Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

Chapter 648: Family Battle (Last)

”…” Selenaʼs expression didnʼt change as though she had expected this kind of attack.

In addition, the centaur, who had just stopped after receiving Selenaʼs attack, suddenly heard Risaʼs voice echoing from behind.

”What a naughty familiar. If you think of using him to let your summoner escape, you should abandon that idea. After all, you need to survive first.”

”!!!” The centaur turned around and swung his sword, but Risa stabbed him with several blood spears.

The centaur spat a mouthful of blood. He tried to raise his head to see what was going on, but there was one miscalculation in their mind.

Just like how they planned to take advantage of Irving to escape, Irving used them to run away. The two remaining vampires had been recalled to his side so that they could help him. His condition didnʼt allow him to run fast after all.

Once the vampires were gone, Risa definitely had time to go after the remaining familiars here. And he was the first target.

”What?!” The dark elf and the skeleton archer widened their eyes in shock. Selena, on the other hand, summoned a few bullets and fired them at the left summoner.

”Watch out!” The dark elf shouted in panic.

One of the familiars noticed the attack because of that warning and stood on its path, blocking all the bullets.

It was supposed to be a relief, but the attack itself was nothing but a distraction.

A surge of water suddenly formed a wall, separating this familiar from the rest of its team. To their surprise, Sasha had already gone as well.

”!!!” The familiar screamed in pain when a few nails pierced him on the neck. Those nails caused a big black spot on its chest that gradually expanded to the head and the rest of the body. ”Aaahhhhh!”

The familiar clutched his head in agony before his eyes turned white as he lost his consciousness.

The dark elf and the archer skeleton didnʼt know what to do. On the one hand, they should help their summoner. On the other hand, there was no way they could win against Selena.

As if knowing what they were going to do next, Selena simply gave a command. ”Amphitrite. Focus on Yin Zhen.”

Without an additional order, both Amphitrite and Risa knew what they had to do. With Amphitrite supporting Yin Zhen with all her ability, Selena wanted to crush the summoner on the left. Of course, Risa should support her so that they could kill the enemy as quickly as possible.

That was why both Risa and Selena rushed to the left side almost at the same time.

”Kh!” The archer fired his arrow one more time. His target this time was Risa, since there was no avatar protecting her. The dark elf stopped in front of Selena.

Unfortunately for them, Risa skillfully formed a blood tornado that shredded apart the arrow. In addition, the residual force was still enough to hit the archer.

The skeleton had no other choice but to avoid it, but it also meant that he would get even further away from his summoner.

The dark elf, on the other hand, saw Selena summoning another wave of bullets. Those bullets looped around the battlefield to ambush their summoner from behind.

”Kh!” The dark elf gritted their teeth. She had no choice but to use her fastest speed to catch up to those bullets before striking them. Of course, she kept watching her back, making sure Sasha wasnʼt there to ambush her.

Meanwhile, Selena gathered the sweeping force on her staff and hit the remaining two familiars from below. The sweeping force also kicked up the dust in the area, covering their vision.

”Stop it!” One of the familiars shouted. The other familiar thrust his spear after seeing the shadow within the dust cloud. Unfortunately, he sensed no hit.

When he pulled his spear back, Sashaʼs foot emerged and kicked him from below, launching him up in the air.

The familiar thought was to go back to the ground, but the sky was Risaʼs domain. Now that he was up, Risa threw several swords at his head and body, killing another familiar.

Selena used her sweeping force again, this time from the inside to blow all the clouds in all directions, clearing their vision.

”!!!” The summoner and his last familiar were stunned. It turned out Selena was already right before them. The familiar tried to reach Selena with his claws, but another claw struck it down.

As there was no one else who could stop Selena, the latter reached the summoner and released the bullet in full force.

”Wai—!” The summoner shouted, but he couldnʼt finish it anymore as Selenaʼs bullet pulverized his upper body. The remaining legs simply fell to the ground as some blood still spurted out from them.

With the death of their summoner, the familiarsʼ bodies became translucent, not being able to manifest in this world anymore.

”I have marked those two vampires with my abilities. Theyʼre moving in the same direction, but not as fast. Theyʼre probably carrying him,” explained Risa.

”This is good. This way, his corpse wonʼt have to dirty my eyes.” Selena nodded.

Risa felt chills down to the bone. That was extremely cold from Selena.

”You chase after them and confirm their death.” Selena turned to Sasha. ”Handle the other one with Yin Zhen and Amphitrite.”

Sasha nodded before leaping away.

Meanwhile, Selena closed her eyes for a moment. The ena erupted from her body, forming the avatar one more time.

To everyoneʼs surprise, there was something different with this avatar.

This was something she had been preparing this whole time. It took a long time to master due to the complexity of this technique.

Back then, Leyfon told Nathan about the possibility of Selena creating an armor with her avatar technique to protect Nathan or his divine beasts.

Although this was not armor, Selena actually formed a bow, imitating the skeleton archer from earlier.

She gathered almost all of her remaining ena into a single arrow, leaving her with barely enough ena to protect herself.

The pressure coming from this ena actually didnʼt lose against the one she used to cripple Irving earlier.

In fact, the pressure was so big that even Irving could feel it from far away.

”!!!” Irving turned his head around, seeing the giant avatar.

”Not good. Hurry up. We have to escape.” Irving panicked.

But before his familiars could lead him away, blood surged from the ground, turning into a dome.

”!!!” Irvingʼs face turned pale. ”This is Blood Field! Not good!”

He sensed the massive amount of ena had been released. No, it was moving toward him at a fast speed. He couldnʼt see it because of the blood field.

”Shield!” Irving shouted as he and his vampires formed a shield with the rest of their ena.

The Blood Field was lifted at the last moment as Irving saw that massive arrow striking his barrier.

”You bi—!” Irving couldnʼt even finish as the arrow obliterated their shields spontaneously before pulverizing them from existence.
