Chapter 178 Introducing outstanding talents from RussiaChapter 178 Introducing outstanding talents from Russia

Lin Chenran immediately put forward his own conditions.

This is also to increase the strength of the 077 Mechanical Military Factory.

In particular, it allows the 077 Machinery Military Factory to enter the aerospace field.

”We may agree to the first two conditions.”

A Yan Country Air Force leader agreed to the first two conditions without hesitation.

But Lin Chenran proposed a third condition.

A bit difficult!

There are only a few top aerospace talents in the country now, but Lin Chenran actually asked for a very high price, wanting one or two top aerospace talents to work in the 077 Mechanical Military Factory.

”This……”

too difficult!
Lin Chenran could clearly sense the thoughts of the Yan State military leaders.

”Commander, if there is no top aerospace talent to take the lead, then I will not take on the Taihang turbofan engine project.”

Lin Chenran directly expressed his thoughts.

With top aerospace talents, its 077 Mechanical Military Factory can take over the Taihang turbofan engine project and merge a third-line aerospace military factory.

If not, no deal!

The Yan Country Air Force boss gritted his teeth and sighed deeply: ”No problem, I will risk my reputation to help you hire top aerospace talents to work at the 077 Mechanical Military Factory.”

In order to get rid of the Taihang turbofan engine project, the Yan Country Air Force gritted its teeth and agreed to Lin Chenran’s conditions.

”Thank you, Commander, for your support to our 077 Mechanical Arsenal.”

Lin Chenran knew when to stop and immediately thanked the leader of the Yan Country Air Force.

”Old man Lin, your kid has inherited your cunning.”

Mr. Wei on the side said jokingly.

”What’s wrong with that? Being too honest will lead to being bullied.”

Mr. Lin replied nonchalantly.

Suddenly, bursts of laughter filled the entire study.

Indeed, cunning people can usually accomplish things easily.

……

”Lin boy, do you think the unrest in the Mao Bear will end?”

Senior naval official Zhang Lao asked.

Everyone present knew that if the Russian bear settled down, the pressure faced by Yan Country would increase further.

The pressure brought by a powerful ”Big Brother” is really strong.

Lin Chenran frowned slightly, and after thinking for a moment, he said, ”Mr. Zhang, in my personal opinion, the turmoil in the bear market will not only not end, but may continue to intensify. At present, I don’t see any signs of stabilization.”

After saying that, he sighed softly.

Today, the Russian bear is facing numerous internal problems, and various contradictions are constantly intensifying.

Even the military has not been immune, with corruption becoming a growing problem.

Even the KGB agents most trusted by the Russian leader were involved in various forms of corruption and asset reselling.

other places?

Lin Chenran couldn’t even dare to imagine it!
Far away from the Soviet capital of Vladivostok, the military corruption there is even more serious.

Otherwise, how could Lin Chenran establish the trade route between Yan Country and the Russian Bear?

Corruption exists among the entire Russian officialdom from top to bottom.

”Will that turn out to be what you speculated before, that our big brother, the woolly bear, will fall completely?”

A Yan country military leader looked at Lin Chenran solemnly and asked seriously. This question made everyone in the study room fall into silence.

If the Russian bear really falls, the world situation will change dramatically.

When Lin Chenran proposed the idea that the Russian bear might fall, the military leaders of Yan State present did not fully believe it.

As time went by and various intelligence was gathered, they gradually began to realize the tremendous pressure and difficulties faced by the Russian bear.

Especially in the past year, various problems have emerged within the Russian bear, such as economic difficulties and political turmoil, while Western countries have been pressing it step by step. All this seems to foreshadow the fate of the Russian bear.

In addition, a series of wrong decisions made by the top leaders of the Russian government have also exacerbated its crisis.

Facing everyone’s gaze, Lin Chenran answered firmly: ”My dear leaders, I still stick to my point of view.”

”Our big brother, the wooly bear, will definitely fall and will never stand up again.”

”Although the nuclear leak at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant was caused by the intervention of our 077 Mechanical Arsenal.”

”The impact on their people has been reduced a lot, but what is coming will come. This is just a slow death.”

Lin Chenran insisted on his own idea.

”This”

The Yan Country leaders showed surprised and solemn expressions on their faces. They were shocked by Lin Chenran’s bold and worrying idea.

”If the Russian bear really falls, the situation in the entire world will change drastically, and the so-called honeymoon relationship between us and the Eagle Sauce will be completely broken.”

Mr. Zhang’s brows were tightly furrowed, and his voice contained a hint of worry and uneasiness.

If the powerful opponent, the Russian Bear, disappears, the Eagle Sauce will become the only overlord in the world, and the Yan Country is likely to become its next target of attack.

“My dear leaders, while we are still maintaining friendly relations with the Eagle Sauce, we must act as soon as possible to import their advanced technology, production lines and production machines.

These are the keys to our development and cannot be delayed any longer!”

Lin Chenran said firmly, ”We must urge the other party to deliver the goods as soon as possible to avoid any more trouble. Although the price is expensive, it is the price we have to pay.”

”We must seize this opportunity to acquire as much technology and resources from the United States as possible and improve our own strength. Otherwise, once our relationship with the United States deteriorates, no amount of money will be able to buy the technology and equipment we need.”

Lin Chenran’s words were like a heavy hammer, striking everyone’s heartstrings.

Everyone nodded in agreement, realizing that time was running out and no time was lost.

”Also, we don’t just want to acquire technology, machines, and production lines from the Eagle Sauce.”

Then, Lin Chenran continued:

”We still have to start with the wooly bear.”

”Inflation is very serious in the bear market right now, and some technical talents, including top engineers, are living in extreme poverty.”

”At this time, we...”

Lin Chenran showed a sly smile on his face.

That’s right, bring this group of talents directly to Yan Country.

Lin Chenran: Mao Xiong, don’t thank me. I am helping Comrade Dawali solve the problem of food and clothing.

Suddenly, the eyes of the Yan State military leaders in the study brightened.

Can this still be done?

”My dear leaders, with the inflation and domestic unrest in Russia and the nuclear leak, there will definitely be talents going abroad to avoid danger. If we invite some of these talents to come to our Yan Country, it will be a great boost to the development of our military industry.”

Old Wei standing by frowned. Although Lin Chenran’s idea was good, how could Yan Country attract this group of talents?
Now Yan Country and Russia are still in a confrontation stage.

Suddenly, Old Wei looked at Lin Chenran, the corners of his mouth slightly raised, and he instantly had an idea.

Isn’t this already available?

”Lin, since you proposed the talent attraction plan, you will be responsible for it.”

”Your 077 Mechanical Military Factory has a domestic trade route with the Russian bear dealers.”
