I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 2134: 25.24 Lone Black Star - Teacher Applicant’s Test

The moment Principal Hei Cang finished talking, a powerful mental suppression spread in the whole room targeting all the teachers in the area. Most of the teachers’ faces contorted in pain and some even fainted with foams coming out from their mouths. Principal Hei Cang noticed that only three were able to bear his aura with two looking like they are doing their best to block his mental energy and one looking at him with emotionless eyes. The last one is obviously Ye Xiajie.

Principal Hei Cang met the indifferent eyes of Ye Xiajie and he frowned.

’This man had a strong aura. Is he truly just A-grade?’ The thoughts of Hei Cang upon meeting the eyes of the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness.

Hei Cang focused all of his aura on Ye Xiajie trying to pressure him greater than the other applicants as if trying to see through the extent of his capability to bear the pressure. The Sovereign God of Void and Darkness also noticed this and only raised an eyebrow as if entertained a bit. Just as he was to retaliate when suddenly his hand was suddenly tickled by someone. In this world, there is only one person who dares that. He turned his head and saw his napping wife looking at him with a beautiful smile. The former coldness in his eyes fades as he looks at his beloved. Principal Hei Cang also noticed this and looked at the man who he had thought had fainted only to see him yawning at him then gave him a playful smile.

Normally, such a smile would be mistaken for a sense of seduction but Principal Hei Cang only felt coldness lingering on his back. As he saw that within the depths of those blue eyes is a much more dangerous feeling than what the emotionless eyes of the man who sat beside him. This is a more terrifying type of fear only given when you are being stared at by a much more powerful predator and that you’re helpless about it.

Principal Hei Cang read the moving lips of the beautiful lazy man.

Don’t bully my man.

Principal Hei Cang did everything he could to calm down his erratic heartbeats and he took back his aura. He realized that he was covered in cold sweat and he didn’t even notice it right away. He then secretly glanced at the couple from before and noticed that none of them seemed to be interested in his presence as if he is only among the ordinary people in their eyes. If he didn’t experience what had just happened just now he would have thought that this is just an ordinary couple just now. He moved his gaze and calmed his breathing.

He then spoke, ”Those who didn’t faint all passed as for the rest I apologize but you failed. The four people who passed please outside while the others are being brought to the clinic.”

”Fellow Teachers, help the candidates who had passed to leave the room. Medical staff take the others away.”

Four people including Ye Xiajie and Hei Anjing stood up from their seats. The other two looked so tired as if they had used too much energy just by staying awake as for the God of Destruction and the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness they left the room hand in hand without care for the others. The teachers who entered were shocked when they saw a young couple walking out of the room unharmed and then looked at the two other teachers who had passed but could barely stand up and then at the other applicants who fainted on the spot.

Hei Anjing said, ”A’Xia, I’m hungry again.”

”There should be a cafeteria here. Let’s check if there is something you like to eat there. If not, let’s go back to the city and find a restaurant,” said Ye Xiajie as he glanced at Principal Hei Cang.

Hei Cang felt the pressure on his eyes and said, ”The four who passed can leave for today. A letter will be sent to your terminal for further instructions. See you tomorrow.”

”See you tomorrow~,” said Hei Anjing while waving his hand towards the principal before leaving with Ye Xiajie.

Once they left, including the other two teachers who had passed and all the other applicants who had failed were taken away, an emergency meeting had taken place in the academy’s main office. The whole process of what happened inside that room was watched by everyone inside the office. Their main focus was the couple who left just now.

They watch as the guide who gave them a wave just now nods his head as if very sleepy and is obviously not listening to the instructions of the principal who was explaining the last round of the test. In the end, he even fell asleep before the principal could even finish talking. Then the principal finally spread his aura to rest everyone and the sleeping young man on his hand finally lost control of the hand he used as a pillar to keep his head up and fell on the table sleeping. He didn’t hit his face on the table as the taller man beside him had caught his head preventing the pain of this fall. However, everyone can see that he is sleeping so peacefully without getting affected by Principal Hei Cang slumbering even with a drool at the corner of his lips.

As for the taller man beside him, he seemed indifferent about everything and met the eyes of the principal as if testing something. When Principal Hei Cang increased the aura falling on him, the man’s indifferent expression changed a bit. Just a slight raise of his eyebrows but it was enough to make them nervous as they all felt that once this man moved the principal might die. Thankfully, this guide had instantly calmed him down and on that devoid of emotion face of his, a smile suddenly surfaced and his whole demeanor had changed. But likewise, this man is completely unaffected by the principal’s aura.

Everyone in the room was stunned, even the Principal who had experienced it himself.

”What are the names of these two people?”

”Mo Anjing and Ye Xiajie? From Mo Clan and the Royal Family?”

”No! According to the investigation there is no one from these two clans that had these names.”

”Maybe they are people who shouldn’t exist... I am an SS-grade sentinel yet before the eyes of those people I feel no different as an ant,” said Principal Hei Cang.

He reads the reasons for the couple joining the Academy as teachers. The guide answers, ’Because I’m bored?’. The sentinel on the other hand answers, ’Accompanying my wife.’. If they had read these words before the final test they would have directly declined them and the possibility of offending someone stronger would have happened. Just thinking about it made Hei Cang’s heart tremble in fear and relief.

Principal Hei Cang said, ”Send the congratulatory message to the four passers. The two A-grade sentinel teachers would be teaching in Noble Classes and the young couple will teach in Royal Class.”

”Principal Hei this cannot be allowed. Such two dangerous individuals with unknown backgrounds, what are we supposed to do if they do something!?” a teacher rejected this idea.

Principal Hei pinched his temples and said, ”A couple that didn’t even try to hide their powers despite being recorded as A-grade sentinel and guide. They are powerful enough to overwhelm me, who is a SS-grade sentinel. Moreover they are a pair. A powerful sentinel who had a powerful guide. Do you think he will go berserk? He might not be able to with that one by his side.”

Just thinking how that mischievous smile fell into his eyes, what he felt at first was awe for seeing such a beautiful man in his life, then dread the next second as there were hidden threats at those simple words that time.

”Everything should be fine as long as his husband is not harmed,” said Principal Hei Cang. ”Do it and send the message. I need to report this above.”

”Yes!”

”The meeting is adjourned.”

After the meeting had ended, everyone had left the principal’s office and decided to head to where the crown prince was. Coincidentally, he passed by the cafeteria where he was the couple eating together. Maybe because they both have heavenly defying appearances no students dare to approach them but still continue to watch from a distance. Hei Cang felt as if this couple was from a completely different world than the others. Something that can only be seen but forever out of reach.

After walking by, the couple turned their heads and looked outside the cafeteria. Of course, they noticed the Principal staring at them but they didn’t care at all.

The God of Destruction asked, ”My love, do you think we will get hired?”

”Unless he is a fool who would ignore a free powerful hire in your own territory. We already showed that we have no intention of harming their side after all,” said the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness.

Hei Anjing said, ”That is also true~. A’Xia, I heard about that famous bakery these children are talking about. Let’s drop there before heading home.”

”Alright. I will accompany you, Jing’er.” Ye Xiajie said.

The couple left the Imperial Royal Academy after eating their lunch.
