Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

At this moment, hearing Xia Bing’s words, the sleazy middle-aged man showed a cunning smile on his face. He looked at Xia Bing in front of him and said, ”Xia Bing, you need to understand clearly that this is my house. If I say the rent increases, it increases. And don’t talk about contracts with me; I can back out any time I want!”

Upon hearing the landlord’s words, Xia Bing frowned tightly. She never expected her landlord to be such a rogue and scoundrel.

”You’re such a scoundrel!”

At that moment, Xia Bing looked coldly at the sleazy landlord in front of her, speaking with an icy demeanor. From the moment she first arrived in LA City, she had been renting here and had some affection for the place. But this sleazy landlord was truly despicable, constantly raising the rent and always finding ways to cause trouble.

This time, the rent increase had made the rent much more expensive than other places.

Looking at the rather angry Xia Bing, the sleazy landlord then cast a glance at Xia Bing and, with a sleazy expression, lowered his voice: ”Of course, beautiful Xia Bing, if you agree to one condition, I won’t increase the rent; in fact, I’ll even reduce it!”

”What condition?”

Xia Bing asked the sleazy landlord, still unsure what scheme he was up to.

Meanwhile, hiding in the bathroom, Lu Yu was furious. After leaving for five years, the city had indeed changed with bitterness everywhere. This sleazy landlord was clearly bullying people!

Upon hearing Xia Bing ask, the sleazy landlord showed an extremely sleazy smile. Looking at the pretty Xia Bing in front of him, he said: ”Actually, it’s simple. As long as you become my lover, I won’t just refrain from increasing the rent; I’ll waive it completely. You can live in this house however you want. How does that sound?”

”Get out! You’re not welcome here!” Xia Bing angrily said after hearing the sleazy landlord’s words. His demand was utterly unreasonable!

Hearing Xia Bing’s angry tone, the sleazy landlord chuckled coldly and began approaching her step by step, exhaling alcohol breath and staring directly at Xia Bing, saying: ”Hehe, Xia Bing, I’m not here to ask you. Today, you have to agree to it, whether you want to or not!”

”Actually, I’ve liked you for a long time. As long as you agree, you can not only have free rent but also avoid loneliness. Why not do it? I’ll certainly treat you well!”

Fueled by the courage alcohol provides, the sleazy landlord, who had long coveted Xia Bing’s beauty, never dared to act before. But today, emboldened by the liquor, thinking about Xia Bing’s graceful figure, his entire heart itched with desire to sneak in and have his way forcefully!

”Get out right now, or I’ll call the police!” Xia Bing shouted at the sleazy landlord, her face filled with anger.

”Go ahead, report it! A girl alone, let’s see how you manage to call the police today?”

Upon hearing Xia Bing’s words, the sleazy landlord remained unfazed, continuing to approach Xia Bing with an entirely sleazy demeanor in his speech.

”If you take one more step, I’ll drown you in the toilet!”

Just as the sleazy landlord took a step forward, a cold and malicious voice came at him from behind!

Upon hearing these words, the sleazy landlord shivered all over, never imagining that there was someone else in the room!

He turned around and saw Lu Yu slowly walking out of the bathroom, speaking with the bravado from his alcohol: ”Who the hell are you, punk? This is my house, get out!”

”Who am I?”

As Lu Yu heard the landlord’s words, his eyes flashed with a cold light: ”I’m your worst nightmare!”

”Dare to speak disrespectfully to my girlfriend? I guess you’re tired of living!” Lu Yu grabbed the man’s sparse hair, turned to Xia Bing and said: ”Turn your head slightly; the next scene might be a bit bloody!”

”No problem, I can handle it.” Xia Bing’s eyes flashed with determination at Lu Yu’s words. Her heart was filled with anger towards the landlord who attempted to take advantage of her.

”Alright then.”

Lu Yu nodded at Xia Bing’s reply, then pressed the sleazy landlord’s head and slammed it towards the ground!

Bang!

There was a sudden dull thud. The man’s head slammed hard onto the ground, and his front teeth instantly fell out, leaving him sprawled on the ground, looking rather pitiful with blood all over his mouth.

”Coming into a young lady’s room late at night, making such demands under the pretense of rent increase, you truly deserve this!” Lu Yu looked coldly at the landlord before him, his eyes full of disdain!

Upon hearing Lu Yu’s words, the sleazy landlord clutched his mouth and said to Lu Yu: ”I, I’m telling you, don’t come over, this is my property, if you lay a hand on me again, I’ll call the police…”

”Call your worthless cops!”

Before the landlord could finish, Lu Yu interrupted with a sudden slap to the landlord’s cheek!

Slap!

A loud slap resounded as Lu Yu’s hand landed hard on the landlord’s face, knocking him to the ground, his face burning as if pressed by a hot iron.

Seeing the sleazy landlord fall, Lu Yu wasted no time, not giving the landlord any chance to catch his breath, as he yanked the landlord’s hair and unleashed slap after slap across his face!

Slap! Slap! Slap!

Sound after sound of crisp slaps echoed in quick succession, and within a few breaths, Lu Yu had given the sleazy landlord more than a dozen slaps, swelling his entire head!

Watching Lu Yu beating up the landlord, Xia Bing felt extremely satisfied. The landlord’s demands had greatly angered her, and seeing Lu Yu intervene, she hoped he would teach the landlord an even harsher lesson!

”Stop, stop…”

The sleazy landlord’s face was bruised and swollen, and he lay on the ground gasping for air. After Lu Yu’s relentless slaps and the earlier slam, his mind was dizzy, and he began to plead incessantly.

”Stop?” Lu Yu sneered: ”Fine, I’ll stop. But when I say I’ll drown you in the toilet, I mean it. Today, I’ll make it happen, no matter what!”

With those words, Lu Yu grabbed the man’s hair and dragged him like a mop toward the bathroom.
