Chapter 163: 2000 Yuan BonusChapter 163: 2000 Yuan Bonus
When Mr. Lin heard the ”beep, beep” sound coming from the microphone, he shook his head helplessly and muttered in a low voice: ”This kid always avoids me when I talk to him about important life events.”

After saying that, Mr. Lin put down the phone.

Then, Mr. Lin said to He Yi beside him: ”Xiao He, prepare a car for me, I need to go out for a while.”

He Yi nodded, turned and left.

Mr. Lin is going to discuss with other senior officials of Yan Country regarding the oil in the hands of Damu Country.

……

077 Mechanical Military Factory in Linjiang Province

Lin Chenran patted his chest gently, glad that he hung up the phone quickly, otherwise he would be urged to get married by his father again.

Thinking of this, Lin Chenran couldn’t help but shudder and said to himself: ”How terrible!!!”

……

Time flies, and before we knew it, there was only half a month left until New Year’s Eve 1986.

Lin Chenran specially summoned all the senior executives of the 077 Mechanical Arsenal to prepare for an important meeting.

As a group of senior executives filed in, the originally spacious conference room suddenly became lively.

After everyone was seated, Lin Chenran cleared his throat and announced, ”Okay, now that everyone is here, let’s start the meeting!”

There was only one theme for this meeting, which was the distribution of bonuses.

And arrangements for employees to go home for the New Year.

There are also New Year arrangements for the employees who stayed at the 077 Mechanical Arsenal.

Lin Chenran raised the corners of his mouth slightly, revealing a faint smile, and said softly: ”Time flies so fast, and in the blink of an eye, the New Year’s Eve is coming again.”

He swept his eyes across the audience and continued, ”Here, I would like to sincerely thank everyone for their hard work over the past year. Without your efforts and dedication, how could our factory have developed so rapidly?”

The remarkable progress made by 077 Mechanical Arsenal is inseparable from the hard work of every employee.

Then Lin Chenran was the first to applaud. His applause was crisp and loud, as if expressing his gratitude to everyone.

Seeing this, Song Xiyun, who was standing next to him, immediately followed the rhythm and clapped his hands vigorously.

Seeing this, other senior managers followed suit, and for a moment, warm applause broke out in the conference room.

The applause lasted for three full minutes and was deafening like thunder.

Finally, Lin Chenran gently waved his right hand, motioning everyone to sit down first.

After everyone was seated, Lin Chenran said, ”This applause is for everyone. Thank you for your hard work last year and for contributing to the development of the factory.”

”Now we are going to enter the part that everyone is most concerned about, which is also the most talked about topic in recent days - bonus!”

As soon as the words fell, the entire conference room suddenly fell into whispers.

As the Spring Festival approaches, the employees at the 077 Mechanical Arsenal are most concerned about the issue of bonus distribution, which is also human nature.

”I have discussed this with my superiors, and this time we will take out 2000 million Yan coins as bonuses.”

Lin Chenran’s mouth corners slightly raised, with a faint smile on his face, and his eyes revealed a hint of mystery and confidence.

His voice was calm and steady, as if he was telling a trivial matter.

”What? 2000 million?”

”No way? Isn’t this too much?”

”The superiors are so willing to do that?”

When the senior executives of the 077 Mechanical Arsenal heard this number, they couldn’t help but widen their eyes, with expressions of surprise and disbelief on their faces.

For a moment, the conference room was filled with exclamations, doubts, and cheers. The emotions of the top management of the 077 Mechanical Arsenal were ignited by this astonishing number, and the scene became extremely heated.

In the third-line military factories, such a high bonus is indeed unique.

Last year, the total bonus of the 077 Mechanical Arsenal was not that much, but this year it has increased several times.

This shocked and surprised everyone.

No one expected that this time 2000 million Yan coins would be directly taken out as a reward for everyone.

……

As the size of the 077 Mechanical Arsenal continues to expand, the number of employees has also increased.

After annexing several factories and the Second Textile Factory, the number of employees in the entire 077 Mechanical Arsenal has reached more than .

If the bonus of 2000 million Yan coins is evenly distributed, it means that every employee of the 077 Mechanical Arsenal can at least get a bonus equivalent to one month’s salary.

This is undoubtedly a huge extra income for these hard-working employees.

When Lin Chenran once again made it clear that the bonus amount this time was a full ”2000 million Yan coins”, the entire conference room suddenly became lively.

The top executives of the 077 Machinery Military Factory cheered excitedly, waving their arms and shouting loudly: ”Wuhu! Long live the factory director!!!”

Cheers and applause resounded throughout the conference room; even employees passing by outside could vaguely hear what was happening inside.

Three minutes later, Lin Chenran smiled, stretched out his hands and pressed down, signaling the senior executives of the 077 Mechanical Military Factory to calm down their excitement first.

The senior executives gradually calmed down, but their faces were still filled with irrepressible smiles.

”This is the reward everyone deserves. In the past year, our 077 Mechanical Arsenal has achieved remarkable achievements. We have successfully developed a variety of advanced weapons and equipment and products, won unanimous praise from domestic and foreign customers, and brought huge profits to the company.” Lin Chenran said with emotion.

”The 2000 million Yanbi bonus is not enough to recognize your hard work. I promise everyone that if you work hard, the bonus next year will double the 2000 million Yanbi bonus.”

Lin Chenran said loudly.

His voice was filled with passion and determination.

Lin Chenran continued, ”I will not treat you unfairly, and the country will not treat you unfairly. If you want a generous bonus, you need to continue to work hard and contribute to the development of the factory.”

After Lin Chenran finished speaking, the senior executives of the 077 Mechanical Arsenal applauded enthusiastically.

Everyone has developed different feelings towards Lin Chenran.

When the 077 Mechanical Military Factory was about to go bankrupt, Lin Chenran appeared and tried his best to save Guan Lan.

He led all the employees of the 077 Mechanical Military Factory to continue to develop and become a unique third-line military factory in Yan Country.

Various wages, bonuses and benefits are far ahead of other domestic military factories.

And now he has secured a bonus of 077 million Yan coins for all employees of the 2000 Mechanical Arsenal.

Such a good factory manager can be said to be rare in a century.

Afterwards, amidst the laughter of the crowd, the number of employees at the 077 Mechanical Arsenal who would be given leave, stay in the factory, etc. was decided.

The meeting lasted for an hour and a half.

After the meeting, all employees of the 077 Mechanical Arsenal received a notice: this year’s year-end bonus is 2000 million Yan coins.

Suddenly, cheers were heard around the 077 Mechanical Military Factory.

”Long live the factory director!!!”
