Demon King: Hero, don’t run away!

Vast amounts of magic power floated around the massive body of the Steel Giant Dragon, and Black Diamond Lorne didn’t lose his balance in mid-air due to paralysis.

Causing Black Diamond Lorne to fall into paralysis was just the first step; Yongfang Chunlan intended to completely knock Black Diamond Lorne down from the sky.

Waving the Zen Stick, she chanted the spell, and countless palm-sized arrays lit up beside Yongfang Chunlan, interlocking with each other.

This time, it’s interference magic.

As long as the magic power around Black Diamond Lorne is disturbed, the heavy Steel Giant Dragon will lose its support, fall from the sky, break through the ice surface, and sink into the sea.

If Yongfang Chunlan can prepare a super large frozen magic before Black Diamond Lorne surfaces, she is ten percent confident in completely freezing the seawater, restricting Black Diamond Lorne’s movements for a long time, giving Agares time.

Having followed the Deceitful Emperor in battle for many years, Black Diamond Lorne had extremely rich combat experience and realized Yongfang Chunlan’s true intention in just a moment.

Countless sharp steel scales peeled off from Black Diamond Lorne’s body, orbiting around him like tiny satellites.

Yongfang Chunlan twisted the Zen Stick, interlocking to form an array of silver-white flower buds that rotated and bloomed, countless blue-purple lights transformed into thousands of curled noodles, instantaneously engulfing Black Diamond Lorne.

Easily evading the coordination skills of several steel flying creatures, Agares raised his hand, and the eagle on his shoulder walked onto his forefinger, spreading its wings against the wind.

Clasping an empty hand, Agares gently tossed forward, sending five pentagon-shaped stones flying from his palm toward Black Diamond Lorne.

The eagle flapped its wings, disappearing entirely from Black Diamond Lorne’s forefinger, and in the next moment, five eagles moved to the pentagon-shaped stones, firmly catching the stones with their sharp claws.

Each eagle had a real entity and could soar high.

They would carry these devices to surround Black Diamond Lorne, facilitating the launch of a teleportation magic.

What Agares didn’t anticipate was a sudden light slicing through the air.

Sharp steel needles pierced through the magic light surrounding Black Diamond Lorne, spearing the conjured eagles.

The flying eagles instantly turned into clouds of black mist and quickly dissipated, while Agares used his ability to move to the position where the stones fell and steadily caught the pentagons.

No sooner did Agares catch his breath than the dazzling steel needles followed.

Black Diamond Lorne did not lose his balance in the air because of disturbed magic power around him.

The steel planets orbiting him restored the warped magic around him!

The Steel Giant Dragon flew majestically in the sky.

He shook his massive body, the paralysis caused by Yongfang Chunlan vanished without a trace.

Supporting the large and heavy physique to fly in mid-air is not an easy matter, many would certainly exploit this point, Black Diamond Lorne had already devised a response!

Surrounding magic became more orderly than before, Black Diamond Lorne produced more slender, sharp steel needles.

The barrier used by Yongfang Chunlan had a gradually diminishing effect.

Over time, mid-air flying props would slowly return to their original speed; the smaller the flying prop, the faster the speed would recover.

Agares held his breath, a gray shield was released from his silver-white pedestal.

Steel needles plunged into the shield but did not strike Agares; instead, they exited from the other side of the shield.

Agares chuckled:

”Such a close call, so close.

Just a bit slower, and those steel needles would have pierced several holes.”

”What a troublesome ability.

If that’s the case, then completely lock down the entire sky, leaving you nowhere to escape.”

Black Diamond Lorne vibrated his wings, stirring up a hurricane, while his clansmen used acceleration skills, charging towards Agares.

Tens of thousands of steel creations expanded outward around them.

Agares grasped the pentagon, and all the eagles that flew out returned to him, their shadows overlapping.

All four eagles were fused into one.

Agares leisurely looked toward the distant Yongfang Chunlan, and said helplessly:

”Miss Yongfang.

This way, there’s no way to open the transmission barrier, you know!

Push a little harder.”

”You don’t need to tell me, I know.

I indeed underestimated the abilities of this Four Heavenly Kings, especially since he brought so many of his people.

Ignoring the Hero is advantageous to us.

Don’t rush, haste makes waste.

You also need to show some effort and work with me.”

The Zen Stick wrapped around blue-green magic, Yongfang Chunlan had already begun preparing new magic, taking another approach to deal with Black Diamond Lorne.

Agares laughed: ”I’m always full of energy.

Only, my ability destined me to fight this way.

Although I can perform a few magic spells, they are far inferior to yours.

The gap in numbers is simply too vast.

I think Miss Yongfang should not have boasted and asked for more manpower besides me.

If Lord Bar were here, his proficiency in combat would easily take down these enemies.”

”Back then, it wasn’t just idle bragging. There’s no need now to open the gate and summon other demons to this world.”

”Then hurry up and put more effort in, I’ll be here supporting you as much as possible.” Agares’s smile remained, ”How about entrusting your safety to me for now?”

Yongfang Chunlan didn’t reply, instead focusing more on weaving magic, for she wasn’t at ease enough to fully entrust her back to a demon.

Unfortunately, given the current situation, the demon’s strength was necessary.

Countless tiny steel creations fell densely like raindrops, and Yongfang Chunlan unfolded a magic shield.

As soon as the tiny steel needles touched Yongfang Chunlan’s shield, they immediately broke.

The steel clan’s steel needles were meant for sealing off; their real attack was close combat!

Under the cover of numerous steel needles, several flying creatures transformed by the Steel Clan used transfer skills to reach Yongfang Chunlan’s front, revealing their sharp teeth and claws.

The Steel Clan is known for their defense, but their attacks, especially in close combat, are significantly damaging.

Once in close quarters, the Steel Clan can also perform a series of control skills, surrounding the target tightly.

For many Steel Clan members, once close, the battle is quickly decided.

However, several strong Steel Clan members coordinating their control was completely void.

The Steel Clan members, ferocious and attacking, had their strikes bypass Yongfang Chunlan’s body.

What Yongfang Chunlan left behind was merely an illusion; she had long moved to an unknown place.

The Steel Clan contacted Black Diamond Lorne through their network, confirming Yongfang Chunlan’s location with Black Diamond Lorne.

The expansive attack did not perceive the position of Yongfang Chunlan and Agares, but Black Diamond Lorne knew roughly where they had gone.
