Online Games: Billions Spent on In-app Purchases, Archery Becomes a God

The dungeon is now open! Double experience, gold, and drop rates! And because leveling up was relatively easy before level 10, at least half of the players who started on day one have now reached level 10 and completed their first class advancement.

Therefore, the number of players in the main city has visibly increased and can now be seen everywhere.

All the major streets are filled with players enthusiastically discussing the game.

Their presence instantly added much vitality and energy to the beautiful Chunming City, making it increasingly lively!

Ye Xingyu used the remaining 30 minutes to go to nearby grocery stores and potion shops to buy a batch of return scrolls and large health and mana potions... 100 return scrolls, 200 large health potions, 200 large mana potions, 50 superior antidotes, 50 superior resistance potions...

Activity dungeons generally do not have supply points like shops or pharmacies, so preparations must be made in advance.

“I’m so excited!”

“I wonder what’s in the activity dungeon!”

“What treasures will we see?”

A female mage player clasped her hands, showing an expectant expression, and enthusiastically discussed with her friends what they would encounter in the upcoming dungeon.

At this moment, only 10 minutes remained until the activity dungeon opened!

Ye Xingyu, of course, was also ready.

Like most people, he stood in the city’s central plaza, waiting.

Before leaving, he specifically opened the stranger friend request interface, and a new friend request message suddenly popped into his eyes:

“Player ‘Lily’ requests to add you as a friend. Do you accept?”

“Accept.”

Ye Xingyu knew that Lily was Bai He’s online name.

She used it in the company chat system.

“Boss Ye? Is that you? I just joined the game. What class should I choose?”

Bai He’s message quickly came.

Ye Xingyu immediately replied:

“The class you choose isn’t important. Just pick the one you like most. The focus afterward is to familiarize yourself with the game environment and learn the skills for leveling up and fighting monsters.”

“If you don’t know how, you can team up with others.”

“Take this money for now. Buy whatever you need immediately, don’t hesitate. After a while, I will definitely contact you.”

“I’m about to participate in an event, so that’s all for now. Oh, and if you encounter any problems, you can ask me. I will help you. Goodbye!”

Due to time constraints, Ye Xingyu casually transferred 50,000 gold coins to Bai He.

This was just a fraction of his savings, but for Bai He, it would definitely be enough for the early stages.

Bai He would be of great use to Ye Xingyu in the later stages.

Therefore, he didn’t mind giving her all the help he could.

In the future, to dominate in both the game and reality, Ye Xingyu would inevitably need to establish a guild.

And Bai He was the most suitable person he had found so far to help him manage the guild.

Therefore, in Ye Xingyu’s view, it didn’t matter what class Bai He trained in.

He only needed her to manage the guild.

And Bai He had already fully demonstrated her abilities in this regard when she was his secretary.

She was definitely a talent who could help share management tasks!

That’s why Ye Xingyu valued her so much.

Time’s up!

“Ding! The activity dungeon is now open! Player Falling Nine Heavens! Do you agree to enter the activity dungeon?”

“Yes!”

Flashes of bright light swept across!

Countless people in the plaza were simultaneously teleported away...

“Buzz~~~~~”

After a dizzying sensation, Ye Xingyu reappeared under a vast sky.

Beneath his feet was a shallow stream that just covered his ankles.

Everywhere his eyes could see were dense forests.

Between the forests, bright, hundred-meter-wide roads separated them.

To Ye Xingyu’s left, right, front, and back were several wide roads.

Beyond the roads were all green and lush forests.

The plants and trees in the forest were relatively sparse, not very dense.

This special activity dungeon gave a very relaxing and pleasant first impression.

The atmosphere was very much like a scenic spot specially chosen for a trip in autumn.

Above were blue skies and white clouds, illuminated by warm sunlight.

The ground was covered with a layer of shallow water that just covered the ankles.

The water surface reflected the sunlight, making the light bright.

The air was warm and pleasant, and green plants were everywhere.

A glance immediately made one feel happy. It was a good season for travel.

“Is this the Autumn Water Forest?”

Ye Xingyu carefully looked around.

The entire land was submerged in a shallow stream.

The surrounding forests were lush with branches and leaves.

The world was vast.

It truly was a scene of the Golden Autumn Water Forest.

“Alright, let’s go!”

Ye Xingyu had already seen a group of Water Monkeys residing in the forest to the front left.

They hung among the sparse large trees, moving freely by relying on the huge branches connecting the trees.

It was a prosperous scene.

Ye Xingyu slowly approached.

The flowing water “splashed” beneath his feet, which meant he was wading through water the entire way.

The impact of the current was not strong; at most, it only slightly affected the character’s movement speed.

Ye Xingyu didn’t take it to heart.

To be honest, he had not encountered this dungeon before and did not understand the specific situation.

Judging from the current situation, Ye Xingyu estimated that the area of this dungeon was extremely large!

Because there were at least seven or eight hundred players who were teleported in with him, not to mention other players across the entire world.

But now, Ye Xingyu was alone.

There wasn’t a single other player in the same space as him.

It was imaginable that this activity map was vast!

After getting within fifty meters of the monkey group, Ye Xingyu drew his bow and shot!

“-2128!”

“-2128!”

The steel arrow landed on a Water Monkey, and even without hitting its weak point, it caused terrifying damage of over 2,000!

The physical attack power of the golden hunter bow +20 was truly astonishing!

And the “normal attack damage +30%” effect provided by ma de’s grudge was extremely significant!

After two arrows, the Water Monkey whimpered and fell directly from the treetop, collapsing to the ground.

It was instantly killed!

Ye Xingyu immediately determined that the Water Monkey was just an ordinary low-level monster.

The dungeon monsters seemed to be no different from those in the main world.

“Ding! Killed an 11th-level Water Monkey! Gained 330 experience points!”

The system immediately confirmed Ye Xingyu’s judgment.

However, an 11th-level ordinary monster actually gave the player a high amount of 330 experience points!

It couldn’t help but make one overjoyed.

It truly lived up to being an activity dungeon!

Killing monsters granted double experience, which truly felt very rewarding!

“Keep up the good work!”

There were at least two to three hundred Water Monkeys here at a glance.

In his eyes, that was a huge wave of experience!

Ye Xingyu raised his hunter bow again!
