Chapter 177 What? Let us 077 Machinery Military Factory take over the Taihang Turbofan Engine ProjecChapter 177 What? Let us 077 Machinery Military Factory take over the Taihang Turbofan Engine Project?

”It’s so serious!”

The Yan country military leaders present were shocked. They had never expected that the explosion and nuclear leak at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant would be so serious.

”That……”

Some military leaders of Yan State couldn’t help but frown, with worry showing on their faces.

”Don’t worry, Chief. There won’t be another big explosion at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant. What they need to do now is to clean up the nuclear leak.”

After hearing this, everyone felt relieved, but still felt a heavy pressure.

Lin Chenran saw everyone’s expressions and knew that this news had brought them a huge shock. He took a deep breath and continued, ”This incident is indeed a nightmare for the Mao Xiong.”

”The huge explosion at the nuclear power plant produced a huge amount of nuclear radiation.”

”This is one of the worst man-made disasters in human history.”

Everyone present nodded.

”So, what is the current situation in Russia?” asked a military leader.

Lin Chenran replied: ”The situation in the Mao Bear is almost in a mess now.”

”Even cities like Vladivostok, far from the capital of Russia, have been greatly affected.”

Agents from Yan Country also sent back some information about the situation in the country of the Russian Bear.

In the bear territory close to the European continent, social order has fallen into chaos and various disturbances continue.

Students boycotted classes, workers went on strike, and the public security situation deteriorated sharply.

These news made the military leaders of Yan State present feel even more heavy-hearted.

”The AL-31FN turbofan engine finished product and related technology production line came from this situation through ’negotiations’.”

Lin Chenran smiled slightly at this, as if he was doing something small.

Now with the AL-31FN turbofan engine, the biggest problem facing Yan’s aviation industry - the engine - has been solved.

None of the Yan State military leaders present had expected that Lin Chenran would be able to negotiate the sale of finished AL-31FN turbofan engines, related technologies, and production lines.

It was a huge surprise for them, making them feel extremely excited and thrilled.

”I feel like I’m dreaming. Soon, we will no longer be the country that ’lacks an aviation heart.’”

A military leader said with deep emotion.

They never expected that the problem that had been plaguing Yan Country for a long time had now been cleverly solved by Lin Chenran!
By introducing the AL-31FN turbofan engine with very powerful power output from Russia, Yan’s aviation industry will usher in new development opportunities.

”Chiefs, you need to consider the cost.”

”If you want to install AL-31FN turbofan engines on previous models, although the performance will be improved, the cost of the modification will not be low.” Lin Chenran knew the thoughts of the Yan State military leaders present, so he reminded them.

The price of an AL-31FN turbofan engine is equivalent to that of a second-generation fighter.

”Forehead?”

Lin Chenran’s act of pouring cold water made the Yan country military leaders present very uncomfortable.

Lin Chenran continued, ”As to why our 077 Mechanical Military Factory developed high-strength radiation-resistant protective clothing and radiation-resistant robots, and why they were shipped to the border between Yan Country and Mao Xiong, it’s all coincidence.”

”My purpose of going to Vladivostok this time is not only to expand the trade route between China and Russia, but also to obtain the AL-31FN turbofan engine. At the same time, I also sold them radiation-proof robots and high-strength radiation-proof protective clothing.”

”Because the Russians have nuclear power plants, there is definitely demand for this type of product.”

“A successful businessman must have a keen sense of smell.”

”Less than a week after I arrived in Russia, their Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant suffered a serious explosion, accompanied by a nuclear leak,” Lin Chenran explained briefly.

As for whether the many leaders present believed what he said, Lin Chenran had no idea.

”Coincidence?” Old Wei, the head of the Yan State’s military equipment department, frowned and stared at Lin Chenran sharply, as if trying to find a flaw in his expression.

How could this be a coincidence? He felt as if he knew this in advance.

How could Lin Chenran know what would happen in the future?

Then, a Yan country air force leader asked: ”Lin boy, now that we have the AL-31FN turbofan engine, should the Taihang turbofan engine project continue?”

Compared with the AL-31FN turbofan engine, the Taihang turbofan engine currently being researched by Yan State is very backward.

This Yan Country Air Force boss thought that since they already had the AL-31FN turbofan engine, they would stop the Taihang turbofan engine project.

The main reason is that the investment in the Taihang turbofan engine project was huge in the past, and now there is a more powerful AL-31FN turbofan engine as a replacement, so...

”Commander, from my point of view, the Taihang turbofan engine project must continue.”

”Although we have the AL-31FN turbofan engine, its production cost is very high, and we need other turbofan engines.”

“Engine types are also needed to suit a variety of aircraft.”

Lin Chenran spoke out his inner thoughts.

”Ok!”

”Then are you willing to take over the Taihang turbofan engine project at the 077 Machinery Military Factory?”

The Yan country air force leader smiled slightly, revealing his true face.

That is to let the 077 Mechanical Military Factory take over the Taihang turbofan engine project.

It can not only speed up the development of the domestic turbofan engine project, but also allow the military to get rid of this heavy burden.

For the Yan State military, it kills two birds with one stone.

But for the 077 Mechanical Arsenal, taking over is a heavy burden.

Cheating!
This is clearly taking advantage of the 077 Machinery Military Factory.

”Commander, this is against the rules!”

Lin Chenran thought to himself: ”I don’t accept it, don’t come over!”

Seeing that Lin Chenran was unwilling to take over the Taihang turbofan engine project, Elder Wei explained: ”The Taihang turbofan engine is related to the research and development of subsequent models. Now only your 077 Mechanical Military Factory has the strength to take over this project.”

”Your 077 Machinery Military Factory not only has the AL-31FN turbofan engine technology and production line, but more importantly, you have sufficient funds.”

”Then...okay then!”

”But I also have conditions!”

After thinking for a moment, Lin Chenran agreed.

But there are conditions!

”Tell me! As long as it’s not too much, we’ll promise you!”

A Yan country air force leader said seriously.

Being able to get rid of a burden will bring huge benefits to the Air Force!

The most important thing is to be able to reach cooperation with the 077 Mechanical Military Factory.

And let the 077 Mechanical Military Factory enter the aerospace field.

”All the people involved in the Taihang turbofan engine project must come to Linjiang Province and join our 077 Machinery Military Factory.”

”Our 077 Mechanical Military Factory needs a group of aerospace talents, and this requires coordination among the leaders.”

”Our 077 Machinery Military Factory lacks a top aviation engine design and development chief engineer, and this also requires the military’s help to solve this problem.”

Lin Chenran stated his conditions.
