Twin Treasures: The CEO Wife's 99-Day of Revelations

Chapter 255: Chapter 255: Inquiring About the Children’s Mother

”You have no regard for her, but to give the kids a complete family, you decided to try dating her. In fact, she quickly cheated on you, that restless woman put a green hat on you.”

Justin Kingston leaned back in his chair slowly, contemplating.

”Justin, your car accident was also because of her. You saw her entering a hotel with another man and wanted to follow them to get some evidence, but without expecting...”

”In any case, Justin, she’s not someone good, so it’s better to just forget her,” Kristina Kingston said with a pained heart, ”Monica is your fiancée. If those two kids hadn’t suddenly appeared, you two would have already been married.”

Justin’s eyes turned slightly cool, and he took a sip of tea.

”You two grew up as childhood sweethearts with many beautiful memories; you’re more familiar with each other than anyone else. You’ve asked Finn Morgan to prepare a grand wedding, saying you want to marry her.”

”I still don’t want to get married.” His deep voice carried an internal determination.

”After such unfortunate events, wouldn’t getting married be a good thing to change your luck? It was mutual consent in the first place, and your career could also flourish,” Kristina comforted with a gentle smile, ”Let the past be the past. You’ve never promised your mother anything; the wedding really can’t be postponed any longer.”

That night, Justin was sleepless.

The fragments of memory with the children’s mother were forgotten, and Monica Usher felt so unfamiliar to him.

While his mind was blank, Kristina Kingston had already released the wedding news.

And the wedding preparations were in full swing...

The media began reporting successively, putting pressure on Justin.

The next morning.

Emerald Cove.

The kids were having breakfast in the dining room. Dolly took a sip of soy milk, ”Brother, do you think Daddy can eat?”

”I don’t know, I just feel Daddy is so pitiful.”

”The book says people who lose their memory are full of mistrust towards others and surround themselves in a strange circle.”

”So will Daddy doubt what we say too?”

”He would probably trust his own judgment.”

”Daddy!” Dolly’s keen eyes quickly spotted the man at the door.

Justin walked towards them, ”Good morning.” He had heard their entire conversation.

”Good morning.”

The kids still sensed a distance; Daddy’s inherent aura was too strong.

Plus, he only remembered the kids were his, all previously cultivated emotions wiped clean.

Moreover, the mother told him last night that these two kids were obtained by that woman’s manipulation.

This made Justin’s head ache; could someone actually trick him?

Gigi and Dolly didn’t know what he was going to do yet. He hesitated without sitting, then turned and left.

Leaving the little ones puzzled.

”Daddy has really become a different person.”

”I guess that’s how it is with amnesia...” Gigi worriedly said, ”How can we help him regain his memory?”

On the way to the company, Justin sat in the Lamborghini, turning to look out at the scenery, ”Old Chapman, what’s the name of Gigi and Dolly’s mom?”

”...” Old Chapman broke into a cold sweat, how could he dodge this question? The madam had given strict orders.

”Seems like... her name is Mia Lane.”

”You’re not even sure of her name?”

”She’s just the kids’ mother, has little to do with you, doesn’t live here, and I’ve never met her, so I really don’t know.”

”Did I used to call her Mia?” Justin seemed to remember the name.

”Sorry, I really don’t know.”

”...”

He didn’t ask further, but Mia... That name was etched deeply in his mind. Who is she?

The Lamborghini stopped at Kingston Group’s entrance.

At this moment, Monica Usher just entered the elevator. As the doors closed, she looked at herself in the elevator mirror, lively and graceful.

She looked forward to every morning because she could see the one she loved.

With the wedding approaching, she felt like dreaming; her happiness was genuine.

Her lips couldn’t help but curl into a smile at any moment.

When Justin walked into the CEO’s office, Finn Morgan was just about to leave, ”Good morning, CEO Kingston.”

”Come over here.” He sat down in his office chair, raised his eyes to Finn Morgan, ”What kind of person is Mia Lane in your view? Tell the truth, or I’ll fire you!”
