Not Being a Trainer This Time

However, before he could catch his breath, Crabominable had already charged in front of Arboliva.

The enormous ice hammer lifted high and then smashed down fiercely.

”Boom!”

Upon being hit, Arboliva’s figure instantly dissipated into bubbles.

Seeing this, everyone was slightly stunned.

Yet in the next moment, people saw that Arboliva appeared behind Crabominable.

It stretched out its arms, and six enormous olive seeds crashed down, delivering a heavy blow to Crabominable.

Before Crabominable could react, those six seeds exploded with a roar.

That was... Seed Bomb!

And six used simultaneously!

This exaggerated move directly rendered Crabominable unable to fight!

Three versus one became two versus one!

”So... so amazing! How did that Arboliva achieve this?!” Roger exclaimed in shock.

What scared him even more was that Wing King had preemptively anticipated Crabominable’s attack, making Arboliva use Substitute!

The situation on the field changed rapidly.

The audience hadn’t even recovered from the shock of the previous scene when they saw Wolf King’s Houndoom emerge from behind.

”Flamethrower!”

Houndoom opened its mouth wide, and blazing fire poured forth.

The scorching flames instantly engulfed Arboliva.

Flames kept pouring out, continuously roasting Arboliva.

Arboliva cried out in pain: ”Li!”

At the same time, Primarina launched another attack.

A cold airflow instantly enveloped the entire arena.

A fierce Blizzard swept toward Arboliva and also affected Houndoom.

The clash between fire and ice caused a large amount of white smoke to rise on the field.

Affected by the Blizzard, Houndoom’s attack soon halted.

”What are you doing?!” Wolf King frowned tightly.

The singer smiled apologetically: ”Oops oops, sorry, I accidentally affected you!”

Good opportunity! Naoki noticed that there seemed to be a conflict between the two.

Seeing Houndoom’s Flamethrower stopped, he immediately ordered, ”Arboliva, Earth Power!”

”Li!”

The Grassy Terrain continuously helped Arboliva recover its strength.

A surge of intense energy from its body rushed into the ground, swiftly heading toward Houndoom.

”Whoa!” Houndoom sensed danger and instinctively wanted to dodge.

But unfortunately, it was too late. In the next second, the arena under its feet shook violently, and a terrifying earth energy erupted from below, instantly inflicting heavy damage on Houndoom.

”Houndoom, hold on!” At this moment, there was no time to argue with the singer; Wolf King quickly refocused on the battle: ”Again, Flamethrower!”

”Arboliva, Oil!” Yet before he spoke, Naoki had already issued the command.

The oil ability is not one of Arboliva’s moves but an innate ability to produce delicious cooking oil for people to use.

But at certain times, this ability can have a surprising effect.

Just like now.

Yellow grease poured out from Arboliva’s body.

Sticky olive oil instantly drenched Houndoom.

And at this moment, Wolf King issued the Flamethrower command.

A surge of scorching flames churned in Houndoom’s throat.

Just as it was about to release them, the blazing fire sped through its mouth and swiftly spread across its body.

In almost an instant, Houndoom transformed into a true ”Hellfire Dog”!

The fur on its body ignited, and Houndoom was shocked, immediately rolling around to try to extinguish the flames.

Witnessing this scene, the audience in the stands erupted in cheers.

”That was incredible! Wing King anticipated Wolf King’s attack, had Arboliva use Oil in advance, causing oil and flames to contact, and achieved spontaneous combustion! Such a brilliant idea!” Roger praised loudly.

”Primarina, now! Use Icy Wind!” Seeing Arboliva’s attention entirely focused on Houndoom, the singer immediately gave the command to attack.

Receiving the command, Primarina opened its mouth, summoning an Icy Wind to sweep toward Arboliva.

However, Wing King and Arboliva did not dodge at all.

”Use Terrain Pulse!” Naoki said deeply.

”Li~”

Facing the incoming attack, Arboliva suddenly unleashed a surge of powerful energy.

In an instant, the Grass Energy from the Grassy Terrain began to rapidly gather around Arboliva, finally forming a thick green beam that burst out.

Two distinctly different energies collided in midair.

Although Arboliva’s attributes were at a disadvantage, its attack was unexpected, blasting out with overwhelming force.

Primarina’s Icy Wind retreated step by step, and soon its graceful body was engulfed by green energy.

Boom!

A violent explosion sounded, and Primarina instantly lost the ability to fight.

At this point, Houndoom still hadn’t extinguished the flames on its body.

Faced with this scenario, Naoki calmly issued the final command.

”Arboliva, another Earth Power.”

”Li~”

The familiar Earth Power erupted from beneath Houndoom.

Hit twice in succession by Earth Power, doubly effective, Houndoom rolled its eyes and instantly fainted.

”He did it, Wing King did it!” Roger’s excited voice rang out: ”What a spectacular match, a complete one versus three, successfully achieving a triple knockout! Wing King’s strength is truly formidable! Let’s congratulate Wing King, congratulate him for successfully advancing to the Master Rank!”

The audience erupted with overwhelming cheers.

Everyone was shouting the same name.

”Wing King!”

”Wing King!”

”Wing King!”

”...”

At the top of the audience stands, a man with a bare upper body, wearing a red mask and possessing a strong muscular physique, leaned against the railing, watching the battle below.

Wing King, huh? Truly a powerful trainer, it looks like the upcoming matches will be interesting! thought the Royal Masked Man.
