Starting as a Mechanical Hunter

Chapter 443: Chapter 184: Contact_2

Gao Gong had already informed Director Du, and Director Du’s reply was simple; she would come over tonight.

In the hands of a woman like Director Du, who possessed two manufacturing templates, he believed that his Mechanical Legion would be born quickly.

With a Military Contractor that has a Mechanical Legion, compared to one without, it’s not even the same level.

The latter can only be called arms dealers.

Moreover, Gao Gong had prepared a great gift for Director Du!

He believed that Director Du would definitely like it.

Just at this moment, the voice of Little A rang out.

”Boss, a call from Fucheng Island.”

”Connect it.”

In the next moment, the holographic projections of Dr. Rong and Dong Gang, these two experts, appeared.

”Boss, we’ve arrived!” Dong Gang said excitedly, ”The environment here is great, especially those alien biological structures, they inspire me immensely! I will complete the ’Large Neural Network’ project as soon as possible.”

Isn’t it wonderful? All the Genetic Fragments, Bloodline Fragments, and Alien Gene Chains obtained in Cloud City are being edited and cultivated there.

Fucheng Island will be his Transformation research base.

Gao Gong nodded, and in the holographic projection, he saw the figure of Dr. Yuu, who apparently didn’t come to greet but was clearly much more subdued and busy at the moment.

”Have all the items been safely transported over?” Gao Gong asked with a somewhat serious expression.

Dr. Rong nodded, the screen switched, and in the next moment, Gao Gong ’arrived’ at the underwater base of Fucheng Island.

Only the most important items would be stored here.

In three custom control capsules.

Three figures, exuding terrifying auras, were suspended there, neither alive nor dead.

The former president of the six Bionic Man companies, with the Pure White Shell, Mr. D.

The current leader of the Steel Claw Gang, half mechanical body, half Super Intelligence, 3rd Generation Steel Claw.

A member of the Cloud Nobility, a clone of the family leader of the Miller Clan, 5th Generation Miller.

Any one of these three, even in the Mother City, would be an extremely dangerous character.

Alliance Leader, Boss Template, with astonishing Blood Volume.

Even if players used overwhelming numbers, they wouldn’t be able to kill any of them.

After all, even the weakest of the three, the 3rd Generation Steel Claw, can remotely control a Space Station for saturation strikes.

Among these three, Mr. D was a gift from Paradise Bird, Miller was controlled by Hugh Laurie, cutting off his connection to the main body, and as for the 3rd Generation Steel Claw, he was directly taken away by the ’Mechanical Awakening Tide’.

”Leader, why not dissect them?”

Dr. Rong looked greedily at the three, this fanatical enthusiast for the meat-and-machine combination seemed to have awakened some peculiar hobbies recently.

”I can feel that there is intense biological Power and mechanical Energy emanating from these three.”

”Too bad they’re all male, otherwise manipulating them to mate might create the future of the meat-machine!”

Looking at his fervent gaze, Gao Gong felt a shiver.

Damn, it’s only been a few days since we met, when did you become so ’depraved’?

Male on male, with mechanical bodies and organisms, you’re challenging the limits of my technical prowess as the god of original content.

Ahem, Gao Gong hurriedly rejected this tempting idea, lest these three powerful figures lose their dignity.

”Protect them well and try to maintain their activity; I have use for them!”

”Alright, Leader!”

Gao Gong suddenly raised an eyebrow, and with a shared thought, Little A immediately cut the holographic projection.

In the next moment, the door opened automatically, and the trio from the Ghost in the Shell Mobile Division walked in, grinning, without seeing themselves as outsiders.

”Looks like you’ve gained quite a bit these days,” Gao Gong raised an eyebrow, ”Hacking into others’ weapon systems is not a good habit.”

”Master, just a joke,” the Collider chuckled, ”I know you’ve been busy lately, so I took the chance to chat with you when I saw you were free.”

Pupil lifted her thick glasses, ”The tasks you wanted us to do, we’ve done them, so it’s time for you to keep your promise.”

Gao Gong shrugged, ”It’s not that I’m intentionally delaying, but I’m waiting for the right opportunity.”

”What kind of opportunity?” Pupil pursued.

”Little A, any big news lately in the business world?”

”The biggest news lately is that ’Electronic Grid’, one of the six Bionic Man companies, has elected a new corporate Leader, a domineering female president.”

”Oh? Let me see.”

Gao Gong has always been interested in domineering female presidents.

After all, they are potential rich ladies.

In a grand corporate press conference, a woman in a white suit, with a powerful Aura, was calmly speaking on stage.

The iconic rose red wavy hair remained unchanged, the emerald green Pupil more dominant than ever, tapping her fingers gently on the podium as if tapping on people’s hearts.

”A stunning killer woman, a strong female president rises.”

Pupil read the news, her expression turning odd.

As the number one surveillance target of the Ghost in the Shell Mobile Division, how could she not recognize the opposition?

Black Rose!

”Wow, big chest, slim waist, long legs, Master, is this what you meant by top-tier rich lady?”

The Collider exclaimed.

Gao Gong cast a sideways glance, ”What, you don’t recognize the top wanted criminal of your Ghost in the Shell Mobile Division?”

Gao Gong ignored these merry jesters and directly pulled out the private contact number Sister Rose left him and dialed.

”Hello, this is the president’s office, may I ask who is calling?” the voice of Artificial Intelligence echoed.

Since when did a private number turn public?

Gao Gong’s instinctive vigilance kicked in.

Not good!

Very not good!

”Do you need any assistance?” the AI asked for the second time.

Gao Gong stroked his chin.

”My name is Gao Gong, uh, has your president ever mentioned me?”

”It seems there was indeed such a person,” the AI replied, ”seems like someone the president kept as a pet a long time ago?”

Seeing the three of them looking at him with odd expressions, Gao Gong maintained a calm demeanor.

”Yes, I am that pet, can you help me connect to Sister Rose? I have matters to discuss with her.”

”I’m afraid not, the president is currently inspecting the entire group, no time for irrelevant people, but if you have a message, I can pass it on.”

Gao Gong cleared his throat: ”No need to pass it on, just inform Mr. Aramaki that his three subordinates are crying and clamoring to see their deceased superior, let him return when he’s free lest people truly think he’s dead.”

”I understand, is there anything else?”

”Actually—”

Gao Gong hadn’t finished when the beeping tone sounded.

Person G’s eye twitched violently, he held back and then couldn’t.

”What’s this company’s AI complaint number, it’s too arrogant!”

”Over?” Pupil blinked, her face dumbstruck.

”Over,” Gao Gong shrugged, ”If she’s not around, I can always call again when she’s back.”

The Collider turned the pages of his little notebook, pondering:

”Master, is this what you meant by an aged, undesirable old flame being worse than a dog?”

...

At this moment, in a giant bionic factory, a newly appointed female president was inspecting the workshop, various prosthetic models coming together, and then thousands of bionic men stood up, moving their bodies, looking particularly eerie.

Sister Rose watched the scene with an emotionless expression, occasionally asking a professional question or two, while the senior management lined up behind her looked tense, some broke into a sweat.

It was a while before Black Rose stopped, waved her hand, and the surrounding people left the room as if granted a great pardon.

”Someone was looking for you,” she said to the air.

”Hmm, my subordinates are still loyal to me,” an elderly voice replied proudly.

”Is that so, you didn’t download any loyalty programs into their heads?” Black Rose countered.

”How could I be such a person?” the elderly voice retorted angrily.

”That’s a pity,” Black Rose remained calm, ”Honestly, if you had such a program, I could really make use of it.”

The new female president waved her hand gently, and the next moment, the holographic scene disappeared, replaced by a top-class cabin lounge.

Opposite her sat an elderly man in a Tang suit, leaning on a cane.

”Since you’re here, might as well meet,” she said, ”After all, with your loyal dog watching, some matters are difficult for me to handle.”

”My loyal dog? That Mr. G is your loyal dog?” Aramaki couldn’t help but retort.

”I’d like him to be, but the problem is, he’s not very obedient.”

Black Rose gazed out the window, and at this moment, the direction of this top-class Flying Device was Nightless City.
