Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

At this moment, hearing Lu Yu’s words, Xia Bing was slightly taken aback. She couldn’t quite understand how Lu Yu planned to get the rent back.

Thinking about this, Xia Bing looked at Lu Yu and said, ”He’s already this shameless, how can we get the rent back?”

Upon hearing this, Lu Yu couldn’t help but shake his head, then said, ”Xia Bing, even if he’s so shameless, we must fight for our rights. Your money isn’t just blown in by the wind. Just because he’s a scoundrel, should we just give away our hard-earned money?”

Hearing this, Xia Bing nodded. The apartment she lived in was quite high-end in LA City, with a monthly rent of five thousand, totaling sixty thousand a year. Although this amount wasn’t exceptionally high for Xia Bing, it was still her hard-earned money. Giving it away to such a scoundrel left her feeling resentful.

Thinking of this, Xia Bing looked at the sleazy landlord in front of her, hesitating slightly, she asked, ”Will he agree?”

Upon hearing Xia Bing’s question, Lu Yu looked at the sleazy landlord whose mouth was full of blood. The guy was standing with his mouth wide open, a look of pain across his face, suggesting that he wouldn’t be at peace for at least a week.

Toothache is temporary, but the pain from a dislocated jaw can last for days!

”If he doesn’t agree, I’ll pull out all his teeth and drown him in the toilet!” Lu Yu said, looking at Xia Bing.

After saying this, Lu Yu grabbed the landlord’s jaw and suddenly exerted force, instantly resetting it, saying, ”Now we need you to refund the rent. What do you think?”

Upon hearing Lu Yu’s words, the landlord shook his head like a drum. For someone as lazy and worthless as him, money was his lifeline. Receiving money was fine, but asking him to give it back was mere fantasy. To this sleazy landlord, nothing hurt more than spending money.

”You disagree, do you?”

Lu Yu saw the landlord’s expression and picked up the pliers, about to put them into the man’s mouth.

Witnessing this, the landlord was scared senseless and hurriedly said to Lu Yu, ”I’ll refund, I’ll refund! Anything you say, I’ll agree to!”

”Alright,” upon hearing the landlord’s words, Lu Yu said, ”Then, tell me how much you’re planning to refund.”

”Three, three thousand!” The landlord calculated a bit and said.

”Only three thousand? Do you think that’s possible?” Hearing the landlord’s words, Lu Yu without saying, directly slapped him.

With this landlord, Lu Yu didn’t show any kindness, using force when possible rather than words.

”Then, three and a half thousand?” The landlord became genuinely afraid of Lu Yu and cautiously suggested, his mouth still in pain, each breath felt like a stab of toothache.

”Didn’t you hear me clearly just now?” Lu Yu impatiently asked the landlord, ”I said to ask for more, ask heavily! Did you not understand?”

Upon hearing this, the landlord felt desperate, looked at Lu Yu with a mournful face and said, ”Then how much do you think is appropriate to refund?”

”Alright, we are educated people after all,” Lu Yu said, ”Refund ten thousand, then this matter is settled!”

”Ten thousand!?”

The landlord collapsed completely, looking at the neat and tidy Lu Yu but showing no mercy. It was no rent refund, it was robbery!

Though he had five houses, this one had the highest rent, providing six thousand a year, an excellent source of funds.

Now, renting out this property he not only hadn’t profited but would lose four thousand, this business deal was disastrous!

”Impossible! This house only rents for six thousand a year, you expect me to refund ten thousand, that’s absurd!” The landlord said to Lu Yu.

Upon hearing the landlord’s words, Lu Yu didn’t hesitate, kicked the man in the mouth, instantly knocking out two front teeth.

The sleazy landlord spat out blood, spraying it onto the wall!

After taking the hit, the landlord began to shout, ”You’re, you’re robbing me! Not only am I unable to earn from renting, but I also have to pay four thousand! Is there no justice!?”

”Justice?”

Lu Yu looked at the landlord and said, ”Let me tell you, your predicament today is your own doing! Here, size does matter! Didn’t you just raise prices to bully others? We’re simply paying back tooth for tooth, eye for an eye!”

Natural selection, survival of the fittest, this jungle rule stands everywhere, an ancient truth!

”And let me tell you, if you don’t agree to refund today, you won’t leave here!” Lu Yu said, ”My patience has limits; I’ll give you five seconds. If you don’t agree, we’ll continue pulling teeth! You must know there are over twenty teeth in a human mouth. Tonight, I’ll make you feel extreme pleasure!”

Upon hearing this, the landlord was utterly dumbfounded. Pondering why he’d messed with Xia Bing today, he’s ended up beaten and forced to refund rent. Grasping this, he felt on the edge of collapse.

But now there was no choice, refusing is impossible. With two teeth already gone, he felt miserable, logically continuing would end with Lu Yu killing him here.

Thinking of this, the landlord swallowed hard and said with difficulty, ”I agree!”

Given the circumstances, he had only to leave first to consider later matters. If he couldn’t leave here, rejecting Lu Yu’s terms was self-inflicted harm.

”Great!” Lu Yu said with a slight smile to the landlord, ”You were two seconds late, but since you’re agreeing to refund, the price...”

”Can it be reduced a bit?” The landlord eagerly asked.

”Wrong!”

Seeing the landlord, Lu Yu smiled slightly and said, ”Since you were two seconds late, I decided to raise the price to twelve thousand!”
