Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

Seeing the sleazy landlord’s fearful demeanor, Lu Yu smiled slightly and immediately said, ”You don’t need to look at me like that. I remember an old saying, ’There’s no trouble if we get along, but idiots cause their own drama.’ It’s really fitting for a bastard like you!”

Upon hearing this, the sleazy landlord’s heart jolted with fear. Looking at Lu Yu in front of him, a huge wave of regret suddenly surged within him.

Ultimately, it really was his own doing. If he hadn’t been greedy and insisted on getting back that 160,000 and tried to target Xia Bing, he wouldn’t have ended up like this.

Thinking of this, he looked at Lu Yu with great difficulty and immediately said, ”Big... brother, can you take a little less? I only collect about 300,000 in rent a year; at this rate, I really can’t handle it!”

The sleazy landlord was almost in tears. If he paid out this 160,000 today, he’d be out 320,000 in total— an entire year’s rent thrown away.

Thinking about this, his heart felt unbearably distressed.

Upon hearing the sleazy landlord’s words, Lu Yu smiled slightly and immediately said, ”A little less? No problem!”

Upon hearing this, a hint of joy appeared on the sleazy landlord’s face, and he was just about to thank him when Lu Yu’s next words left him stunned, speechless for half a day.

”Here’s the deal: every time I break one of your bones, I’ll reduce the amount by 10,000. It’s a fair trade, right?”

Lu Yu looked down at the sleazy landlord before him, speaking as if discussing a very ordinary matter, leaving the landlord shocked.

One bone reduces 10,000, so to eliminate 160,000, would need to break 16 bones!

But breaking 16 bones, the treatment costs would be more than 160,000. If you consider it that way, he’d end up losing even more!

Thinking of this, the sleazy landlord felt as if he was about to collapse— Lu Yu, in front of him, was a living devil!

”My patience is limited, so decide quickly: pay up or start breaking bones?”

Lu Yu looked impatiently at the sleazy landlord, his words full of icy intention.

For people like him, you can’t give them any breathing room. You have to immediately strike fear into them; otherwise, it won’t have any deterring effect!

”I’ll... I’ll pay up then!”

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, the sleazy landlord spoke up, his eyes filled with a sense of collapse. He had completely understood that today, he must pay the 160,000.

”Great, looks like you’re not stupid and know how to count.”

Upon hearing the landlord’s response, Lu Yu smiled slightly and immediately said, ”I thought you might choose to break 16 bones to save the 160,000.”

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, a helpless, bitter smile flashed on the landlord’s face as he said, ”I’ll pay, I’ll pay.”

Leaning over, Lu Yu opened the mobile banking app on his phone, performed some simple operations, and handed the phone to the landlord, saying, ”Go ahead, enter your account and password. After the transfer, this matter will be settled!”

Upon hearing Lu Yu’s words, the landlord took the phone with trembling hands, painfully entering his account and password before handing it back to Lu Yu.

Taking the phone, Lu Yu nodded, then turned to Xia Bing and said, ”Xia Bing, beautiful lady, enter your bank account on it.”

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, even Xia Bing hesitated a bit, looking at him and saying, ”Isn’t this a bit much?”

Last time she got 160,000 from the landlord, she was somewhat incredulous. Now Lu Yu wanted to transfer another 160,000 to her; the news left her a bit unsettled.

”What’s wrong with it? He was the one who started all this; consider it an apology. Just accept it without pressure,”

Lu Yu said to Xia Bing with a teasing tone and then patted the landlord beside him, saying, ”Am I right?”

”Yes, yes, brother, you’re always right!”

The landlord was completely intimidated by Lu Yu’s tactics, not daring to utter a word of refutation, eagerly agreeing with a sycophantic tone.

He desperately hoped that Lu Yu would take the money and leave, as just seeing him made the landlord tremble involuntarily.

Upon hearing this, Xia Bing hesitated for a moment and then nodded, saying, ”Okay, but this will be the last time.”

After saying this, Xia Bing slowly entered her bank account and handed it to Lu Yu.

”Don’t worry, this will definitely be the last time,” Lu Yu said with a smile. Then, after a quick manipulation, he transferred the money to Xia Bing’s account.

Ding dong!

With the transfer successful, instantly, a notification tone sounded. The landlord hurriedly took out his phone to check it, almost fainting on the spot.

Because according to the message, Lu Yu had transferred 200,000 from his account to Xia Bing.

”You, you, didn’t you say 160,000? Why did you transfer 200,000?” Looking at the bank notification, the landlord’s heart was bleeding.

Four thousand—that’s nearly half a year’s rent for one of his apartments!

”Haven’t you heard of handling fees?” Lu Yu said to the landlord. ”Handling your issues twice now—time and effort must be considered too. Do you have any objections to paying an extra 4,000?”

”No objections, no objections...” The landlord quickly replied, knowing full well even several thugs with knives were no match for Lu Yu; he wouldn’t dare have an opinion even if he did.

”Good, since you have no objections,” Lu Yu smiled, then turned to Xia Bing and said, ”Xia Bing, let’s go.”

Upon hearing Lu Yu’s words, Xia Bing stood up, came to his side, and walked towards the exit with him.

Watching them leave, the landlord slowly exhaled, and just then, Lu Yu suddenly turned back, looking at him and saying, ”By the way, if you feel humiliated today, I’m happy for you to come back and cause trouble for me again!”

”No, never again,”

Upon hearing Lu Yu’s words, the landlord hurriedly replied, filled with fear.

Are you kidding? After causing trouble for Xia Bing twice, he lost a total of 360,000. If he doesn’t learn his lesson and causes trouble again, the money in his account won’t be enough to handle Lu Yu. He wouldn’t dare risk it again.

”That’s more like it,”

Lu Yu smiled upon hearing the landlord’s words, then walked out of the restaurant with Xia Bing.
