I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 2118: 25.08 Lone Black Star - Key to the Sea of Chaos

While the three men were having their own private conversation at the throne hall, the God of Destruction who had brought away his aide, Warden Yun Ming, to the flowering tree garden in the Nether System sat together in a stone chair enjoying the evening view while surrounded with full bloom wisteria trees. The fragrance of wisteria flowers can be smelled all over the area. Hei Anjing was enjoying a hot sake with Yun Ming under the beautiful full moon.

Yun Ming asked, ”Master, was it alright to let them stay there together?”

”Ming’er, do you not trust your own husband?” Hei Anjing asked while slightly sipping his hot sake which warms his cold body.

Warden Yun Ming immediately shook his head in panic and said, ”No. No. That’s not what I mean! I... I only...”

”Were you worried about them betraying us?” The God of Destruction asked and then added, ”That is not possible. Even so, there is no need to worry. The Cosmic Will had allowed them to be reborn in this cosmos under some conditions. Sealing their origin memories while in trial was the first and the second one is...”

Hei Anjing slowly approached Yun Ming and pointed at Warden Yun Ming’s heart. The moment he lightly pressed on his chest a red string appeared from his chest. Even Yun Ming was shocked by this red string. He knew too well what this string meant. This is the red string of fate and love. Something even the former God of Fate, had no real control over. True that he can attach two people’s red string, and cut it off if needed. However, there are some things that are outside his control. That is the fate and love connections of the beings stronger than him, like immortal gods, sovereigns and ancient gods. The fate of these beings are outside the range of his control, especially the fate of the man in front of him. He couldn’t read it at all. All he can see is that his red strings are connected to Lord Ye and his two Lou Wuye.

The God of Destruction noticed his expression and said, ”This is the red string of fate you know about. This is different, look closely~.”

Urged by the voice of the Destruction God, Warden Yun Ming instinctively studies the red strings connected to him. He closed his eyes and spread his divine consciousness to see the red string closely only to see that it was connected to the Chief Warden yet the real end of the string is anchored in his heart. Moreover, this is not a red string but a red chain.

Warden Yun Ming was startled that he immediately opened his eyes and looked at his master with confusion in his eyes, ”This is a chained anchor. But why is the end of Wuye’s chain on me? I don’t remember having this in me before?”

”Of course you didn’t have it before. But when you have accepted Lou Wuye fully in this current lifetime, his anchor chosen by his soul in this world is you. As long as you exist in this cosmos so would he even if he recalled his original self. Once he removed this anchor and killed you, he... will be erased by the cosmos laws and perish forever. No reincarnation. No second chance. You are the reason he can exist in this cosmos,” said the God of Destruction.

Warden Yun Ming’s face suddenly turned pale as if he realized something terrifying. He learned that he had become the chains of Chief Warden Lou Wuye in this world. If he dies, the cosmos laws of Diamond Cosmos would erase him. Even if he escaped, he will never be allowed to reenter the Diamond Cosmos becoming exiled and not being able to go home forever.

Warden Yun Ming said, ”Then if we die they... will they be kicked out of our cosmos?”

The God of Destruction nodded his head and said, ”This is almost all our cosmos can allow. In exchange for this chance for them, I am now completely bound in this cosmos. Unable to leave, unable to die. My source of immortality is this reason. But after I have chosen A’Xia some things have changed though. For these changes to be known, his cosmos should be merged with ours.”

Warden Yun Ming wanted to ask what this change is but for some reason he cannot bring himself to ask. As if this is a secret that mustn’t be told at all.

In the end, it was decided that Lou Zhuge would become an apprentice warden and would work for the Nether System. He wouldn’t be allowed to leave the Nether Prison until they come back and no longer needs to leave Vearth. If one day, they plan to head for the world beyond, Lou Zhuge will be brought by them. After all, their original cosmos is still out there. It was unknown if it still existed and was striving. Upon learning what the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness had decided, the God of Destruction didn’t have much reaction and accepted this ending.

Today was actually the day they planned on heading to the Sea of Chaos. Those who had gathered are those who would be training in that place until they reached the level where they can move freely in the world beyond and enter the Cosmos Battlefield. Among the ones who had gathered, all four children of the God of Destruction and the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness are going with them. The children had longed to be informed and didn’t mind going with the adults. Aside from them, the ones who are going are the Sovereign God of Creation and Light, Shen Siwang and his other half, the Sovereign God of Life and Death, Mo Baojun. The two systems, Zhi Yang and Zhi Yue would be coming as well. They were needed to create a portal to connect the Sea of Chaos and Vearth. After all, Hei Anjing cannot stay in the Sea of Chaos with them as he still needs to find the missing ancient gods.

Hei Anjing upon seeing that everyone had arrived he smiled and gathered them.

”It’s good that everyone is all here. We should get going!” The God of Destruction said.

System Yue asked, [Lord Hei, how can we go to the Sea of Chaos? We’ve only heard about it before but no one knows how to get there!]

The God of Destruction smiled and said, ”Don’t worry. It’s easy to go there as long as you have a key.”

He touched his chest and everyone noticed that his face turned a bit pale and a golden red key came out from his body. Everyone immediately realized that the key that comes out from Hei Anjing’s body is made from his heart blood essence. In short, in this world the only being who can create the key that leads to the Sea of Chaos is none other than the God of Destruction and also the Cosmos Ruler this cosmos accepts as.

As expected, when everyone learned that this key was the only thing that can bring them to the Sea of Chaos and it was a disposable type of key, everyone else’s face turned grim, especially the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness, Ye Xiajie.

Ye Xiajie asked, ”Don’t tell me we will need to use your heart’s blood essence to open the Sea of Chaos everytime!?”

Hei Anjing, supported by the arm holding his waist from behind, turns his head and looks at his beloved whose face is ugly by this fact and then smiles at him.

”I am something directly born from the chaos and my heart’s blood essence can bring us to the Sea of Chaos. If The Ancient God of Chaos then this key is not needed, Hunluan can directly open it. But he is not around and I can only open the door this way with my current state,” said the God of Destruction.

The Sovereign God of Void and Darkness asked, ”Bringing Yue and Yang was to keep them there as an anchor so you can sense where the Sea of Chaos is and open a portal? Because Yang was made from your heart’s blood essence.”

”Yes. Don’t worry. Once we found the Ancient God of Chaos then this heart’s blood essence will no longer be needed. That’s why after sending uncles and our children there we must check through all real worlds again and find where the ancient gods were taken. I sensed that no one had left the Diamond Cosmos after all.” Hei Anjing said.

Ye Xiajie said, ”Isn’t it better if we had headed to the Sea of Chaos after we found Lord Hunluan?”

”But we are running out of time, the enemy has longed entered the cosmos. It was unknown if it was his true body or just a clone. The fact that we don’t know who it was, is the most worrying,” said the God of Destruction.

These words were enough to shut up the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness, but it also made the man lose all his good mood. Sensing that his beloved’s mood had turned ugly the moment he saw what just happened, Hei Anjing had no other choice but to coax his man.
