Global Awakening: I'm the Only One Ready

A vast and heavy aura continuously swept out from Lu Yuan’s body. Brilliant rays of light circled around him, and terrifying power surged within him, surpassing what he had possessed before.

After a period of cultivation, Lu Yuan had finally taken that step. From Grotto-Heaven Immortal to Creation Immortal, it seemed like only one realm, but it concerned comprehension of rules.

Now that he had touched those rules, he was naturally completely different. Even the aura he revealed had changed.

As time passed, this power grew stronger and stronger until it broke through a critical point.

Rumble!

A sudden peal of thunder sounded in the room, and terrifying power surged out.

This power was enough to destroy everything within sight. Even a Sage would find it difficult to comprehend.

With a thought, Lu Yuan instantly withdrew that violent, majestic aura. At his current realm, controlling his power was exceedingly easy, and he had to do so. Otherwise, even the slightest trace leaking out would cause devastating consequences.

”It seems that in the future, I may not be able to cultivate here anymore,” he murmured to himself, feeling a little helpless.

It could not be helped.

His current realm was too high, and his strength too powerful. If he failed to control it for even an instant, the result would be terrifying.

After becoming a Creation Immortal, he possessed the power to destroy stars. Yet now, Lu Yuan had confined it within one small room because his foundation was deep and he had many methods, allowing him to control everything down to the finest detail.

But as his strength continued to increase, in the future, he would indeed have to change places to cultivate and enter seclusion.

He did not think further. Lu Yuan focused his mind slightly, then raised his hand and moved his thoughts. Immediately, a flower appeared from thin air.

Then the flower continued changing, becoming grass, a tree, and so on. This was creation, forming certain things from nothing.

As long as Lu Yuan wished, he could even make a giant mountain rise from the ground.

Of course, if he wanted to create a star, the difficulty was still far too high. The power required was too vast.

Moreover, he had only just entered the Creation Immortal Realm and had not fully adapted to its power.

Although I can create things from the void, the things I create are like water without a source, like duckweed without roots. Before long, they will dissipate. And if the creator dies, they will also disappear. This is only preliminary contact with certain related laws of heaven and earth.

With a thoughtful expression on his face, Lu Yuan looked at the flowers, grasses, and trees continuously changing in his hand.

Only after reaching this realm could one sense what was special about it.

Simply put, Creation Immortals were still very far from actual creation.

But this was normal.

In certain myths, those who could create objects from nothingness between heaven and earth were all undoubtedly top existences.

Creation Immortals clearly had not reached that level yet.

This also made Lu Yuan feel that perhaps above immortals, there were even higher realms.

For example, everyone knew the top ten Starfield Lords were all Supreme Immortals.

But what realm were the Human Sovereigns and Celestial Emperors in?

The path of evolution, the path of cultivation, is long indeed. Lu Yuan suddenly thought. Then he smiled and steadied his mind.

He had only just broken into the Creation Immortal Realm, and many things still needed adaptation, especially controlling his strength and understanding how to display the strongest battle prowess of this realm.

He could not just sit back and relax after reaching this realm.

For example, there was still a considerable gap between the current Lu Yuan and that Ji Clan Creation Immortal.

This was the Immortal Realm. Even within the same realm, there were differences, so he had to adapt and understand.

Moreover, Lu Yuan’s goal was not merely a Creation Immortal. Above this were the Celestial Seat Immortal Realm and even Supreme Immortal Realm.

At the very least, he absolutely could not slack off during this process.

Like this, time continued to pass.

After another half month, Lu Yuan walked out of the room.

The aura around him had already vanished, making him look like a mortal. He had stabilized his current realm.

What remained was continuous adaptation, and that could not be rushed.

Moreover, the outside situation seemed to change every day. The two forces had constantly been making moves.

He definitely had to pay attention at all times, especially to the information Ice Fairy had mentioned.

The clansmen of the two forces were acting unusually. Their cultivation and evolution speed had become faster, and their temperaments had changed as well. Simply put, something about this was strange enough that he could not ignore it.

The Jiang siblings were still in seclusion and showed no signs of coming out.

Lu Yuan did not mind this. After reaching the Immortal Realm, staying in seclusion for several months without emerging was completely normal.

Very soon, he met Zhu Qingyu and the others, as well as Jiang Huanyun.

During this recent period, both the Celestial Court and the Jiang Clan had been paying attention to outside movements and all kinds of news, not letting even the slightest clue slip by.

Jiang Huanyun, in particular, knew the importance of this matter.

The two forces had already come into contact with the Extracosmic Heavenly Demons. How could they not pay attention to their movements?

He did not care about the actions of the Eternals and the Ji Clan against the various starfield races. What he actually cared about was what Ice Fairy had mentioned: the clansmen of the two forces were indeed different from before.

Especially after Jiang Huanyun’s observation, he discovered that the clansmen of these two races had improved very quickly, perhaps because some kind of power was strengthening them.

Originally, among the top-ten starfields, they were all clear on one another’s foundations and their respective reserves.

But the current situation had exceeded Jiang Huanyun’s expectations. He found it very strange.

”You mean that perhaps the hand of the Extracosmic Heavenly Demons may already be deeply involved?” Lu Yuan asked. He understood what Jiang Huanyun meant.

The clansmen of the two races had improved greatly in such a short span of time. This was indeed abnormal. Even in the Great Age, it should not be like this.

There was definitely some external power involved.

He immediately thought of the power of the Extracosmic Heavenly Demons.

”That’s right.” Jiang Huanyun nodded.

He had also heard about the black dragon before. He knew the Extracosmic Heavenly Demons possessed some special method. They could allow the living beings of this universe to make tremendous progress within a short span of time.

This matter was strange from every aspect. Combined with the information they already possessed, Jiang Huanyun had arrived at this conclusion.

”It is possible. Just that... The Extracosmic Heavenly Demons should not be able to enter this realm for the time being,” Lu Yuan commented.

Some time ago, he had just spoken with the patriarch of the Jiang Clan and had learned many things.

This was especially true of matters related to the Extracosmic Heavenly Demons.

If the clansmen of the two forces had truly accepted the power of the Extracosmic Heavenly Demons, where had that power come from?

Lu Yuan did not understand much about the power of the Extracosmic Heavenly Demons. He had only sensed a trace of it on the black dragon.

Based on the previous battle, the black dragon had accepted a drop of black blood.

Its strength had then greatly increased. That black blood had also been exceedingly strange. When it came into contact with Lu Yuan, it suppressed all his power.

No matter how he struggled, he could not eliminate it.

In the end, he had used the Celestial Emperor’s Ancient Token to completely obliterate it.

Lu Yuan guessed that perhaps the clansmen of the two forces had also accepted that black blood.

Lu Yuan could not be certain of this. He had not fought them, so he did not know.

After thinking for a moment, he looked at Jiang Huanyun before him and continued, ”Senior, aside from this, have you made any other discoveries?”

Although his strength had already completely surpassed Jiang Huanyun’s, no matter what, this man was an elder. He had also stepped forward when the Celestial Court needed it most. Calling him Senior had nothing to do with his cultivation realm.

Lu Yuan’s thought was simple. Jiang Huanyun had lived for a long time and certainly understood more things. From this aspect, perhaps he could determine whether the Eternals and the Ji Clan had actually accepted the power of the Extracosmic Heavenly Demons.

”Not for now. Everything is only my guess.” Jiang Huanyun shook his head, then continued, ”However, I have already given instructions. Someone will act and find a way to capture one person so we can see what is going on.”

The Celestial Court and the Jiang Clan were both enemies of the two forces. Both sides were watching each other, so no matter what they did, they would be discovered immediately.

Jiang Huanyun’s intention was simple. He intends to use people from other starfields to capture a member of the Eternals or the Ji Clan. After careful questioning or investigation, they would understand the cause and effect.

Although doing this was rather troublesome, they could no longer worry about that much at this point.

What if it was really related to the Extracosmic Heavenly Demons?

”I agree.” Lu Yuan also knew this was a good move. It could avoid a great deal of trouble.

Afterward, the two spoke for a few more sentences, and Jiang Huanyun left.

Lu Yuan instructed Zhu Qingyu and the others on what they needed to do next.

There was not much. The main thing was guarding the places with Nine-Colored Altars. It would be best if the two forces did not discover them.

It had now been confirmed that the two clans were connected to the Extracosmic Heavenly Demons, while the Nine-Colored Altars were a kind of passage.

Lu Yuan even suspected that the enemy might come out from the altars, so they had to guard against it in advance.

No matter how the situation changed, that preparation was the right action to take.

”Yes!”

Zhu Qingyu and the others did not dare delay and immediately went on to make their preparations.

Watching everyone leave, a sharp gleam appeared in Lu Yuan’s eyes. ”I hope the two forces have only made some sort of transaction with the Extracosmic Heavenly Demons, and are not really trying to draw those existences here.”
