Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

Chapter 792: Reliable

”Hahahaha!” Nathan laughed out loud, excited to see how much destruction Kun could bring to the aliens. Even though Nidhogg and Jinwu were doing their best, Kunʼs body was simply too overpowered.

There were above 9,000 aliens coming to the port, with 2,000 of them being flying aliens.

Because of Kunʼs effort, he took down 300 flying aliens and 700 underwater aliens. In other words, he had killed over ten percent of the enemyʼs force, and with a minimal amount of ena to boot. Even if he couldnʼt use his body to crush more aliens, he still had enough ena to kill a lot more.

Although most of them were just proto-class aliens, the fact their number had lowered so much just fifteen minutes into the fight was enough to raise everyoneʼs morale. It could be said that they had a high chance of winning.

In addition, Nidhogg and Jinwu had also taken down another 300 flying aliens combined. With the addition of other summoners and Duke Colineʼs devastating attack, they had taken down over 2,500 aliens, almost a third of their total force.

Of course, the aliens had reached the shore, and the battle had become even more complicated, but it was fine.

After seeing Kunʼs destructive power, the elite class alien knew he couldnʼt let Kun continue. He let out a deafening roar to seal Kunʼs movement while extending his hands and tentacles to grab him. Kun had to die.

However, several fireballs suddenly rained down on the tentacles and hands, exploding upon impact.

Boom!

Boom!

Boom!

Two tentacles fell off while the others were heavily injured. One arm was basically blown apart, while the other was missing several fingers.

”!!!” The elite class alien glanced back at Duke Coline.

”Hahahaha. The boy is having fun, so donʼt interrupt his fun. I will be your company today, monster.” Duke Coline grinned.

The elite class alien roared, not the deafening one but a normal roar that a powerful alien usually used to order lower level aliens.

In that instant, three warrior class aliens sprang into the air.

”!!!” Nathan prepared his bullet, but it didnʼt seem to be necessary.

Duchess Lena appeared behind one of the aliens and split it into two. Meanwhile, a massive arrow hit another warrior class alien. Although it didnʼt have enough power to impale and kill the alien, it was enough to force the alien to block and launch him away.

At the same time, a lightning bolt fell from the sky and blasted the last warrior class alien back into the water.

Nathan smiled. If he glanced to the side, he would see Selena and Flora.

Still, the aliens had reached the docks. The knights engaged the aliens in a fierce battle.

So, Nathan had to change his strategy a bit. At least, they had killed almost half of the flying aliens, with most of them being the insects. They should be able to take care of the rest without his help.

Hence, Nathan said, ”Kun. Change to Peng and fight in the sky. Help Nidhogg and Jinwu to take care of those insects. I will go down and fight on the ground. In the end, there are so many of them down there.”

”Understood.”

After hearing Kunʼs reply, Nathan immediately jumped off Kun as the latter changed form into Peng, using his wind to smoothen his fall.

Nathan landed on top of the roof, observing the battle progress.

On his right, he saw the summoners under Duchess Lena sweeping the aliens away. The middle area was covered by the soldiers.

Meanwhile, the right side had been completely taken over by Selena and Flora.

The aliens came from multiple blocks.

However, the moment they reached a certain junction, there was suddenly a sweeping force blowing them up in the air.

For some reason, there was actually a box made of multiple layers of stone wall. The aliens fell into this box.

They had a hard time going up because whenever they entered the box, huge vines covered in thorns would emerge and seal their exit.

Then Risa flew above them. She formed a drill-shaped blood and pushed it down, drilling the aliens as if she was blending fruits.

The aliens were crushed into pieces, and once she was done, Risa clapped her hands.

The blood that the aliens left behind suddenly transformed into a giant servant.

Nathan recognized this ability, considering she used it the moment she transformed into a vampire queen.

Nathan realized that there were at least three such giants in the dock, reflecting how many aliens she had killed with that ability.

There were some aliens trying to get out, but even if they could get past the seal, Yin Zhen and Sasha would be there. The Ice Spirit would then seal back the path they created.

Of course, this was just the combined effort by the people Nathan asked to remain on the ground, which were Selena, Flora, and some of their familiars.

At first, Nathan thought Risa would be good to fight the insects, but Selena made an adjustment and asked Risa to handle the ground.

Meanwhile, Flora could completely focus on the flying aliens. She was also the one informing Selena in case something happened in the air. In fact, she was the one telling Selena to strike the warrior class alien to help him earlier.

She was accompanied by the lightning and fire spirits, ensuring that the insects couldnʼt reach the warrior on the ground.

Still, the most terrifying enemy the aliens had to face was none other than Amphitrite.

As the ruler of the sea, Amphitrite governed the seawater so perfectly that she crushed half of the incoming aliens, allowing the normal soldiers and other summoners to have an easier time against the aliens.

As long as she had enough ena, Amphitrite would remain as the main wall against the aliens.

”…” Nathan couldnʼt help but smile. Even without him instructing them, they were capable enough to make judgments and adjustments that suited the battle situation. This way, Nathan didnʼt have to worry about their safety when he left for his trip. ”Everyone… has become so reliable…”
