CEO's Reborn Wife

Chapter 205: Chapter 213: A Stingy Person

”All the movies, TV series, commercials, and variety shows that they had previously discussed were canceled by their company, it seems like their company is about to put them on ice,” Quincy Forest tsk-tsked, ”Wealthy Mr. Forest being such a money grubber is really rare to see.”

”Who is Wealthy Mr. Forest?” Game over and victorious, Jane Sampson happily put her mobile phone away and focused on chatting with Quincy Forest.

”That’s the boss of William Rivers and Sophie Young’s company,” thought Quincy Forest. Jane probably represents a mudslide in this circle, walking on this road while being completely ignorant of some important information within the circle.

”Whimsical Entertainment, I know about it, but isn’t the boss of Whimsical Entertainment named Alexander Forest?” Jane Sampson certainly knew which company Sophie Young and William Rivers belonged to.

Speaking of Alexander Forest, Jane Sampson had seen him back when she was a child, but then she heard he went abroad to study. She had no connection with Alexander Forest; that’s why she didn’t join Whimsical Entertainment when she initially wanted to enter the circle but went straight to Rock Bell instead.”

”Ah? You know Alexander Forest?” Quincy Forest looked at Jane Sampson with surprise, ”Wealthy Mr. Forest is his nickname.”

”That’s a rather unique and charming nickname,” laughed Jane Sampson, amused by the nickname of Alexander Forest.

”He’s just stingy, where do you see the charm in that?” muttered Quincy Forest, but it seemed that when compared to the nickname Forest the Fairy of Fortune, the nickname Wealthy Mr. Forest did seem a bit more charming.

Well, just a tiny bit.

But!

Quincy Forest thought, her dad and mother said that a girl who can scatter money is skillful, and it’s a sign of good fortune!

Although Wealthy Mr. Forest didn’t seem to agree with that.

When two girls get together they can chat for a long, long time. That evening, Quincy Forest and Jane Sampson talked until around four in the early morning before going to rest. When they woke up the next day, it was already a little past twelve. After ordering takeaway, both of them continued their long sleep.

For the 7:40 a.m. flight, Jane Sampson left the airport with the film crew’s luggage and it was already after 11 p.m. when they arrived. After resting one night in the city, they took an early morning coach the next day, and it took them over five hours to reach the small town where they were going to film.

Chamberlain Town is located in the high altitude region of the northwest, and it was over five hours by car, the most unforgettable coach trip Jane Sampson had ever taken in her life.

All because during these five hours on the road, Jane Sampson watched the vast grasslands and the endless desert through the window, all the things you can’t see in Capital Province, including yaks and goats.

On this journey, Jane Sampson and Quincy Forest were as excited as naive children, holding their mobile phones and taking photos all the way.

Daniel Taylor kept reminding them to adjust their emotions. Excessive excitement could lead to acute high altitude disease due to lack of oxygen once they reached the plateau areas. However, Jane Sampson and Quincy Forest couldn’t control their excitement. When the coach stopped for a break mid-journey, the two of them rushed out and started taking numerous photos of each other with their mobile phones.

”Look at you, goddess, your photography skills are amazing!” Quincy Forest held her mobile phone, delighted with the photos Jane Sampson took of her, ”I think my love for you can rise to a new level. You’re like a walking personal photographer! You can take such incredible photos with a phone! If I use Beautify and post them on Moments, I’m sure people will be green with envy!”
