Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

As soon as he uttered this sentence, for a fleeting moment, a look of shock appeared on the lecherous landlord’s face. He was on the verge of collapse now; after hesitating for just a moment, the price had risen by another twenty thousand. Only now did he truly understand the real meaning of the phrase ”time is money.”

”I’ll say it again, one hundred and twenty thousand, yes or no?” At this moment, Lu Yu looked at the lecherous landlord in front of him and coldly spoke, his words full of threat.

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, the lecherous landlord gulped, his face showing a hint of fear. He looked at Lu Yu in front of him and said, ”You, you let me think about it a bit more...”

Now, whenever this lecherous landlord thought of Lu Yu’s harsh methods earlier, he couldn’t stop trembling. First, he was nearly drowned alive in the toilet, then had teeth forcibly pulled with pliers. Even as he took shallow breaths now, he could still feel the searing pain where his teeth had been pulled.

”One hundred and thirty thousand!”

Hearing the landlord’s words, Lu Yu glanced at him and immediately spoke, his voice casual.

”What?” The lecherous landlord could hardly believe his ears. ”How did it go up another ten thousand?”

”One hundred and forty thousand!”

Hearing the landlord’s questioning, Lu Yu couldn’t be bothered to explain, simply continuing to raise the price without considering the landlord’s feelings at all.

”This is too much, with the way you’re raising the price, why don’t you just rob a bank?” The lecherous landlord said to Lu Yu, his face full of grievance.

”One hundred and fifty thousand!”

At this moment, Lu Yu reached out and slapped the landlord again, coldly saying, ”Each word you say adds ten thousand; let’s see how much more nonsense you have to spout?”

”Damn it...”

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, the lecherous landlord instinctively exclaimed in shock, but before he could finish, Lu Yu immediately said again: ”One hundred and sixty thousand!”

”Alright, alright, brother, please stop raising the price. I agree, I agree, isn’t that enough?”

Hearing Lu Yu’s ruthless way of raising the price, he pleaded bitterly. With two teeth already forcefully pulled out by Lu Yu, and that earlier kick, his whole row of teeth was incomplete, making him look extremely comical.

”You should have agreed earlier, shouldn’t you? Now, pay up,” Lu Yu said, glancing at the lecherous landlord in front of him.

Once this sentence was uttered, the lecherous landlord immediately froze. He looked at Lu Yu and said, ”You want it now?”

Hearing this, Lu Yu sneered and said, ”Not now? Are you planning to wait until tomorrow?”

Fully stunned by this sentence, the lecherous landlord had been thinking it was just a temporary solution to agree now. The most important thing now was to get rid of Lu Yu, and once he left, he could immediately notify his brother who worked at the Lin’an Police Station to catch Lu Yu, ensuring Xia Bing couldn’t escape his grasp.

But now, with Lu Yu wanting the money immediately, he found it extremely hard to accept.

”But brother, it’s night now, and the banks are closed. How about we wait until tomorrow?” The lecherous landlord said to Lu Yu, his voice trembling.

If he had to give out sixteen thousand tonight, he would never be able to retrieve it.

”Stop making excuses for me. Even five years ago, it was possible to transfer online. The daily transfer limit is two hundred thousand, and there’s internet and a computer here. I’ll watch as you transfer it!”

Lu Yu said to the lecherous landlord in front of him, his words full of disdain.

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, the lecherous landlord’s heart shattered. Originally, he’d planned to stall Lu Yu, intending to seek revenge through his brother later.

But now, he never expected Lu Yu would actually have him make the transfer online. In an instant, the lecherous landlord was dumbfounded!

”Xia Bing, can I borrow your computer for a moment?” Lu Yu asked Xia Bing nearby, his words full of amusement.

”No problem.”

Upon hearing Lu Yu’s words, Xia Bing immediately nodded, turned around, and handed her laptop to Lu Yu.

Receiving the laptop, Lu Yu pulled the landlord in front of it and said, ”Start the transfer now. I warn you, if you try any tricks, you won’t even get the chance to pay later!”

Lu Yu is definitely not a kind person. Five years of cruel jungle survival had taught him the true meaning of ruthlessness. He would never leave any room for enemies; otherwise, he wouldn’t have survived on that deserted island for so long.

Since this lecherous landlord had malicious intentions towards Xia Bing, Lu Yu intended to give him a profound lesson!

Upon hearing Lu Yu’s words, the lecherous landlord audibly gulped. Swiftly, he opened his online banking on the computer, and all his information instantly displayed.

It turned out this lecherous landlord was named Ji Kun, a native of LA City, previously an idle person without employment. Due to redevelopment in LA City two years ago, he acquired five houses and a large sum of money, which had allowed him to live comfortably off the rental income of those five properties ever since.

Trembling, he followed Lu Yu’s instructions to transfer the sixteen thousand to Xia Bing’s bank account and was filled with tears in his eyes.

This time, his original plan to overpower Xia Bing had utterly failed. Not only had he been violently beaten and tortured by Lu Yu, but he was also forced to hand over sixteen thousand from his savings, equivalent to an entire year’s rental income from three houses, resulting in a significant financial loss!

”Alright, since you’ve paid, you can leave now!”

Lu Yu said after seeing the successful transfer notification on the computer, addressing the lecherous landlord with eyes full of murderous intent. The hostility was so tangible it was like an ice-cold blade against the landlord’s back, making him shiver instantly!

Hearing this, the lecherous landlord slowly got up, ready to leave when Lu Yu’s voice echoed again: ”Wait!”

The lecherous landlord was so frightened by the words that he almost fell to his knees. He looked at Lu Yu, trembling, and said, ”Do you, do you have any other orders?”

”Let me give you a warning: don’t even think about seeking revenge. If I find out about your retaliation, I swear you’ll meet a very miserable end. Do you understand?” Lu Yu said in a deep voice.

Listening to this, the lecherous landlord quivered where he stood. The concrete sense of menace he felt earlier surged again, bringing with it a potent unease that left him feeling utterly suffocated.

”Yes, yes, I absolutely won’t dare to retaliate, won’t dare.”

After hearing Lu Yu’s words, the lecherous landlord staggered away, profoundly afraid, with legs so weak he nearly collapsed to the ground.
