The Deadly Hitwoman: The Heiress's Special Abilities

Chapter 240: Chapter 240: Don’t Tell Me You Like Uncle Yun?

He wanted to get married, not recruit a subordinate. What could she do for him? And do something she doesn’t want to do? Su Yu really wanted to crack open Han Jing’s head to see what kind of nonsense she was thinking about.

Han Jing was even more confused: ”Really?”

If that’s really the case, then isn’t she getting a great deal?

Wow, it’s like a pie falling from the sky!

Su Yu couldn’t be bothered to respond to her. He never spoke false words, and such trivial questions did not require his answer.

Han Jing persisted and continued to ask: ”But I’m pregnant, does that matter?”

Aren’t men usually concerned about face? Marrying a woman who’s carrying another man’s child. Is his mind okay?

But then... Han Jing’s eyes suddenly widened.

She suddenly remembered, the rumors in Capital City about Su Yu were... he liked men, he preferred men!

So, the reason Su Yu wanted to marry her was just to cover up his scandal?

Han Jing looked at Su Yu with uncertainty, the more she thought about it, the more she felt, this was the most likely reason.

Otherwise, just based on Su Yu’s face alone, how many women would cry and beg to marry him? Why would he need to find someone like her?

And now it seems, he must actually care about other people’s opinions, and she just happens to be the ready-made candidate, a two-for-one deal, he gets a wife and child all at once, how cost-effective! Marrying her can shut others’ mouths, covering up the fact he likes men.

And plus, he’s also a superpower user, and so is she. The two of them, they are people with shared secrets.

Thinking about it this way, there really isn’t a more suitable candidate than her.

Han Jing suddenly felt relieved.

But then...

Han Jing blinked and asked quietly, ”You don’t happen to like Uncle Yun, do you?”

Su Yu’s perpetually calm face finally showed a trace of change. He stood up and walked straight towards Han Jing.

Han Jing felt a bit scared and instinctively stepped back two steps, thinking, Oh no, did she hit the nail on the head, and now he’s angry and wants to silence her?

”You, you want to do...” The last ”what” had not yet come out and was blocked.

Su Yu pressed down on Han Jing’s shoulder, directly lowered his head, and his warm lips sealed her babbling mouth.

Han Jing’s cold lips were suddenly enveloped by warmth, and she widened her eyes in shock. Su Yu, however, held her head in place to prevent her from moving around.

Then he deepened the kiss.

Their lips and teeth met, and Han Jing couldn’t help but tremble slightly.

Su Yu’s kiss, like his personality, wasn’t gentle but rather had a kind of venting roughness.

It almost made Han Jing unable to catch her breath.

He was very tall, and this domineering kiss with his head lowered made Han Jing a bit unsteady. She instinctively reached out to grab his clothes, only to be enclosed in his arms. Through the fabric, she could feel the heat from his body, like a blazing fire, it made her who was naturally cold, feel like she was infused with an inexplicable warmth. For the first time, an unfamiliar, trembling feeling spread through her limbs, making her feel as if she was on a shaky sea, unable to find a point of support.

Something in Han Jing’s mind seemed to explode with a bang, leaving her mind blank, even forgetting to react.

Not considering that already forgotten night, this was the first time Su Yu kissed a woman, and unexpectedly, it wasn’t bad at all.
