Naruto: Reborn as Konoha's Idol

Chapter 58: Chapter 58: Upgrade!

Two Shadow Ninja desperately held off Big Snake Auntie, while a Shadow Deer leaped from under Kano, carrying the weak-legged Kano away. Kano also left a shadow clone to support Sasuke, telling him to escape in another direction.

”Interesting Ninjutsu.”

Even with Big Snake Auntie going all out, she couldn’t defeat Zabuza in a short time, which gave them ample time to escape.

Sasuke didn’t object to the suggestion of splitting up.

Kano had a shadow clone by his side to find him, and Kano also had her singing to signal her position. As long as they escaped this time, there would definitely be a way to regroup later!

Sasuke didn’t stop his mad dash, and neither did Kano.

”I didn’t realize it when watching the anime, but Big Snake Auntie is truly terrifying!”

Kano not only ran wildly but also sent out Shadow Clones to various locations! Although she knew Big Snake Auntie most likely went after Sasuke, she was still worried.

Sasuke would definitely be fine according to the original plot, and perhaps he would even fight better without Sakura, who was a burden. While praying for Sasuke, she searched for Naruto.

She had originally left a Shadow Deer in Naruto’s shadow, but the deer in Naruto’s shadow was already gone, so now she couldn’t find Naruto’s exact location.

Suddenly, the Shadow Monarch reacted again; Shadow Haku and Shadow Zabuza were also destroyed. Now Big Snake Auntie was going to start hunting, so Kano escaped even more carefully.

Just as she was thinking this, a Giant Python appeared before her. It opened its gaping maw, and Kano, unable to dodge in mid-air, her pupils constricted, quickly formed hand seals.

”Wind Release: Great Breakthrough!”

A violent gust of air erupted from her small mouth. However, a Wind Release of this level couldn’t harm the great snake.

But the goal wasn’t to deal damage, but to use the recoil to dodge the attack.

The giant snake changed direction and struck again. Kano pulled out a flash bomb, threw it behind her, and quickly formed hand seals.

”Ninja Art: Shadow Palm Pressure Technique!”

The flash bomb burst into dazzling light, and Kano’s delicate little hand’s shadow, like a giant’s hand, slammed heavily onto the giant snake’s head!

This family secret technique consumed a huge amount of Chakra; Kano would be completely out of Chakra after using it about twice, and she couldn’t even use a second one now.

There was no other way; Kano didn’t want to use her trump card family Ninjutsu, but unfortunately, the Shadow Ninja were useless.

Kano stood panting on a tree branch; the great snake, having been slammed, was essentially out of commission. Then came a bizarre scene: Big Snake Auntie broke through the snake’s skin and crawled out from inside.

”Woc! Orochimaru, why are you chasing me instead of Sasuke?!”

Even a well-behaved child like Kano couldn’t help but curse. Big Snake Auntie paused halfway through crawling out, wondering if she had been recognized.

”Oh? You know me? When did I expose myself?”

Kano plopped down on the tree. Running for her life and unleashing a big attack had consumed too much.

”Orochimaru, I know your goal. How about this: you turn around and chase Sasuke; he’s more suitable than me, and he even has a Sharingan.”

”You fellow, are you planning to sacrifice your teammate to save your own life? However, you seem to know my secret, so I can’t let you leave alive.”

Big Snake Auntie attacked without hesitation, and Kano also got up and ran.

”I’ll f*ck your mother, Orochimaru!”

All Shadow Ninja and Shadow Clones, go and hold him back!

”Such a foul mouth.”

These cannon fodder were completely useless; they were instantly killed upon encountering Big Snake Auntie.

”I know a lot of information that would interest you! How about we make a deal?!”

”Once I catch you, I’ll naturally interrogate the information out of you.”

Now Kano’s Chakra and stamina were insufficient; if she kept running like this, she would definitely be caught. She had to find a way to control him, otherwise, she wouldn’t be able to escape.
