I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 2137: 25.27 Lone Black Star - Message

The fact that the compatibility test result between the Crown Prince, Ye Qinya and the adopted son of the Duke, Ye Caoyun had an unimaginable result had reached the palace. Though that the result is just 1.99 percent more which allowed this pairing to be considered a Fated Pair, it doesn’t change the fact that now the pair of Ye Qinya and Ye Caoyun had the highest compatibility in the world.

The Imperial Empress was the happiest. Now, they had found a chance to save the Crown Prince, their only son. They now no longer need to fear him transforming completely. As long as Ye Caoyun becomes the pair of the Crown Prince he can be healed. Even if they cannot become a pair, just a healing from Ye Caoyun was enough to cure him and stabilize the Crown Prince’s mental contamination.

Everyone in the royal family was happy. The fact that the mental contamination of the Crown Prince was only one percent away from full transformation was what feared them the most. However, just as Ye Caoyun had awakened as a guide, he had immediately healed 4 percent of the Crown Prince’s mental contamination. From 89 percent to 85 percent, this regression was a huge leap; moreover, the healing only lasted for a few hours.

It’s no wonder, the Imperial Emperor and the Imperial Empress were happy. They no longer have to worry that their son will lose control and forever become a beast no longer being able to turn back to being human.

The Imperial Emperor and the Imperial Empress were hugging the Duke and the Duchess. This news is the greatest one they had heard in his year and as if their greatest wish had been fulfilled they couldn’t hold back their tears and laughter at the same time. The heavy stone in their heart had now disappeared, they could finally take a rest and no longer had to worry about the scouts they had scattered all over the universe trying to find someone who might have better compatibility with their son, the Crown Prince.

”Brother, thank you so much. Thanks to your son, mine no longer needs to worry about losing control. You don’t know how much I dreamt of this day to come!” The Imperial Emperor said. ”Let’s give the boy a noble title as well!”

”That’s right. Give Yun’er one! Didn’t you say that the bullying in school didn’t stop at all even after you have adopted Yun’er? With a noble title as prince, anyone who dares to speak an insulting word can be punished by the Empire’s laws!” The Imperial Empress said.

The duke, Ye Jie said, ”Imperial Brother, you cannot do this! If you do, the ministers will think you are being biased again and make it hard for you in the court.”

”They dare! If they go against this emperor’s wishes I will execute them on the spot. Moreover, this title I will give your son is also to protect him. With a noble title, the royal family will have a reason to protect him. Your people cannot be away from the frontline for too long you know,” said the Imperial Emperor.

But the duke was somehow convinced, however, he didn’t agree right away. Unlike his indecisive self, his duchess agreed right away.

”Then I will thank his majesty for Yun’er,” said Mo Jing.

The duke was surprised and looked at his wife, ”Wife?”

”You don’t know what a high grade guide meant. This means as long as he is unpaired all unpaired sentinels in the empire will pursue our son. When that time comes, bodyguards will not be enough. What are we supposed to do if those people become out of control? When that time comes kidnapping would be the most frequent. I had experienced this and I am only an A-guide. Husband, our son is S+++++-grade guide. He is akin to an SSS-grade guide or even higher. Do you think the Federation and the other star countries would turn blind eye to that?” Mo Jing said.

The Imperial Emperor said, ”Bro, your wife is correct. Your son is a guide who has not only awakened a high grade but also a plant type quantum beast. It was said that plant type beasts are compatible with all kinds except fire type quantum beasts.”

The duke finally felt the urgency of the situation and no longer declined the promise of the Emperor to give their son a noble title.

Ye Jie, the duke said, ”Then I will thank Brother first for our son, Yun’er.”

”Don’t worry. I will make a decree right away,” said the Imperial Emperor.

The Empress said, ”Is it possible for me to arrange a blind date for the two children. At least let them get along naturally, I will not force them to pair themselves.”

”I will ask my Yun’er. He seems to get along well with the Crown Prince. When Yun’er awoke this morning, he seemed to unconsciously pull the crown prince for a hug in his sleep,” said Mo Jing, the duchess.

The Imperial Empress said, ”Haha~ We even saw Qin’er get pulled into his cocoon with him.”

”Indeed. Those two know how to play,” said the Imperial Emperor.

The duke, Ye Jie said, ”There is actually something I need to report.”

”Oh? What is it about?” The Imperial Emperor asked.

Ye Jie controlled his lightbrain and shared a video showing the scenery beyond the gates and the approaching figure of the God of Destruction napping on the back of the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness. They can clearly see that this is a paired sentinel and a guide. Even though they weren’t in the scene, just watching the tense reactions of the guards as the couple approached made them frown.

The Imperial Emperor asked, ”Who are these two people?”

”Based on one of my people guarding the gates at that time, the sentinel is called Ye Xiajie and the guide is named Mo Anjing. My person despite his high mental contamination is an SS-grade sentinel. However, he reported that facing these two A-grade sentinel and guide even he was terrified and felt as if a predator had spotted him. In short, he was overwhelmed.” The duke, Lord Ye Jie said.

The atmosphere in the room had turned serious and a bit tense. Just using their presence alone to suppress an SS-grade sentinel meant that these two are either more powerful than they were recorded or their identities are fake. However, upon checking with the star network database, the names Ye Xiajie and Mo Anjing are indeed recorded. The only problem is that their real identities seem to be restricted and even a duke like Lord Ye Jie cannot check it with his authority.

Lord Ye Jie said, ”Brother, this Ye Xiajie... I have a feeling that he might be connected to our royal family but I’ve checked with my authority and found that I am unable to see through. I can only ask Brother to try it with your authority and check our family genealogy.”

With a serious expression on the emperor’s face, he knew how important this thing was. He immediately used his authority to check the identity behind the names of Ye Xiajie and Mo Anjing. Upon checking with his royal identity he was shocked when a message appeared before him.

The duke, Lord Ye Jie, noticed a change of expression on his elder brother’s face. An expression of disbelief and confusion.

He asked, ”Brother, what is the result?”

”You can see it for yourself,” The Imperial Emperor.

Now all four of them are staring at the line of words that appeared in the holographic screen of the Imperial Emperor.

{The identities of this couple are identified as highly classified. You can find the answers to the Original Royal Genealogy Chart in the Imperial Palace’s Forbidden Library.}

The duchess, Prince Consort Mo Jing said, ”How is this possible? Didn’t they look like they were in their mid-twenties?”

”Do they only look young but are hundreds of old monsters?” The Imperial Empress commented.

The Imperial Emperor thought for a moment and stood up from his seat. ”Since it’s already like this, let’s just check it right now. Let’s head to the Imperial Library.”

In the end, all four of them ended up going to the Imperial Library. The people watching over the library were shocked when they were suddenly visited by four big shots. The people at the library at that time were told to leave as the emperor would like to use it. The people at that time didn’t mind and left the place even though the caretaker had to call the oldest caretaker of the library under the command of the crown. Since they planned to see the forbidden area of the royal library, they made sure that the others had left.

The caretaker of the library is already a 13th generation caretaker. The lives of interstellar people lasted two hundred at worst and longer if they are stronger. Of course, being the caretaker of the forbidden library of the royal family is inherited and this is a lineage outside of the royal dispute and all they care about is protecting the forbidden area. Only when a royal family member requested to see the forbidden library that the Caretaker would come over. He is the real Librarian of this generation.

The 13th caretaker is an old man with a long beard and wrinkled old face. He is dragging along a young boy who seems to be barely a young adult.

”Caretaker of the Royal Library’s Forbidden Area, welcomes the royal family!”
