Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

A moment later, under Xia Bing’s meticulous cooking, two very tempting steaks were served, their aromas spreading through the air, making Lu Yu feel his appetite awaken.

”This was taught to me by my professor while I was studying abroad. Try it, I wonder if it suits your taste,” Xia Bing said with a shy look, blushing as she placed the steaks on the table in front of Lu Yu.

Seeing Xia Bing like this, Lu Yu smiled slightly, picked up the knife and fork, gently cut a small piece of steak, and savored it slowly. His whole expression involuntarily showed a hint of surprise.

It must be said that Xia Bing’s cooking skills were quite perfect. The steak was incredibly tender and juicy, with the heat just right, which, for Lu Yu who had been eating grilled meat on the deserted island, was a delightful change.

”Xia Bing, your cooking is excellent, really well done,” Lu Yu said with a smile, looking at Xia Bing who was full of expectancy, his words filled with laughter.

”Really?”

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, Xia Bing was momentarily stunned, then a trace of excitement appeared on her face, making her seem genuinely thrilled.

Immediately, she also cut a small piece of steak, placed it in her mouth, and chewed twice, her cherry lips coated with some sauce. Xia Bing’s tongue slightly licked the sauce, exuding a unique allure.

A beautiful woman making such a gesture unconsciously in front of him, despite being unintentional, made Lu Yu feel a surge of blood rushing through him.

The portion of the steak wasn’t large, so in about half an hour, after Lu Yu and Xia Bing had slowly savored it, the steaks on their plates were finished.

Looking at the plates in front of them, Xia Bing smiled slightly and said to Lu Yu, ”I’ll go clean up the plates.”

Seeing this, Lu Yu was stunned. Who would have thought that the seemingly delicate Xia Bing would have such a voluptuous figure!

He couldn’t figure out how someone as delicate and fragile-looking as Xia Bing could have such a fiery figure!

At this moment, Lu Yu even felt a spontaneous urge to have a nosebleed!

After Xia Bing gathered all the utensils, she smiled slightly at Lu Yu, then turned towards the kitchen. Watching her long figure and legs in stockings, Lu Yu couldn’t help but smile.

With her beauty, sweet voice, and great figure, such descriptions seemed tailor-made for a girl like Xia Bing.

And just as Lu Yu was staring at Xia Bing at this moment, the door lock clicked softly. The door creaked open, revealing a small gap.

Hearing this sound, Xia Bing’s heart skipped a beat. It was already nighttime, and someone suddenly coming in without knocking, could it be a thief?

Thinking of this, Lu Yu gestured to Xia Qing to remain silent, then swiftly slipped into the bathroom, wanting to see who would sneak into someone’s room at night.

Seeing Lu Yu like this, Xia Bing felt a slight sense of reassurance. Remembering Lu Yu’s skills on the subway, she felt a reliable sense of security enveloping her.

The door slowly opened, and before anyone could appear, a strong odor of alcohol suddenly hit them. Then a man wearing a short sleeve shirt, slightly bald, slowly walked into Xia Bing’s room, looking quite sleazy at first glance.

Recognizing the face, Xia Bing was taken aback and then said, ”Landlord? What are you doing here?”

Hearing this, Lu Yu was slightly stunned. This sleazy-looking man was Xia Bing’s landlord?!

”I’m just here to let you know something, and to see if it’s too lonely for a girl like you to live here,” the sleazy landlord said, his eyes roaming over Xia Bing with a look of lust.

Hearing this, Xia Bing frowned slightly and said, ”According to the rental agreement, you should have given me all the keys. Entering like this violates our lease, and if there’s something to inform me, you should call first!”

For any girl, having a strange and sleazy landlord enter her room like this would cause deep dissatisfaction.

Seeing Xia Bing’s frowning expression, the sleazy man let out a sly smile and said, ”I can have as many keys as I want because this is my house. You’re just staying here temporarily without the right to interfere with my actions!”

Saying this, the sleazy man’s eyes skimmed over Xia Bing’s long, black stocking-clad legs, the lustful look in his eyes becoming even more evident.

”Aren’t you being reasonable?”

Xia Bing said, looking at the sleazy man in front of her, ”Even if this is your house, I’ve paid a year’s rent, and we have a contract, so this house is my private space for this year. You have no right to invade it!”

Indeed, the house was currently rented by Xia Bing, meaning the space temporarily belonged to her. Even the landlord had no right to enter arbitrarily, especially since Xia Bing was living alone, making the presence of a sleazy man here a direct threat to her personal safety!

”Xia Bing, watch your tone. I’m here not for anything else, just to let you know that from next month, the rent for this house will increase by two thousand!” the sleazy man said, watching Xia Bing, his words filled with a sleazy grin.

”Increase by two thousand?”

Upon hearing this, Xia Bing’s face instantly showed a hint of anger. Such an increase was basically extortion!

”Why, when I rented this place, I signed a contract stating that you can’t raise the rent during this period! It’s clearly written in black and white on the contract!”

Xia Bing was very annoyed with this sleazy landlord, who always found excuses to harass her. Now, sneaking in like this, was a significant threat to her safety.
