Elevator Survival: Master of Every Floor

The explosion rate is really highThe cement chunks splashed from the bullets hitting the wall stung Lin Feng, but at this moment, he couldn’t care less, lowering his head and focusing only on climbing up.

Suddenly! Lin Feng’s heart began to pound, and the next moment, a bullet struck his back.

The impact nearly knocked Lin Feng off the ladder, but fortunately, he reacted quickly and gripped the ladder tightly with both hands. After stabilizing his body, Lin Feng continued to climb upwards.

The ladder wasn’t very high, only about six or seven meters.

So this time, Lin Feng endured the pain and climbed directly up.

Thanks to his constitution of 34 points, the bullet did not penetrate his body but remained inside.

Coupled with his self-healing ability, the wound quickly healed.

Lin Feng’s heart was extremely vexed at this moment.

After all, every step he took now brought intense pain.

The thought of having to remove the bullet later made Lin Feng even more annoyed.

However, he successfully climbed onto the rooftop.

The rooftop was cluttered with many construction materials and some outdoor air conditioning units, which were probably meant for final installation.

These now served as Lin Feng’s cover.

”He’s on the rooftop! Only two hundred meters to the finish line!!!”

”It’s over, it’s over! I didn’t expect the hunters to lose with such a big advantage...”

”Shoot him quickly! He’s running again!”

”Heh heh, at his speed, he’ll be there in five or six seconds. Plus the cover, how could you hit him? I’ve given up anyway.”

One of them shrugged his shoulders and then lay down on the high platform with a composed expression.

Death seemed like an insignificant matter to him.

”Damn it, I’ve had enough too! This wretched place! If I die, I die. Maybe I can even return to Blue Star!”

Another person also threw down his gun and lay down on the rooftop with him, looking resigned.

As Lin Feng got closer and closer to the finish line, fewer and fewer people persisted, until only one person remained.

”I don’t want to die, I don’t want to die... I haven’t found my child yet, I don’t want to die...”

”Brother, don’t keep going. That guy is like a monster. If you ask me, just give up.”

The young man crossed his legs, enjoying these last moments. Many Seekers who had died by his hand flashed through his mind, and he suddenly became curious about how he would eventually die.

”Shut up!! You all want to die, don’t you? Then go die!!”

As he spoke, he raised his gun, turned towards the group who had given up, and pulled the trigger.

Bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang!!

Immediately, blood splattered, and the other seven people fell into pools of blood.

The man wiped the tears from the corners of his eyes, then watched helplessly as Lin Feng ran to the finish line.

.......

”Ding dong! The prey has reached the finish line. Game over. Hunter failed.”

..............

After reaching the finish line, Lin Feng was teleported back to the Elevator, so he wasn’t very clear about what happened next.

”Beep, congratulations, Host, for completing the mission. The reward has been issued. Please check it.”

The system’s voice rang out, and a large amount of theoretical knowledge related to parkour instantly appeared in Lin Feng’s mind. At the same time, his body’s coordination also improved significantly.

It’s just a pity that this skill did not increase Lin Feng’s attribute values.

Soon, the floor reward issued by the Elevator also arrived. One hundred gold coins appeared in the storage area, and a black box appeared in front of Lin Feng.

The upgrade set was what Lin Feng lacked most for upgrading, so after opening it, Lin Feng would receive a random number of upgrade sets.

However, it stated that he could get a minimum of 1 and a maximum of ten.

”Hehe, with my luck, giving me ten isn’t too much, right?”

Lin Feng rubbed his hands, then directly opened the box.

Upon opening, the black box instantly disappeared, leaving behind a pile of upgrade sets.

”One, two, three, four, five... ten, huh?? How is there still one more??”

Lin Feng picked up the eleventh upgrade set, a bit confused, and rubbed his eyes. Did he miscount?

Then Lin Feng counted again, but it was still eleven.

”My goodness!! This drop rate!”

This drop rate is even higher than what the official announcement said! It’s too touching!!

Calming himself down, Lin Feng put all eleven upgrade sets into the storage area, then clicked to upgrade.

This time, the Elevator still did not expand. It seemed like it hadn’t expanded for a long time.

What surprised Lin Feng was that the perpetually unchanged Infinite Pool actually changed. Its area became two square meters, and its height was still fifty centimeters.

In addition, he gained one more chance to use Emergency Evasion. Lin Feng now had two chances.

And then... that was it?

No, that’s not right. Upon careful inspection, Lin Feng discovered that there was a temperature adjustment button in the Elevator.

”Elevator Temperature Controller: Can control the temperature inside the Elevator. Minimum 1 degree Celsius, maximum 50 degrees Celsius. Maintenance cost: 1 gold coin per day.”

”It really is an air conditioner. 1 gold coin a day, that price....”

Lin Feng scratched his head. It didn’t seem very expensive. This was much better than an air cooler.

After all, air coolers always felt a bit damp when used.

Now the air cooler could be directly eliminated.

Lin Feng adjusted the temperature to sixteen degrees Celsius.

Immediately, a wave of coolness swept over him.

”Ah, so refreshing~”

”Ow~~”

”Are you cool too?”

Lin Feng turned to look at the Little Velociraptor, who had its head raised, and smiled.

”Ow ow!”

The Little Velociraptor shook its head, then with its short front claws, it very laboriously patted its belly.

Well, this guy was hungry again...

Lin Feng helplessly rubbed his forehead, then threw the pet bone hanging on the wall to the Little Velociraptor, letting him gnaw on it for a while.

Lin Feng went to the pool and looked inside, sighing regretfully when he found nothing.

He was really missing that Golden Koi now.

In the Exchange, let alone a Golden Koi, he couldn’t even see a salted fish.

He also didn’t know if all koi could increase luck when eaten.

Lin Feng thought as he took out ingredients from his cowhide backpack.

Just then, the system’s mission arrived.

”Beep! Congratulations, Host, for completing the mission. The daily evaluation reward has been issued. Please check it in your personal panel.”

”Beep! Upgrade mission triggered. Please upgrade the Elevator to Level 18. Reward: cowhide backpack Upgrade (integrates all slots, any item can be stacked, provided it does not exceed the total weight limit after integration).”

”Mission time!”

When Lin Feng heard the mission’s reward, he immediately became excited.

This would directly turn the cowhide backpack into storage space!

The cowhide backpack had eight slots, each with a 500 kg limit, so integrated, it would be 4000 kg.

One cowhide backpack could hold four tons of stuff! And it could be stacked freely.

That’s really good~~

”Oh, right, let’s see what the daily evaluation says.”

Lin Feng vaguely remembered that this thing could increase attributes.
