All Gods: Starting with Two Families

Chapter 128 Helping Seedlings Grow by Pulling Them UpZhou Zheng’s true divine body looked across the Void Realm at the giant demon locking pot before him.

It still looked the same—mottled pot body, broken runes, gray Death Qi.

But now it was different.

He could feel every corner of the pot under his control.

Those sleeping rules, those incomplete Laws, those Yao Race who had been imprisoned for countless years, were all his now.

He raised his hand and waved it gently.

The demon locking pot began to move.

Slowly, it drifted toward the direction of Zhou Zheng’s Divine Domain.

This process took time.

Zhou Zheng was not in a hurry to follow.

He withdrew his gaze and sank his consciousness into the core of the Divine Domain.

small space was already waiting there.

That little cube hovered above the altar, data streams flashing frantically on its surface.

As soon as Zhou Zheng threw the Yao Race knowledge transmitted by the Kunpeng consciousness to it, it began absorbing, parsing, and organizing it as if it had been starving for tens of thousands of years.

”Loading,” small space’s voice remained cold, but Zhou Zheng inexplicably heard a hint of excitement, ”Estimated time: seventy-two hours. The Yao Race knowledge system is vast, involving multiple Law branches, and requires detailed decomposition.”

Zhou Zheng nodded, not rushing it.

He himself was also digesting that knowledge.

What the Kunpeng left him at the end was not just that ”thank you.”

There was also a complete Legacy regarding how the Yao Race was born.

The core was three Laws.

The first one was called [Law of Spirituality].

The function of this Law was to allow ordinary beasts to be born with wisdom.

It wasn’t forced enlightenment, but letting them naturally ”open their minds” under the nourishment of the essence of the sun and moon.

The probability of naturally becoming a Yao would increase from one in a hundred million to one in a thousand.

The second one was called [Life Law].

The function of this Law was to allow the Yao Race to transform, making it easier to comprehend the world.

The third one was called [Bloodline Law].

The function of this Law was to guide the Yao Race to develop toward their corresponding Bloodline.

Those with the Kunpeng Bloodline would evolve toward the Kunpeng; beasts with weak Bloodlines would evolve into more powerful Yao.

These three Laws were already incomplete in the demon locking pot.

But with the catalyst, completing them was just a matter of time.

The problem was—he himself could no longer carry more Laws.

Feathered Serpent Law, Death Law, Sun Law.

These three Laws had filled his divinity to the brim.

This was an unbreakable upper limit.

But fortunately, he still had a Subordinate God.

Zhou Zheng looked at the Water Moon God.

That Void Realm water mirror surrounded by twelve moon phases was quietly floating in a corner of the Divine Domain, emitting a cold radiance.

She sensed Zhou Zheng’s gaze, and the mirror surface turned slightly, as if asking a question.

Zhou Zheng’s Divine Thought moved, and he injected the seeds of the [Law of Spirituality] and [Life Law] into the core of the Water Moon God.

The Water Moon God’s entire mirror body shook violently.

The twelve moon phases lit up simultaneously, so bright it was almost blinding.

”Main God... this...”

Her voice carried disbelief.

Any one of these two Laws would be enough to transform a Reserve Deity.

Giving both at once was simply...

”Cultivate well,” Zhou Zheng interrupted her, ”Don’t waste it.”

The Water Moon God did not speak again.

She just floated there quietly, her mirror surface trembling slightly, like a person too excited to speak.

Then, she slowly sank into the depths of the Divine Domain and began to enter seclusion.

What about the Kunpeng Law?

Zhou Zheng thought for a moment and understood.

The Kunpeng Law was actually a combination of the Sun Law and the Moon Law.

He had both of these, so there was no need to comprehend it separately.

He withdrew his thoughts and looked toward the Void Realm.

The demon locking pot had already drifted to the edge of the Divine Domain.

The next second, the Divine Domain opened a giant mouth and swallowed the huge demon locking pot in one gulp.

Boom—

The entire Divine Domain was trembling.

Millions of square kilometers of new land were squeezed in from the Void Realm.

Mountains, rivers, lakes, forests—those terrains that had been imprisoned for countless years finally saw the real sun for the first time.

The followers of Feathered Serpent City raised their heads, looking at the newly appeared world, discussing among themselves.

The followers of Elemental City also stopped their work, looking curiously.

Only the Nether Ant Clan had no reaction.

They just took a look and then continued to bury their heads in their work.

Zhou Zheng’s Divine Thought swept over that piece of new land.

Zhou Zheng did not directly kill those Yao Race.

Pale Feather and his tribesmen stood in a strange mountain forest, looking up at the sky blankly.

There was a sun there—it was the projection of the Feathered Serpent God.

There was also a moon, slowly rising.

They felt it.

That warm light fell on them, carrying a... spirituality they had never felt before.

It wasn’t the fake spirituality of the Moon Flow Spring, but the real, pure essence of the sun and moon.

Zhou Zheng’s mind moved, and an oracle spread across the new land:

”All Yao Race who have opened their wisdom, within one hundred years, must believe in the Feathered Serpent God and the Water Moon God. After one hundred years, those who have not converted will die.”

Pale Feather stood at the front of the crowd.

He raised his head and looked at the sun in the sky—the sun projecting the feathered serpent phantom.

Then he knelt down.

”Feathered Serpent God.”

His voice was hoarse, but clear.

Behind him, those Yao Race knelt down one by one.

They had been locked up for too long, too long.

Now that they could finally live in a place with the sun and moon, even if they had to pay with faith, it was better than being trapped in that gray world forever.

Besides the Yao Race, there were those beasts that had not opened their wisdom.

They were instinctively absorbing that power under the nourishment of the essence of the sun and moon.

Some had already begun to have sprouts of spirituality.

These were actually easier to handle.

Cultivated from a young age, their faith would be purer.

He withdrew his gaze and prepared to leave.

Just then—

A perception from the underworld descended from the sky.

Zhou Zheng’s body froze.

It was an indescribable feeling.

It was as if something had been watching him, betting on him, waiting for him to grow.

Now, that thing had withdrawn its gaze.

The world’s bet was used up.

Next, it was his own business.

Zhou Zheng took a deep breath and looked up into the depths of the Void Realm.

There, a familiar, cold, metallic aura was expanding crazily.

Gear.

Soon.

Zhou Zheng withdrew his gaze, looking at the Yao Race cultivating in the Divine Domain, looking at the beasts transforming in the essence of the sun and moon, looking at the direction where the Water Moon God was in seclusion, and looking at the data stream that small space was frantically calculating.

Then his gaze fell on the [Law of Spirituality] and [Life Law].

If these two Laws were used by mechanical units...

Zhou Zheng was stunned.

He suddenly understood something.

If Gear knew that these two Laws existed, it would definitely pay any price to snatch them.

Letting mechanical units have spirituality, letting mechanical units be able to evolve—what did that mean?

It meant that the Mechanical God System would no longer be a dead end with ”no faith.”

They could generate faith themselves, they could reproduce themselves, they could themselves...

Zhou Zheng was silent for a long time.

Was this the purpose of the world will?

This would open a new era.
