of Spirelin City were vast, with luxurious store fronts occupying the area around Pedestrian Street. Just the sight of their spacious layouts hinted at the extravagant prices within.

Enna recalled the names of a few brands that Baron Lawrence usually preferred to wear, looked around, and finally found one.

This store stood out amidst the array of luxury shops.

Decorated with pure black Marble, its bright and spacious gray tiles made it seem more elite than other luxury shops; there wasn’t even a saleswoman stationed at the entrance. It was only after Enna entered that a saleswoman came forward to greet her.

“Welcome, and thank you for coming.”

“I would like to buy a shirt.”

“Certainly. Please follow me,” the saleswoman said, leading her to the left.

In any luxury store, the clothes wouldn’t be packed in tightly; the more expensive the store, the more space was emphasized. The saleswoman took her to a rack lined neatly with shirts and began her introduction. “These are our latest designs for this year, while those on the side are last year’s models. We are currently running a promotion for last year’s models with a 10% discount. Which would you like me to introduce to you?”

Apart from the clothes on the racks, there were some hanging separately on one side. Perhaps seeing how young Enna was dressed, the saleswoman had brought her to this section. Enna knew there was a misunderstanding and explained, “No, I would like to see your runway and bespoke collections.”

Runway collections are the styles worn by models during the fashion shows held by major brands each spring and autumn.

Typically, only a few or a dozen pieces of each style are produced.

Bespoke collections, however, are even pricier. They are specially made by designers, usually by hand, and there’s only one unique piece for each season.

The clothes Baron Lawrence wore were mostly bespoke, and even the designers would get his measurements and photos to tailor-make them for him.

With him not being here, Enna Clark couldn’t find a designer to custom-make an outfit for him. She could only choose from the ready-made seasonal bespoke collections from the brands.

“My friend prefers bespoke,” said Enna.

The saleswoman seemed somewhat surprised, seemingly not expecting her to ask for handcrafted bespoke pieces. Upon first seeing Enna, she thought she might be the kind of girl from a moderately wealthy family but not that rich—what they call a second generation from a wealthy family. Therefore, she had led her straight to the cheaper section and even pointed out the discounted items.
