I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 2136: 25.26 Lone Black Star - Good News

After seeing the photo of the God of Destruction and the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness, the Crown Prince, Ye Qingya would clearly see the love and content between the pair. It was something different from the feelings of compatibility between normal sentinels and guides. Most paired sentinels and guides in this world would only marry after learning about their compatibility. They pursue the guides because they know they can save them and clear the mental contamination or pollution in their mind and avoid becoming a full beast who loses his only intelligence.

This is the sentinel’s greatest fear and tragic ending. With the healing of a guide this might be the only ending the sentinel can have. However, fighting isn’t something the sentinels from the military can avoid. It wasn’t only their empire, even the federation and other countries and empires feared the same thing. Which is why the existence of the fated pair is something no one would ignore.

The Crown Prince, Ye Qinya asked, ”This pair... Do you have their compatibility report?”

”No, sire. It seems that they are unrecorded. If you really require it before the registration we can ask them to do one compatibility test,” said the Principal.

Ye Qinya shook his head and said, ”There is no need to offend a powerful pair just for compatibility results. you said their recorded grade is A but they were able to suppress you then they might be SSS or even higher. Anyway, don’t antagonize them. It’s better to have them as allies than enemies.”

”So are we accepting them to the Imperial Royal Academy?” Principal Hei Can asked.

The Crown Prince said, ”Yes. But keep observing them as long as they don’t harm any students or teachers let them be. But to have the surnames of Ye and Mo... this is something I must investigate myself. I will also report this to the Imperial Father and Imperial Uncle. Just let them be for now.”

”Yes, your highness!” Principal Hei Cang said.

Meanwhile at the Imperial Royal Academy...

The awakening of Ye Caoyun as a high-grade guide and incur a group of courters from the sentinels. They had all been begging for a compatibility test with him which Ye Caoyun isn’t found off. After all, a compatibility test would require mixing the pheromones of a sentinel and a guide. It was somehow acceptable to do it with a stored pheromone but mixing it with a living person made him sick.

That uncontrollable feeling of something similar to having someone touch your soul is unwelcoming for him. He felt nauseous. Moreover, the fact that he can vividly feel the other person’s pheromones made him shiver with rejection. But the one his dad had tested compatibility with him made him feel soothed instead. That scent of Agarwood and a bit of rust was to his liking. After all, in the world he came from he is a wood elemental user who fought a war against one’s flesh and blood mixing with his scent of refreshing wood. That scent calms him as it feels he has returned to his origin.

Well before he could even react about the result, his Dad had already run off without him. His dad is simply that busy and he understands it. That’s why he had just returned to his class and attended the lessons. Who would have expected that he had just awakened this morning and everyone else in the whole academy all knew about it.

During class transition, students suddenly started to crowd around Ye Caoyun who wanted to take a nap and check his spiritual domain. Unknown to him, the moment he closed his eyes, sentinels of his class had started to swarm around him. Of course, no one dares to openly approach or touch him. He is now a guide, if a sentinel dares to touch him without permission this will be considered sexual harassment and the sentinel would be the one who would punished.

”Ah~, he fell asleep, what should we do?”

”Shall we wake him up?”

”Are you going to touch him? Insane! You want to go to the detention hall!”

”He is already a guide. Touching a guide without permission is against the law unless it’s necessary.”

”Should we ask another guide to wake him up?”

”Who should we ask then?”

”Well... How about waiting for him to wake up?”

”There is no other choice then. I wonder if he is willing to have a compatibility test with me?”

”I wish too.”

”I actually want to try as well.”

”He is actually quite pretty.”

On the other hand, Ye Caoyun who had returned to his spiritual domain was still welcomed into a fantasy-like forest with so many growing immortal herbs that he had only seen and cared for when he was still a highgod. He thought he had lost all his treasures only to be thankful that his herb collection had remained. Well almost all of his artifacts and weapons are gone though.

He continued walking in the forest where his quantum beast, the World Tree which is only a sapling yet already possessed a height of a five floor building stood straight at the center of his spiritual domain.

Ye Caoyun sat on the grassy patched ground and leaned on the trunk of the golden leaves tree.

He asked, ”Xiao Jin (Little Gold), what do you think I can do to make my physique stronger? My current vessel is too weak to even fully summon you outside.”

{Master, the answer to that is simple. Just cleanse your body, bone marrow, meridians and all. As long as the impurities are gone, the qi will run faster in your body! We have all the herbs for it in this domain. Xiao Jin planted them all.} The world tree named Xiao Jin answered.

Ye Caoyun was delighted to hear these words. He seems to have forgotten that he can create some concoctions to cleanse his whole body and remove impurities through Pill and Potion Refinement. The problem is whether these herbs can be replanted outside this domain. He also wanted to try planting it in the real world and mass producing it. Maybe some concocting and pills like Purification Concoction and Cleansing Pill would be able to help people of this world get stronger.

Maybe because the World Tree, Xiao Jin, is connected to his master by his soul that he can somehow guess what is in Ye Caoyun’s mind.

{Master, common and uncommon herbs had no problem with growing outside. But for rare and unique as well immortal herbs, you would not only need to purify the land first you must also find a place with strong qi for it to grow. So Longevity pill and such, you can only make it in this domain and not outside.}

”No problem as long as some of it can grow in the real world. As for the rest, I had the intention of mass producing it. Immortal herbs need divinity to grow as of now, I don’t have much left,” said Ye Caoyun.

{Don’t worry, Master. As long as you find my heart seed I can help you reach godhood and ascend in this world, as for the world beyond that is something Xiao Jin cannot handle. Does the master plan to return to Vearth in the future?} The World Tree asked.

Ye Caoyun said, ”Right now. No. Maybe after my parents and everyone important to me in this world had entered reincarnation only then will I be able to cut off my karma and ascend to Vearth. It would be better if I have at least one person by my side when that time comes. Xiao Jin, you don’t know how lonely it is to be alone in the Upper Realm.”

{It’s alright, Master. You can definitely find a husband!}

Ye Caoyun said, ”Why is it a Husband?”

{Master, you are a guide in this world? You can only become a wife.} The World Trees as if it was a matter of fact.

Ye Caoyun retorted, ”Shut up! You are the wife. Your whole family is the wife!”

{But master, you are only Xiao Jin’s family, what’s the use of insulting yourself. Are you a masochist?}

”Where the hell did you learn such a word!?” Ye Caoyun panicked as if hearing a child of him utter the word fuck while wearing a cuddly cute face.

{I learn it from Master’s memories!}

”Okay. Stop learning bad words. Be good!” said Ye Caoyun.

On the other hand, at the palace...

After Duchess Ye, Mo Jing reported the result of his son’s awakening and his compatibility test result with the Crown Prince, the Imperial Emperor and the Imperial Empress were the most delighted with this news. No one would have expected that their empire would have a powerful Guide who excels in healing and someone who possessed high compatibility with the Crown Prince who was said to be on the verge of mental collapse whose possible tragic ending is transformed into their quantum beast form and become a beast in true sense.

With tears strolling down on her face, the Imperial Empress looked at the compatibility test result between her son, Ye Qinya and the adopted son, of Duke Ye and Duchess Ye.

She murmurs, ”89.99 percent?! A fated pair. The two children are a Fated Pair!?”
