Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

At this point, looking at the four male corpses lying on the ground, a hint of seriousness burst from Lu Yu’s eyes. He slowly bent down, picked up the handgun on the ground, and after carefully observing for a moment, he instantly reached a conclusion.

”This group is not the same as the ones who kidnapped me last time!”

Lu Yu then looked at the handgun in his hand and then at the bodies on the ground. He immediately began to speak, his words full of coldness.

The men who kidnapped him last time used homemade shotguns, but this time, these men used standard handguns!

The disparity in equipment between the two is quite significant. Compared to crudely made shotguns, the standard handguns these four men wielded were clearly more sophisticated!

Moreover, the muscles on these four men were not particularly exaggerated, which was enough to prove that they underwent high-intensity physical training every day, resulting in standard combat-type muscles!

Muscle types are often divided into strength-type muscles and combat-type muscles. Strength-type muscles focus on absolute strength, like those built from bench pressing in a gym, recognizable as brute force muscles.

Combat-type muscles are different; though not as exaggerated as strength-type muscles, the explosive power of combat-type muscles is terrifying. Moreover, their agility and speed far surpass those of strength-type muscles!

Thinking of this, a hint of seriousness flashed in Lu Yu’s eyes. He shook his head, slowly stood up, and a trace of coldness appeared on his face.

The saying goes, ”A general blocks soldiers and a dam blocks water.” There are many things he still didn’t understand, so any attacks from others would simply have to be taken head-on.

Even though he already knew Yunting was involved in this matter, he chose not to confront him directly to avoid alerting the enemy.

”Unexpectedly, while LA City appears calm on the surface, underneath there’s a current of turmoil!”

Realizing this, Lu Yu secretly said to himself, then he smiled slightly and said, ”But I don’t care how turbulent this undercurrent is. Those who killed my parents back then will pay their blood debt with their lives!”

Having said that, Lu Yu turned directly and walked toward his vehicle.

After killing four people in one breath in the suburbs, it was better for him to leave as soon as possible. Otherwise, if the police saw him, he’d have a hard time explaining things away!

Thinking of this, Lu Yu returned to the car, restarted the engine, and drove away without a trace.

Half an hour later, Lu Yu returned to his residence and ran into Meng Yue at the bottom of the building, who looked extremely anxious.

”Lady, why are you so anxious? Where are you going at this hour?”

Lu Yu looked at Meng Yue in her police uniform in front of him, and with a gentle smile, he asked.

”I just got a call from the bureau. They found four male corpses on a remote road in the suburbs, suspected to be a vicious murder case. Lin City asked us to work overtime,” Meng Yue said to Lu Yu, looking extremely helpless.

Upon hearing this, Lu Yu’s heart skipped a beat, and then he looked at Meng Yue in front of him and said with a smile, ”That’s really hard on you, having to work overtime so late.”

”It sure is. If I catch the perpetrator, I’ll make sure he regrets living!” Meng Yue said, gritting her teeth in anger.

Hearing this, Lu Yu’s expression froze for a moment; he just awkwardly smiled and didn’t say anything.

Seeing Lu Yu remain silent, Meng Yue, with a face full of urgency, said, ”Alright, alright, no time for chit-chat. I need to hurry to the crime scene.”

”Alright, remember to stay safe.”

Lu Yu said, his words full of a smile.

”Got it.”

Hearing Lu Yu, Meng Yue nodded, then briskly ran outside.

Watching Meng Yue leave in such a hurry, a wry smile crossed Lu Yu’s face. In a voice only he could hear, he said, ”Looks like next time, I’ll need to take care of the bodies.”

With that, Lu Yu shook his head and walked directly into the elevator.

...

Li Shengtao sat on the sofa in his office, pressing an ice pack against his swollen cheek with one hand, frowning at his wristwatch, appearing extremely impatient; clearly, he was waiting for something.

The four men he had sent out had not returned any response yet, which made his heart restless.

The four men he had sent were trained with great expense. If anything went wrong tonight, his loss would be enormous!

Thinking of this, anxiety suddenly filled Li Shengtao’s heart.

Buzz!

Just then, the phone beside him suddenly rang.

”Finally?”

Seeing his vibrating phone, a menacing smile appeared on Li Shengtao’s face. ”Dare to steal my woman and dared to hit me with a cup? I’ll make sure you die a horrific death!”

Saying that, Li Shengtao immediately pressed the call button.

”Young master, we failed. All four men were wiped out, not a single one left alive!”

The assistant’s voice came from the phone, carrying a hint of shock and hesitation.

”What did you say?!”

Hearing the assistant’s words on the phone, Li Shengtao’s voice rose sharply, filled with disbelief!

The four elites he meticulously trained with a hefty price tag were entirely wiped out?!

Li Shengtao couldn’t believe his ears! He knew their rigorous daily training could even match special forces without fear.

Yet now, he had received the news of their complete annihilation, which was utterly astounding!

”Young master, yes, all four men were killed instantly, not one left alive! The bodies are now being examined by the police,” the assistant repeated.

Hearing this, Li Shengtao was completely shocked. In fury, he kicked over the coffee table in front of him.

To train these four men, he spent a fortune, and only he knew the effort involved. And now, all four men were dead!

This result was simply unacceptable to him!

Four men, armed with handguns, ganged up on an unarmed Lu Yu and were completely wiped out. Is Lu Yu really that hard to deal with?

The elites he had invested heavily in were wiped out in one go!

Li Shengtao stood stunned for a long time, then spoke into the phone in a coldly terrifying voice, ”Get in touch with Yunting and have him prepare personnel. In a week, I will offer ten million to take Lu Yu’s life!”
