Counterfeit Hero

Chapter 1503: Chapter 26: Blitz (9)_2

This is the most direct response to the Judger.

The warriors are unable to describe their feelings.

As battle reports flew in and the distant Western Alliance strike positions were enveloped in explosions, everyone was electrified by the exhilaration surging in their veins.

With the mass deployment of Special Forces from the Western Alliance’s strike positions, the special units on the ground began to act.

They followed behind the bandit army’s Special Soldiers, plunging into the vast battlefield between positions.

Despite having an absolute advantage in numbers, the Western Alliance Army was utterly suppressed in this Special Forces confrontation.

No need for any mobilization or provocation.

Avenging those unarmed doctors and those young, beautiful nurses was the most primal motivation for all the participating Special Soldiers.

The Special Forces on both sides have met countless times in the forest.

Yet every time, it is the Fei Alliance that wins the final victory.

When an injured Chuckna Special Soldier was sent back to the position, covered in blood, he sneered and told everyone one sentence.

”They’re scared!”

In the distance, another giant fireball, like volcanic lava, soared into the sky!

***********************************************************************

The two electronic positions and one Mecha repair station at the No. 3 strike position were destroyed.....

The regimental command post at the No. 6 strike position was attacked.....

The logistics base at the No. 1 strike position was attacked, vast amounts of supplies were destroyed, with over three hundred non-combat personnel casualties...

One chilling loss report after another flew like snowflakes into Langman’s hands.

Upon seeing the report of the Suss 113 Division’s division commander encountering two bandit army armored platoons on the way to inspect the front line, resulting in the death of more than a dozen Senior Officers and an entire Guard Company, Langman could no longer maintain his confident image.

He rose tall and furiously smashed the folder in his hand onto the ground.

The book-sized electronic folder shattered against the steel floor of the Command Mecha, scattering electronic components and shards everywhere.

As the last piece fell to the ground, the entire command was silent.

The staff at the SkyNet Control Console were speechless. Reinhardt, sitting on the sofa, lowered his eyelids, his face ashen.

It is now January 4, 2064, at nine o’clock in the morning.

The skirmishes on both sides have been going on for a full five hours now!

No one knows what language to use to describe these hellish five hours. Perhaps no language is needed, just look at the glaringly red attacked areas on the SkyNet screen, and the dense lists of fallen soldiers and loss reports, to know how fierce this battle is!

This is a unique battle, a slaughter contest between both sides’ Special Soldiers.

To date, several dozen Special Forces units of varying scales have been deployed on the Sunset Mountain battlefield.

They roam the vast jungle mountain areas of Sunset Mountain, attacking opponent’s supply routes, material depots, command posts, and any targets they can assault.

Honestly, no one expected the bandit army’s reaction to be so intense. Almost as soon as they received the Judger’s attack on the enemy’s field hospital, major front-line strike positions were met with the bandit army’s fierce, bloody revenge.

First to suffer were two returning transport convoys with little attack value. Dozens of empty heavy trucks, along with the drivers and logistics soldiers, were burned to ashes.

Following were a field hospital and a temporary repair base. These two non-combat units became outlets for the Fei Alliance’s anger. The guarding soldiers were killed, not to mention that all non-combat personnel were slaughtered.

This was only a fraction of the losses.

Not to mention the other Special Forces dispatched by the Fei Alliance, or the Western Alliance combat unit losses; just within the following short hour, the bandit army’s armored squads caused nearly three thousand casualties in the Su Jie Alliance Army. The vast majority were non-combat personnel like medical, electronic, engineering, mechanical repair, and logistics transport.

They are a group of unreasonable, rule-ignorant madmen whose stubbornness sends chills down one’s spine. Their chests hold hearts harder and colder than steel.

Inhuman slaughter, only to deliver a message: ”You kill one of mine, I’ll kill ten of yours!”

Relentless!

If the bandit army’s retaliation against non-combat members enraged most Western Alliance Soldiers, the death toll among the Special Soldiers terrified them.

Langman’s troops can be said to concentrate the Northern Cluster’s finest; they’re certainly not soft targets anyone can crush.

These Special Soldiers have gone through countless battles, possessing rich experience and strong resilience. Whether it’s tactical skills or Mechanical Control, they are elite among elites. And their unit has a long history with all sorts of legends.

Yet, fighting until now, everyone knows that in this battle centered around Special Soldiers, the Su Jie Alliance Army suffers crushing defeat. The full-scale Su Jie Special Forces deployment not only failed to obliterate or expel the enemy but became sacrifices under the enemy’s butcher’s knife.

Within the nearly three hundred square kilometer battlefield of rolling Sunset Mountain, it is littered with the remains of Western Alliance Special Forces.
