Twin Treasures: The CEO Wife's 99-Day of Revelations

Chapter 253: Chapter 253: Justin Kingston Intervenes in Time

”Come with me, you won’t be living here anymore.” Kristina Kingston said, ”He doesn’t remember you anymore, he’s not going to be able to take care of you well. If he transfers his hatred for Mia Lane onto you, then no one will be able to protect you.”

”...” The children were frightened by her.

Gigi tightened her grip on Dolly’s hand, and the little hand clutched her sister’s shoulder.

”Brother...”

”Don’t worry, I’m here.”

Just then, a customized Lamborghini stabilized in the courtyard under the night sky, a large black umbrella opened, and Justin Kingston got out of the car.

”Mr. Kingston, Madam is here.” The driver quietly reminded him.

Justin Kingston also saw the car in front of him.

This mother felt very unfamiliar to him, he didn’t remember anything about the matters between her and him.

But he trusted Ian Shelby, and it’s unlikely someone dared to impersonate his mother.

Upstairs, Grandma’s decision to take them away left the children very confused.

”Where are we going? To live in Clearwater Bay?”

”Or are we being sent to Sunshine Village?”

They asked while putting on their shoes, then dashed out of the children’s room!

They ran downstairs as Kristina Kingston was not paying attention!

”Gigi!”

Kristina Kingston turned to chase after them, just as she passed the stair corner, she saw the man entering the living room.

Their eyes met, and Kristina Kingston stopped in shock.

”Daddy!”

The children had already run downstairs, rushing towards Justin Kingston, hugging his leg tightly as if they had found a savior.

Justin Kingston grabbed the children’s shoulders, watching as his mother took step after step forward.

His mother was here, and Justin Kingston felt surprised.

Her son was home now, and Kristina Kingston also felt surprised.

”Daddy, we don’t want to leave you!” Gigi looked up, ”We’re already used to living at Emerald Cove! I don’t want to go to Clearwater Bay! And I don’t want to go to Sunshine Village!”

”Daddy...” Dolly felt insecure, holding him tightly, ”Mommy doesn’t want us, does Daddy not want us either?”

So the mother came to take the children away?

Why?

Justin Kingston crouched down, he held the children’s shoulders and gently said, ”Gigi, Dolly, no one wants you to leave, have you had dinner?”

Kristina Kingston was shocked, he remembered the children?

”Yeah, we’ve eaten.” The children nodded.

Justin Kingston said to Aunt Zhou, ”Take them to play some chess.”

”Yes, Mr. Kingston.”

Then Aunt Zhou took the children away.

Kristina Kingston came downstairs, feeling inexplicably guilty, how could he remember Gigi and Dolly?

”Mom.” Justin Kingston faced this unfamiliar woman, his heart remained unruffled, politeness equaling unfamiliarity, ”Are you here to see me or the children?”

Kristina Kingston quickly regained composure, she replied with a smile, ”I’m here to see you. I heard you went to the company, so I chatted with the kids for a bit. I wasn’t rushing them away, just thought... if they want to go to Clearwater Bay, my place can accommodate them.”

Justin Kingston didn’t expose the lie, but had doubts in his heart.

Kids don’t lie.

”I’m doing well.” He opened his lips slightly, ”I’ll officially start work tomorrow, everything is fine at the company, please rest assured.”

”Did you see Monica today?” Kristina Kingston used the opportunity to probe.

He shook his head, ”No, I’ll talk to her when I have time tomorrow.”

”That’s great.” Kristina Kingston smiled, she was truly happy.

The son taking the initiative to talk to Monica Usher is a huge turning point!

She hoped their relationship would progress and the wedding would be held as planned.

Kristina Kingston didn’t stay long, ”Then you get some rest early, I’m heading back.” Her son felt unfamiliar towards her, she shouldn’t force herself as his mom too quickly; it needs time.

”Alright, be careful on the road.”

Justin Kingston personally held the umbrella as he saw his mother off into the car, watching it drive away.

A trace of sorrow crossed his deep eyes, the people around him felt so unfamiliar.

Each moment when he quieted down, he felt an emptiness in his heart.

When Justin Kingston walked into the living room, the two children appeared in his sight again. They were standing by the stairs, watching him without blinking.

Two minutes later, in the upstairs living room.

”Who is your mother?” Justin Kingston peeled an orange, splitting it in half, and handed it over.
