Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 1011: Chapter 1005 Delicious Shrimp Pancake_1

“What are you guys fussing about? If you really think it’s a shame not to do it, then you can let others do it. Just pick the person you want to make it, right?” Qin Xue really didn’t understand what was so regrettable about it. It’s simple to make it; the key is to add sweet potatoes to the rice paste, right? Not only does it serve as a bulking agent, but it also solves the issue of having an appetizing color. Once this is mastered, anyone can do it, right?

“Oh, that’s a good idea, but who should we have make it?” Everyone agreed upon hearing this.

“We only have a few people in our family, and we all have something to do so that’s out of the question. My mother’s side has always had a lack of visitors so that’s also ruled out. The only option left is your maternal side, isn’t it, aunt Lin? If your maternal side is good at it, then just let them do it.” Qin Xue spoke indifferently. It was all really simple to her.

“Qin Xue does make a good point. Thank you, Qin Xue.” Lin Cuiping perked up at this. Her family’s recent business income is much higher than their wages ever were. If her maternal side could also do it, their income would surely increase.

“Aunt Lin, you don’t need to thank me. Just to clarify, this is very simple and anyone can learn it just by looking. Make sure to explain this to them clearly. Whether they do it or not is up to them. Don’t blame me if it doesn’t make money in the future,” Qin Xue said jokingly. She really didn’t want to deal with any complaints in the future.

“Qin Xue, don’t worry, I won’t blame you,” Lin Cuiping said. Wasn’t it a good start when she first started their family business?

“Of course, there are plenty of ideas for those who want to do it, but the initial investments can be a bit high. So, it’s better to start small. Even if it doesn’t make money, the losses would be minimal.” Naturally, Qin Xue wouldn’t want any blame, especially when she had meant to help them make money.

Therefore, it’s always best to clarify everything upfront to avoid a lot of trouble in the future.

“Alright, I understand,” Lin Cuiping knew that her family wanted to get involved too. Her younger relatives had also been asking about her business. They knew that this was an idea and skill gifted to them by their sister-in-law. So, they communicated this to their maternal side. It would be good if they could involve them too, without causing any hurt feelings. Now that Qin Xue is willing to teach them how to do it, it’s an opportunity for an additional income stream. Moreover, it’s such a simple thing.

“Aunt Lin, there is one more thing that is even easier to do. You can make potato pancakes by mixing flour and shredded potatoes and then frying them. They are also very delicious. However, like shrimp pancakes, the downside is that it’s easy for others to learn.” Therefore, Qin Xue mentioned several easy-to-learn recipes that required small amounts of initial investment and asked them to choose.

“All the dishes that Qin Xue mentioned are things she can make herself. Sister-in-law, you can think about whether or not you want to do them. I can see that Qin Xue wants to help. Otherwise, she wouldn’t have mentioned these. I know you’re thinking of helping your maternal family stand on their own feet, which is why you’ve been asking Qin Xue so many questions. Why don’t you take a trip back to your hometown when you can and see if they want to do it? Qin Xue will be at home during the New Year, and there are still a few days left. If they want to do it, they can come and ask her about anything they don’t understand.” Nangong Shulan spoke while looking at her daughter.
