CEO's Reborn Wife

Chapter 1998: Chapter 2006: She’s Beautiful

After the young man finished speaking, he entered the password and then slowly pushed the door open, stepping inside, glancing at the person standing at the doorway not entering, he directly reached out and pulled them inside.

”Brother Strongman, quickly take a look at the big surprise I mentioned, what do you think, do you like it?” The young man pushed James Black into the room, then stood to the side, banging the main gate shut with his foot.

The room’s window curtains were drawn, heavy curtains blocking most of the light from outside the window, James Black was suddenly pulled in and took a good few seconds to adjust to the light inside the room.

A few seconds later, he reevaluated the room.

The room was nearly thirty square meters, yet there was only an iron bed in the corner, covered with a white sheet.

James Black glanced over and immediately saw someone lying in bed.

The white sheet was covered with red specks, inside the room, the scent of blood was clearly noticeable, the red on the sheet was all blood.

”Last night we took some blood, so the room smells a bit off, but no worries, the person is still alive, just somewhat weak from losing too much blood.” The young man pointed to the person in bed, saying, ”Well, do you recognize who it is yet?”

James Black’s gaze fell on the person in bed and his pupils suddenly contracted.

The name Jane Sampson was stuck in his throat, unable to speak for a while.

She was still wearing the clothes from the press conference, but the sleeve on her left shoulder was gone, revealing her smooth arm.

Her shoe was at the bedside, while the other seemed to have disappeared.

The person in bed seemed to have fainted, or perhaps was asleep.

Inside the room, the young man’s voice did not disturb the person in bed even a bit.

”Brother Strongman, this is your Jane Sampson, what do you think, is it a surprise?” The young man stood to the side, grinning widely, ”I worked hard to bring her back, the big boss even blamed me for causing such a commotion bringing her back, but I’ve handled it all, I hurried back last night and dumped a corpse at the western riverside.”

The young man spoke proudly of his arrangement, ”I put her ring on the finger of the woman I burned, and tore off one side of her sleeve, then smeared Jane Sampson’s own blood on it, then those police will think the burned woman is Jane Sampson.”

The young man laughed more and more boldly, ”In the eyes of others, she’s already a dead person, so now, we can torment her as much as we want.”

James Black moved his leaden legs, walking step by step towards the bed, once close, he saw the blood wasn’t only on the sheet beneath her but also on her arm.

The young man had used a knife on her arm several times to draw blood, after which he hadn’t properly bandaged her, letting her arm wounds heal on their own, so the sheet beneath her was stained red.

”Why did you kidnap her?” James Black forcefully concealed the anger and hatred in his heart.

”She’s beautiful, her singing is pleasant, so I wanted to bring her back.” The young man shrugged indifferently, ”Last time she was filming at our school, I saw her from far away, she’s really even more beautiful than on TV, that’s when I started paying attention to her, after much difficulty finding an opportunity, I finally got her.”
