School Beauty's Personal Crazy Young Master

Chapter 362: Chapter 410: Feelings That Shouldn’t Exist

Seeing Chen Nan’s glaring eyes, Lan Yuqin’s face chilled, her eyes widening even further, ”What are you glaring at? You’ve broken the rules and you still think you have a reason? Get in here honestly!”

”Tigress.”

Chen Nan muttered under his breath and honestly walked into the office.

Just as Lan Yuqin turned around, she heard Chen Nan’s mutter, immediately pointing at his nose, she angrily said, ”Chen Nan you jerk, what did you just say?”

”I didn’t say anything, maybe you’re hearing things.”

Chen Nan shrugged his shoulders, appearing indifferent.

Lan Yuqin clenched her fists tightly, her eyes fixed on Chen Nan, struggling to suppress the urge to hit him, she gritted her teeth and said, ”You better behave yourself, I’m really not in a good mood, piss me off less!”

Chen Nan helplessly said, ”I didn’t provoke you, it was you who provoked me, alright?”

”You dare talk back!” Lan Yuqin’s chest heaved dramatically, it was evident her temper was really flaring today, she grabbed a whip and pointed it at Chen Nan, saying, ”You better show some respect, or I can take you down in a minute!”

Chen Nan rolled his eyes, speechless.

He was quite puzzled in his heart, Lan Yuqin in front of other students still looked like a teacher, but in front of him, why was she so fierce?

Lan Yuqin stared at him, ”What’s with that look, not convinced? If you’re not, just say it, I have ways to make you convinced!”

Chen Nan still chose to remain silent.

This woman probably had explosives for breakfast, better not to provoke her.

Seeing that Chen Nan was ignoring her, Lan Yuqin’s anger surged, ”What’s with that attitude, I’m speaking to you, you dare ignore me!”

Chen Nan stared at her heaving chest, his eyes somewhat glazed, and after a while, he swallowed hard and asked, ”Comrade Lan Yuqin, are you a teacher or a shrew?”

”Keep looking and I’ll gouge your eyeballs out!”

Lan Yuqin adjusted her blouse to cover herself more, perhaps she felt a bit like a shrew herself, so her tone became slightly gentler, saying, ”Why did you skip class this morning? If you don’t explain it clearly today, I won’t let you off!”

”Do you really want me to say?”

”Of course, speak up!”

Chen Nan scratched his head, giggling, ”No comment.”

”You!”

Lan Yuqin’s chest heaved more violently, her finger trembling as she pointed at him, saying each word deliberately, ”Don’t test my patience!”

Chen Nan looked innocent, ”Teacher, you misunderstood me, I respect you so much, how could I challenge you? But about this morning, I really can’t tell you, go ahead and punish me if you must.”

Lan Yuqin stared at him.

After a silence, she nodded and said, ”Alright, I won’t pursue this matter, but you must explain your relationship with Han Yuting to me!”

”I really have nothing going on with her, just friends, that’s all.”

”You’re still arguing!”

Lan Yuqin reached over to the desk, grabbed two photos, and slapped them on the table, ”These two photos, a classmate gave them to me this morning, take a look for yourself!”

Chen Nan picked up the photos and was at a loss for words.

One photo was of him holding hands with Han Yuting last night on the way to KTV, secretly taken, and another was of him piggybacking Han Yuting at the school entrance this morning.

”Who the hell is so despicable, damn it.”

Chen Nan threw the photo on the desk with an urge to beat up the paparazzo.

”Don’t even think about denying it. The morning before yesterday, I saw with my own eyes you and Han Yuting walking hand in hand at Green Square, whispering sweet nothings,” Lan Yuqin said bitterly, as if she had swallowed vinegar, glaring at him, ”Now with the irrefutable evidence, do you admit that you’re in an early relationship?”

”Whatever you say, if you say so then it must be!”

Chen Nan spoke indifferently, feeling extremely frustrated and too lazy to explain.

”So you really are dating her!”

Lan Yuqin felt a pang in her heart, a sour taste spreading, as if she was hit on the head by a club, truly a mix of emotions.

After all, she was a twenty-something teacher with a more open mind, not like the older generation. She wasn’t very strict about high school students dating, but seeing Chen Nan ambiguously close with those girls made her heart uneasy, therefore she kept on nagging him.

Now that she saw Chen Nan not denying his relationship with Han Yuting, Lan Yuqin couldn’t help but recall the accidental kiss with Chen Nan while fixing lights at home, feeling a sour and slightly painful sting in her heart.

I’m his teacher, how can I be jealous of him!

As a role model, I can’t be so shameless!

Lan Yuqin felt incredibly conflicted, thinking that she was too disgraceful for having feelings for a student, wondering how she could still teach in the future!

She took a deep breath and stared at Chen Nan, ”Do you still remember that you once promised to listen to me?”

Chen Nan nodded, ”I remember.”

”But did you listen?”

”Well...”

Chen Nan suddenly felt guilty; he had promised Lan Yuqin more than once to heed her words, but it seemed that he had never followed through.

”You’re already twenty, older than the other students and should be more mature. Regarding your relationship with Han Yuting, you decide how to handle it,” Lan Yuqin said after a silence, waving her hand, ”You can go back to class now!”

Chen Nan thought from her tone that she was disappointed in him and didn’t want to bother anymore.

”Actually, Yu Ting and I are really just friends,” Chen Nan said, ”Last night I went out with her to celebrate her birthday. Today I carried her because she injured her leg, and I have to carry her to lunch later.”

No romance!

Lan Yuqin’s heart lifted, but then she thought, why does this matter to me?

Their teacher-student relationship is a forbidden barrier, even if there was real affection, what’s the use!

”I understand, go back to class,” Lan Yuqin said.

Chen Nan was very perplexed, even suspecting if Lan Yuqin was mentally ill. She was fierce as a tigress at first, but in just a few minutes, she suddenly calmed down as if she had become another person.

”Are you... really okay?” Chen Nan asked tentatively.

Lan Yuqin’s eyes bulged, and she retorted irritably yet jokingly, ”You little rascal, are you asking for a scolding? I’m speaking nicely to you, and you still suspect I’m crazy.”

”Well, if there’s nothing else, I need to go, see you teacher!”

Chen Nan quickly turned around and dashed out of the office; it seemed the tigress might become aggressive again, and it was better to leave before it was too late.

Behind him, Lan Yuqin shook her head with a bitter smile.

Chen Nan was planning to return to the classroom, but just then the recess bell rang and it was time for lunch, so he headed straight to Han Yuting’s classroom.
