Twin Treasures: The CEO Wife's 99-Day of Revelations

Chapter 282: Chapter 282: Something Big Will Happen Tomorrow

In the elegantly landscaped seaside villa.

The complex crystal chandelier is the restaurant’s biggest highlight, it is very spacious here, equipped with ten leather dining chairs.

At the long table, Anton Miller and Mia Lane sit across from each other.

The dishes presented before them are lavish, and the fragrant lilies behind them are enchanting.

”I found out, the children are at Emerald Cove.” Anton Miller told her, ”There are seven bodyguards watching over them during the day. I will take fifty henchmen over, and we’ll rescue the children tomorrow.”

Mia Lane lifted her eyes to look at him.

However, he said seriously, ”I will arrange the private jet, you can wait on the plane, and you can go wherever you want.”

”...” Mia Lane felt emptiness inside, she lowered her gaze.

”You aren’t planning on backing out, are you?” Anton Miller slightly paused.

”No.” She felt apologetic, ”I just think...this is too much trouble for you, it will implicate you.”

”As long as it’s something I, Anton Miller, am willing to do, even if it does implicate me, you shouldn’t have a psychological burden.” He said, ”Besides, this matter might not be a bad thing for Justin Kingston.”

He analyzed, ”He’s getting married, surely he will have children with Monica Usher.”

”Raising three children, although he has money, it still takes effort. Moreover, he has amnesia, so he won’t have any feelings for Gigi and Dolly, maybe he would rather you take them away.”

”Moreover, he hasn’t taken care of them for six years either.” Anton Miller said pointedly, ”Sometimes you overthink things, some people and matters might not be that important to him.”

Hearing him say so, Mia Lane actually found it reasonable.

”Later, pack up your luggage, see if there’s anything you need to take.” Anton Miller said, ”We might not return to Riventhal.”

”Anton Ford, thank you.”

”You’re welcome, you can think of me as a friend.”

Emerald Cove.

After dinner, Gigi led Dolly into the children’s room, he deliberately locked the door.

”I thought of a way to force Mommy to come out today.” Gigi said as he sat on the round bed.

Dolly crawled into a treehouse, ”What way is that? Tell me?”

”Stage a kidnapping.” Gigi said, ”Tomorrow we spread news saying we both got kidnapped. I don’t believe she won’t show herself, five million plus both parents must go together before the kidnappers will release us.”

”...” Dolly was shocked by her brother’s brainwave, ”Won’t this cause a big commotion? Also make it to the news?”

”How else will she know if it doesn’t make the news? It must create a big commotion!” Gigi’s tone was rather dissatisfied, ”It would be best if it overshadows this wedding! Isn’t Monica Usher always bouncing around in the news?”

”Alright, then when do we act?”

”I’ll draft it tonight, and release it first thing in the morning. Then we’ll stay here at Emerald Cove, hide somewhere they can’t find us.”

Dolly was excited too, this was like an upgraded version of hide and seek, it should be fun!

They’re children, after all, their playfulness remains heavy.

At night, in the brightly lit study.

Justin Kingston opened his computer to handle some work, Monica Usher sent a WeChat video, Justin Kingston merely glanced at the screen, but didn’t answer.

Monica Usher didn’t dare call a second time either.

Because she had already worked up twelve nerves for this first call.

Many people like Justin Kingston, including Monica Usher, but Justin Kingston likes only a few people, Mia Lane being the sole exception.

He shut down the computer and searched for a world economics book on the shelf.

Having amnesia, he doesn’t know where to put it...but he should buy this book.

While searching, his long fingers fell on something palm-sized, not resembling a book.

Upon taking it out, it turned out to be a photo album.

He opened to the first page and a sweet photo of him and Mia Lane came into view.

The girl’s smile in the photo was warm and genuine.
