ShangriLa Frontier ~ Shitty Games Hunter Challenges Godly Game ~

What should we do? This monster is turning out to be a little bit more than we were expecting. It’s Vitality is really high, but for a seemingly mindless beast its movements are a little bit too—human…… Could it be because it devoured Allslot? The Great Red Devourer was able to increase its resources through consumption, but it would seem that the more this thing eats, the greater its performance becomes.

「Your Majesty, you must evacuate from here at once! It’s too dangerous in here! Please use the West Gate instead of the South Gate!」

「Oh my~…… But are you guys going to be alright on your own?」

「Please rest assured. We might not look the part, but we are pretty ferocious in our own ways. We can handle this much no problem.」

「You Majesty, it’s nice that you are worried about us and all that, but you really need to get away from here, on the double! Otherwise we might just use you as a meat shield, if that’s fine with you!」

「Ohh, Your Majesty, why don’t we talk a little bit more? Certainly we can manage to protect you just fine!」

This fucking bastard……!! However, it’s all that demon’s fault! If it was not for it, we would never even have to consider a strategy like that! And judging from how much it was screaming and rampaging, its behavior was as far from being normal as it could get!

But being away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets of the city does not mean that there won’t be any people around! This area was slowly starting to descend into the state of panic, and the players whose curiosity got the better of them started to swarm in here one by one now…… No, no, no!

「This is bad, Pencilgton! Like, really bad! This thing is going to bait more and more people into coming here!」

「Ahh, for fuck’s sake! There! Over there! My foolish comrades! Would you like to maybe lend us a hand!?」

「Huh? No, umm……」

「I CAN’T HEAR YOU!!」

「「Ma’am! Yes, Ma’am!!」」

「Sigma! Emul! Be on your guard at all times! This thing is probably on the level of the Nightprowler Luukan, or maybe even stronger……!」

「Sir, yes Sir!」

「Understood!」

Hey, are you retarded!? Or are you just a noob who just started playing!? Why the fuck would a Magic Caster ever lead the assault like that!? Oh, wait a moment, this guys seems to be a Magic Fighter, so maybe he is going to be able to hold his ground for a while…… Oh, and there goes another……

「Slaughteeeeeeeeeeeeeer!!!」

Oh fuck, that’s not good. Three more people were now devoured whole.

「Those of you who wish to help, watch out as well! If this thing manage to eat you, you are going to die instantly!!」

For the demon who is about to change its form even further, we have no choice but to try to push it out, while it will try to come at us with even greater ferocity than ever before.

「This is really hard…… But we can do this! We can push this thing out even more!」

「Sanraku-kun! If we ignore the armored one, this is the eighteenth!」

And switch! The Holy Lance swings into action as Pencilgton and I switched positions, and it pierces the flank of the Demon of Slaughter. And since this weapon possesses the trait of Armor Piercing, it fully penetrates the demon’s defenses and the tip of the spear manages to sink into its flesh.

But perhaps it was due to the demon activating some skill, the flash of light emitted from the thrusting wound in which the Holy Lance dug into its flesh…… but the damage effect blows out in a few seconds, filling the wound with flesh in a blink of an eye. Healing the wound like that, the demon then springs into action once more and grabs Pencilgton, throwing her away.

I mean,

「Is this thing getting even more arms now!?」

Is it because it continued to eat more and more people!? Could it be that its performance improved because it was flattened by adding three people!?

This is really bad! If things continue just the way they are…… What the hell is going to happen once this thing manages to devour hundred people or so!?

「UUUHHH, UUUWWWAAAHHH……」

「Huh!? What is it going to be this time!?」

「Hey, for some reason this thing now has my little brother’s face……!!」

Good thing that it spawned there and not anywhere else……

「WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON HERE…… ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME……」

「Buhofu!!」

「Fuguh, ahahahaha!! Eh, seriously!? Is it equipped with the consciousness of the captured player!?」

Ah, it now became the face of a brave wizard who wanted to help! And it switched with Allslot’s face!

「Uwah! This thing talks! So shocking……」

Whoa now, wait, wait, wait! This is way too funny! Wait just a moment, Demon-kun! It’s only effective when you eat an NPC, and even if you do it to a player, it’s just makes me want to laugh even harder!

「Hey, hey! Don’t you worry one bit, Allslot! I am going to grant you some much needed relief just about now!」

「YOU STUPID SISTER……!!」

I’m pretty sure that right now the thing that twisted Allslot’s face was actually anger instead of pain or torment, but I guess that those expressions are so close to one another that it might as well have been both of those things…… But now it’s time to shoot! If you hit it between its eyes, you are going to score a whooping five hundred points for yourself!
