Stop Fooling the Us, China Really is Doing This!

Chapter 336 What team? It’s just me.Under the meticulous crafting of Chen Jian and his team, the surface of the Spirit Realm world began to gradually present a variety of spectacular and peculiar sights.

First, craters of various sizes appeared. Those craters were of different shapes and depths, as if they were footprints left behind by meteors in the universe.

They carried a sense of mystery and vicissitudes from beyond the heavens.

Immediately after, volcanoes rising from the ground came into view, with dark red magma constantly surging in their craters!

From time to time, they would erupt with scorching flames and billowing smoke. The majestic momentum made it seem as though they could erupt at any moment, adding a dangerous and shocking atmosphere to the entire world.

Huge ravines lay across the land, like giant wounds where the earth had been torn apart. They were bottomless, inspiring awe in anyone who looked at them.

Vast deserts also spread out accordingly, with golden sand grains shimmering under the virtual sunlight. A gust of wind blew, kicking up sand that filled the sky, creating an atmosphere of desolation and loneliness.

Not only that, but powerful sandstorms would also howl past from time to time!

The dust that blotted out the sky was like a ferocious beast, sweeping across everything and instantly making the entire world chaotic and full of unknown variables.

With them fully unleashing their creativity and imagination, the once empty and white Spirit Realm world had now transformed into something remarkably similar to Mars!

Whether it was the unique landforms or the overall atmosphere, it made people feel as if they were on that distant planet.

Chen Jian looked at the results he and his team had created with their own hands, his face full of excitement and pride, and he couldn’t help but exclaim:

”Whatever I imagine, I can create, and the more carefully I think about it, the richer the details of the generated world become!”

”It’s much more realistic than the worlds we used to painstakingly render using various traditional methods. The key is that it also saves time and effort. This ’Spirit Realm’ is truly awesome; I feel like I want to stay here forever, hahaha.”

Su Chen watched from the side, feeling genuinely surprised in his heart!

He had originally anticipated that creating such a scene might require a significant amount of time and effort. He hadn’t expected Chen Jian and his team to bring such a massive change to the Spirit Realm so quickly, and he couldn’t help but silently lament:

”As expected, some things really need professionals to handle them!”

He had spent a long time thinking about the scene for the portal he designed earlier, and even the voice of the Artificial Intelligence was generated by the system, all just to ensure that those entering would have a better sense of immersion!

He hadn’t expected them to be so skilled at building worlds.

Soon, the Mars scene was completely built!

However, after carefully observing it, Su Chen still felt that although this world looked quite convincing, it seemed to lack a certain texture. The overall feeling wasn’t delicate or realistic enough, and there was still a certain gap compared to the ideal Spirit Realm world in his mind.

Su Chen pondered for a moment, thinking that he could find an opportunity later to send them to Mars for an in-depth investigation, letting them personally experience the real environment of Mars. That way, the world they created upon returning would definitely be more realistic and perfect.

Furthermore, the Mars theme could serve as a perfect gimmick for promoting the Spirit Realm to the outside world!

The live broadcast from Mars a while ago had caused a huge sensation, leading many people to look forward to the Dragon Kingdom launching a Mars travel project. Although it wasn’t possible to fulfill everyone’s wish for the time being, it was enough to show the high popularity of the Mars topic.

At the current speed of Chen Jian and his team, a Spirit Realm world with a Mars theme could be completed in at most a month.

However, Su Chen still felt that this progress was too slow. He had to keep in mind that the Spirit Realm world he envisioned was huge; according to his plans, it needed to be able to accommodate at least seventy to eighty million people online simultaneously!

But with the current scale of the Mars theme, it could at best accommodate a few hundred thousand people, which was far from enough.

Su Chen worried secretly, constantly thinking about how he could build the Spirit Realm into a true dream world in the fastest time possible.

After thinking for a while, Su Chen told Chen Jian about his ideas; having more people could help come up with ideas!

Moreover, the other party was a professional!

Chen Jian was worthy of being a professional who had been working in the field of virtual reality technology for many years. Upon hearing Su Chen’s words, he immediately proposed a very creative idea!

He said:

”When we used traditional methods to render virtual worlds, we once considered letting all players participate, similar to the model of ’Minecraft’, letting everyone become a designer, and everyone be a creator.”

”In this way, with the creativity and strength of numerous players gathered together, the construction progress would definitely be very fast.”

”Moreover, our ’Spirit Realm’ has such obvious advantages over ’Minecraft’. It can provide players with a super strong sense of immersion, as well as a real player interaction experience. Just like us right now, reaching out and holding each other’s hands, we can feel the real touch, making people truly believe this is the real world. Players will definitely love it.”

Su Chen listened, a flash of light appearing in his eyes; he felt this idea was very good!

He immediately smiled calmly and said:

”I have adopted your suggestion; it is indeed a good method and worth a try.”

Chen Jian, however, hurriedly said at this moment:

”But Mr. Su, if we do it this way, it will involve the establishment of laws and rules. Otherwise, if this world has no rules, and players create and change things as they please, the whole world will become chaotic!”

”By then, let alone building a dream world, I’m afraid it won’t even be able to operate normally.”

Su Chen listened, looking relaxed, and waved his hand, saying:

”This problem is very easy to solve; just leave it to the Artificial Intelligence to handle!”

”Let it supervise and guide the players’ behavior based on some preset basic rules and moral guidelines. If it finds any violations, it can promptly remind or stop them, which will ensure the normal order of the world.”

Su Chen looked at Chen Jian and his team and said sincerely:

”During this period, I will have to trouble you. This Mars theme will be the first theme of the Spirit Realm to be opened to the public. You must craft it with care; this is the first step for our Spirit Realm to face the world.”

Upon hearing this, Chen Jian immediately felt a great sense of responsibility, while also feeling incredibly honored, as if he were shouldering a sacred mission. He immediately patted his chest and promised:

”Rest assured, Mr. Su, we will definitely work hard and will absolutely not let you down!”

Su Chen nodded with satisfaction and encouraged them:

”Feel free to go all out. The state will not let you work in vain. As long as the Spirit Realm is built well, the rewards and support you deserve will definitely not be lacking.”

With these words from Su Chen, Chen Jian and his team immediately felt much more at ease. Without any worries, their motivation grew even stronger.

However, before preparing to start working in earnest, Chen Jian found Su Chen. The expression on his face appeared somewhat hesitant, as if there was something he wanted to say but felt too embarrassed to bring up.

Chen Jian seemed to muster up his courage and finally spoke:

”Mr. Su, I have an idea, but I don’t know if I should say it or not.”

Su Chen noticed his abnormality and said with a smile:

”Mr. Chen, whatever idea you have, feel free to say it. I really like people who have ideas.”

Su Chen smiled and nodded, signaling him to continue, and only then did Chen Jian continue:

”I hope to be able to stay in the Spirit Realm all the time, to devote myself wholeheartedly to building the Spirit Realm, and to forge it into the world of my ideals.”

”I really like it here too much; I feel that only here can I truly realize my dream.”

Su Chen thought he just wanted to participate in the construction of the Spirit Realm long-term, so he said:

”Of course, that’s no problem. I would love for you to come and help. With a professional talent like you here, the Spirit Realm will definitely be built even better.”

Chen Jian shook his head, however, and hurriedly explained:

”No! You might not have understood what I meant. I think there must be an incredibly powerful team operating and maintaining the Spirit Realm behind the scenes!”

”I want to join this team, become a member of it, and contribute to the development of the Spirit Realm in the future. Do you think that’s possible?”

Upon hearing this, Su Chen was stunned for a moment!

What team? It’s just me!
