CEO's Reborn Wife

Chapter 201: Chapter 209: Any Instructions?

Another question that Alexander Forest couldn’t figure out was, why would the fans of William Rivers and Sophie Young curse James Black, this person who is completely unrelated, for being blind?

And one last confusion that Alexander Forest also couldn’t understand was, when did James Black become so sensitive? Just because he was cursed by someone else’s fans as being blind, did he really have to ban them?

In Alexander Forest’s impression, James Black had always lived a bit like a person from outside the world, from a young age, his self-discipline and restraint almost made people think he was a person ”outside the world.”

”President Forest, do you have any instructions?”

The assistant outside the door was called in by Alexander Forest, and after entering, she glanced at the boss sitting inside, feeling a bit scared in her heart. Last night, William Rivers and Sophie Young had stirred up trouble, resulting in the boss being in a rather bad mood this early in the morning.

”Call up William Rivers and Sophie Young, as well as their agents,” Alexander Forest immediately added a urging sentence after speaking, ”Tell them to be quick about it.”

It wasn’t that Alexander Forest wanted to help William Rivers and Sophie Young solve any issues; he was purely curious about what it meant for James Black to be cursed as blind by these two people.

Because of Alexander Forest’s special urging, William Rivers and Sophie Young, including their agents, indeed quickly made their way over.

The expressions on these three people’s faces carried some hope as they entered, probably hoping that the boss was preparing to discuss with them how to handle this crisis.

”Do you know James Black?” Alexander Forest asked directly after they sat down, ”Did your fans curse him as being blind?”

”James Black?” After racking his brains, William Rivers couldn’t think of anyone he knew named James Black. ”President Forest, I don’t know this person named James Black. Ask Sophie Young.”

When the two of them claimed to be lovers in public, William Rivers always lovingly called her ’dear’ or ’Sophie.’ Now that their affair was exposed, William Rivers didn’t even bother to pretend and called her by her full name.

William Rivers and Sophie Young were artists signed at the same time by the company. Neither could really be considered senior to the other, so if there was no lovers’ relationship, calling each other by their full names wasn’t wrong.

”I don’t know him either,” Sophie Young answered very directly, hardly thinking before responding because the name was very unfamiliar to her.

The agent of the two, after thinking for a long time, seriously echoed, ”Indeed, we don’t know anyone named James Black. Why would Sophie and Max’s fans curse him as being blind? President Forest, did this person named James Black cause this trouble for Sophie and Max this time?”

An agent is after all an agent; their minds work faster than William Rivers and Sophie Young’s. Once their boss asked this question, the agent immediately thought of this possibility.

”Since you don’t know him, then don’t ask so many questions, because you won’t have any opportunity to get to know him anyway,” Alexander Forest thought, since these three didn’t know James Black, was James Black helping someone else?

”So, have you made enemies with anyone these past few days?” Alexander Forest was familiar with James Black’s character. James Black was not the type to settle accounts later on. With James Black’s capabilities, dealing with two artists didn’t require waiting for the right moment or any patience.

”No, Sophie Young and I have been busy with notices these few days. Where would we have the time to make enemies with anyone?” William Rivers replied matter-of-factly.
