Global Awakening: I'm the Only One Ready

For the plan to draw the enemy out, relying solely on his subordinates would definitely not be enough.

Even if they learned some information, it would still be limited.

Only by starting with high-level figures would there be a chance of reaching the core.

Lu Yuan had long had a plan in mind, but he also knew that if he acted personally, the experts of the two forces would certainly avoid his edge.

His previous displays had been too powerful. He had even slain a Creation Immortal. That would certainly make many people wary and unwilling to act.

Now, letting his subordinates carry out the first step could also be considered a way to draw the snake out of its cave.

From the looks of it, the experts of the two forces really could not hold back anymore.

Otherwise, with Jiang Haokong’s strength and cultivation as a Grotto-Heaven Immortal, how many people in the present age could be his match?

And now, Jiang Haokong and the others had all disappeared.

Lu Yuan knew it was time for him to act.

Beside him, Jiang Ningxian asked, ”What do you plan to do?”

She suddenly felt that perhaps all of this had also been within his expectations. If that was indeed the case, then it was surely unsettling.

”I have blessed every member of the Celestial Court with the power of Providence. Even if the two forces use methods to seal off the world, it will not be enough to stop me. As long as I want to find them, I will definitely be able to.”

Lu Yuan thought for a moment, then continued, ”And I suspect they also want to lure me out.”

The people of the two forces would certainly not act against the Celestial Court lightly. If they did, then they must have many follow-up methods.

Therefore, he guessed that while they targeted Jiang Haokong, Zhu Qingyu, and the others, they were certainly also thinking of a way to deal with him.

Otherwise, doing all that would be meaningless.

At that, Jiang Ningxian froze. In an instant, many things ran through her mind and she asked, ”You mean this may also be a trap they set for you?”

Previously, she had always felt that something was wrong about the two forces’ actions. Now, the more she looked at it, the more likely it seemed.

Especially after Lu Yuan’s reminder, Jiang Ningxian immediately understood. The Ji Clan and the Eternals had sent experts down. They were indeed trying to subdue the surrounding powers.

But because the Celestial Court and Jiang Clan had acted as well, stopping the plans of the two forces, those Grotto-Heaven Immortals, and even Creation Immortals, would certainly be enraged.

They would not swallow that. They were bound to act.

If they only acted against the members of the Celestial Court, that would be beneath their status.

Therefore, they would certainly take it a step further.

In the end, they would make Lu Yuan their actual target, because as long as they dealt with him, everything would cease to be a problem.

No matter what plan came next, they would be able to proceed without worry. It would solve the problem once and for all.

If it were her, she would do the same.

Aside from a small number of people, everyone’s impression and estimate of Lu Yuan’s strength still lingered at the Grotto-Heaven Immortal Realm.

”If that is the case, then when you act this time, I am afraid you will shock everyone again.”

Jiang Ningxian also understood what Lu Yuan intended to do.

He would use this opportunity to display his strength once more.

So what if the two forces had set a trap? This was not the first time they had done such a thing.

Jiang Ningxian did not believe they would succeed. She had absolute confidence in Lu Yuan. In her view, once he acted, no matter what trap the two forces had set, it would be instantly broken.

”There is no time to waste. I should go.” Lu Yuan rose.

A powerful aura slowly emerged from within him, surpassing any previous moment.

He radiated absolute confidence.

Without saying anything more, he waved his hand slightly. The void was torn open, and he stepped through.

Jiang Ningxian remained where she was, her eyes flowing with light, a faint smile on her visage.

She knew that he would succeed.

She did not need to worry at all, nor did she need to follow him. If she did, she might instead cause trouble.

When Lu Yuan acted, the enemy would at least be in the Grotto-Heaven Immortal Realm, and there were very likely Creation Immortals as well.

What she needed to do was simply wait quietly. That would be enough.

Meanwhile, at the Hengduan Mountains, the Immortals of the Eternals and the Ji Clan had sealed every road and restricted the area.

Zhu Qingyu, Ice Fairy, and the others had tried many methods, but they were still unable to break through.

Compared to the most supreme existences, their strength was still too weak.

As a result, the Immortals of the two forces did not regard them as threats at all.

Time passed bit by bit, and the two women grew more and more anxious. They had already guessed that the two forces had taken them as bait to lure Lu Yuan out.

In that situation, they naturally understood the danger.

If the enemy succeeded, King Lu would likely be in danger.

It was not that they lacked confidence in Lu Yuan. Rather, since the two forces dared to do this, they must have come fully prepared.

”Why hasn’t Lu Yuan arrived yet?” an Undying Immortal of the Ji Clan spoke with a puzzled gaze.

”Could it be that he does not know what happened here? Or did our sealing of heaven and earth prevent him from detecting where his subordinates are?”

If that was the case, their plan might fail.

”No. Lu Yuan’s methods are far stronger than we imagine. Even if we seal heaven and earth, it will not be enough to hide this from him,” an Undying Immortal of the Eternals replied.

He knew the seal was definitely not enough. They only needed to wait in secret.

Everyone present had already lost much of their patience. After seeing Zhu Qingyu and the others continuously attack the surrounding restrictions, killing intent had begun to rise in their hearts.

In the end, they still restrained themselves. This was bait. If the bait died, it would inevitably affect the later plan.

At this moment, a sudden rumble sounded in the air. Huge thunderbolts appeared out of thin air, raging above the clouds.

In the next instant, space shattered, and a passage appeared.

Immediately afterward, a figure slowly walked out from within.

A majestic aura swept out, shaking heaven and earth.

The restrictions laid down by the dozens of Undying Immortals from the two forces were actually shattered in an instant.

They could not withstand such power at all.

Everyone was shocked.

Before they could react, a voice rang out. ”Were you looking for me?”

As the words fell, Lu Yuan slowly walked out of the void rift.

His expression was as calm as ever, his hands behind his back. His body stood tall and straight, as though supporting heaven and earth.

The aura he emitted was not especially violent, but it was majestic.

Yes, majestic.

His cultivation had already reached an extremely high level. This was the bearing of a true powerhouse.
