School Beauty's Personal Crazy Young Master

Chapter 389: Chapter 443 Eating

”If you ever spout nonsense again, I’ll tear your mouth apart!”

Lan Yuqin snorted coldly and glared at him. Not caring about her teacher’s image at all, she grabbed Chen Nan’s hand and dragged him out of the school gate with swift strides.

Although Lan Yuqin admitted that her chest was rather large and that some of the more mature male students secretly watched her — she was aware of this — none had ever dared to be as blatant as Chen Nan in voicing it out.

Moreover, he even said he was worried her bra would burst!

Whether my bra will burst is none of your damn business. I’m not worried about it, so why the hell are you fretting over it?

Muttering complaints, Lan Yuqin pulled Chen Nan along as she strode forward.

”Teacher, don’t be so rough on me. I’ve already apologized. Be a little gentle, will you?” Chen Nan strode behind her.

Without turning her head, Lan Yuqin coldly said, ”Walking so slowly, and you call yourself a man. Isn’t that shameful?”

I’m the one that’s shameful?

Chen Nan glared and, without saying another word, tightly grabbed Lan Yuqin’s hand and started running forward.

Lan Yuqin nearly stumbled to the ground when he pulled her like this: ”Hey, hey, what are you doing? Slow down, I can’t keep up with you.”

Chen Nan looked back at her and said disdainfully: ”To think you’re a teacher and you can’t even keep up with me. Isn’t that shameful?”

”You!”

Lan Yuqin pointed at him, unable to speak for the moment.

”’You’ what? If you can’t accept it, then keep running and see who’s faster,” Chen Nan said with a smug face, the typical image of a little rascal triumphant, angering Lan Yuqin to the point of rolling her eyes helplessly.

...

After finding a hair salon and dyeing his hair black, it was nearly noon.

During this time, Su Qingqing had called several times, asking him why he hadn’t gone to class yet. Left with no choice, Chen Nan had to tell her the truth: he’d been caught by Lan Yuqin to dye his hair black.

After leaving the hair salon, Lan Yuqin glanced at Chen Nan: ”A fine young man, why would you want to dye your hair white? Look how much better you appear now, much more pleasing to the eye.”

About the matter of his white hair, Chen Nan didn’t bother to explain anymore. After all, even if he explained, she wouldn’t believe him.

”My dear... no, my respected Teacher Lan, you’ve accompanied me all morning just for hair dyeing, watching over me without leaving — that’s really touching. How about you treat me to lunch to celebrate?”

Lan Yuqin’s eyebrow shot up: ”I accompany you to dye your hair and you still want me to treat you to lunch?”

Chen Nan nodded: ”Of course, who else but our greatest homeroom teacher.”

”Okay, I’ll treat you,” Lan Yuqin stared at him, a sly smile appearing on her face. ”But, I haven’t fully grasped the essence of your handwriting with a fountain pen. You’ll need to teach me, hands-on, sometime.”

Chen Nan quickly shook his head: ”Then forget it, I’ll treat you instead. You’re my teacher, it would be ridiculous for me to teach you how to write!”

”Confucius once said, ’If three people walk together, one of them can be my teacher.’ Who says a teacher can’t learn from a student?” Lan Yuqin pulled him towards a nearby restaurant. ”It’s settled then, you’re not allowed to go back on your word; that’s an order.”

Chen Nan said somewhat helplessly: ”What am I reneging on? I didn’t agree in the first place.”

”I don’t care whether you agreed or not. I’m the homeroom teacher, so what I say goes,” Lan Yuqin firmly grasped him, forcibly dragging him into the restaurant.

”Ah, women... why are they always so bossy!”

Chen Nan sighed deeply and glanced at the sign of the restaurant, a mischievous smile spreading across his face.

The two found seats next to a window and sat down.

After ordering, Chen Nan looked at Lan Yuqin and smiled: ”Have you noticed that everyone here in the restaurant is in pairs, one man and one woman?”

”What’s so strange about that? It’s just a coincidence.”

Chen Nan shook his head with a smile and pointed at the restaurant’s sign: ”It’s not that simple; take a closer look at the name of this place.”

”Romantic Full House Restaurant, what’s so strange about that...”

Lan Yuqin stopped mid-sentence as she seemed to realize something. The name of the restaurant suggested it was a diner for couples.

She had brought a student to a restaurant for couples, what was going on here?

Lan Yuqin quickly stood up and pulled Chen Nan: ”Let’s go, let’s go, we’ll eat somewhere else.”

”Why are you so agitated? We’ve already ordered, and if we leave now, they’ll have food ready with nobody to eat it — that wouldn’t be very nice, would it?” Chen Nan laughed. ”It’s the same wherever we eat. Who said only couples can dine at a couple’s restaurant?”

Lan Yuqin gave him a look: ”But we’re teacher and student. What if we’re seen and it leads to misunderstandings?”

”What’s there to fear? We’re not in a relationship, no need to worry about shadows when you stand straight.”

”Easy for you to say. If rumors spread, we won’t be able to clear our names even if we’re innocent. It’ll be absolutely humiliating,” Lan Yuqin sighed and sat back down. ”Let’s eat quickly and leave right after to avoid people talking.”

Chen Nan nodded: ”No problem.”

”You jerk, why did you wait until after ordering to tell me? I think you did this on purpose,” she inwardly cried, feeling all the weird looks from the people around her and wishing she could just disappear into a crack in the ground, burying her face in her hands on the table, thoroughly embarrassed.

”Teacher, stay cool. Don’t stoop to the level of these laymen,” Chen Nan placated.

Lan Yuqin lifted her head with a bitter expression and glared at him, annoyed: ”It’s all your fault for knowing it’s a couple’s restaurant and not saying something sooner.”

”Taking the teacher to a couple’s restaurant for a meal felt quite thrilling to me, so I just, heh heh... you know what I mean,” Chen Nan said grinning, this time truly speaking his mind, only to receive a big eye roll from Lan Yuqin and a teeth-gritted retort: ”Understand my foot, you jerk!”
