After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1892: Chapter 1896: What... Are You Planning to Do

”Alright.” Leng Zimo nodded lightly. ”I’ll let Ah Jiu and the others know.”

”No need, I won’t alert them.” Leng Zirui stood up. ”See you tonight.”

”Be careful.” Leng Zimo frowned and reminded him.

He raised his hand to his temple and waggled his fingers at Leng Zimo, then Leng Zirui glanced around and strode out of the bar. Leng Zimo sat there for a while longer; seeing nothing unusual, he paid for his drink and left the bar as well.

By the time Leng Zimo got back to the hotel, Ah Jiu and Ah Sang had also returned and were already waiting for him in the living room of his suite.

”This is the information you wanted.”

Ah Jiu placed a thick stack of documents in front of him. Leng Zimo took the folder, drew out the contents, and in his hands the topmost pages were a few photos. In the photos, a beautiful old castle sat on a lush green hillside.

As Leng Zimo flipped through the photos, Ah Jiu stood beside him and carefully described the situation of this castle.

”The location shown on your phone is a castle, built in 1934. It was once the residence of a grand duke. Twenty-seven years ago it was bought by Luo Ke’s father. After his father died, all the assets fell under Luo Ke’s name. The castle itself has three floors and thirty-five rooms, plus quarters for workers and grooms, a garage... In this old castle Luo Ke has collected all sorts of antiques he smuggled in from all over the world—famous paintings, porcelain... various decorative pieces and so on. To ensure the safety of these things, he’s overhauled the castle’s security system several times. Now the castle’s security measures are extremely tight. On a normal day there are at least more than twenty men staying in the castle to protect him and the place, not including doctors and Maids. There are fences all around the castle, all installed with wide-angle surveillance equipment...” Ah Jiu let out a soft sigh. ”Breaking through will be very difficult, unless... we can find an inside man.”

Leng Zimo nodded. ”Ah Sang, how are things on your end?”

”I’ve already made contact with a local arms dealer. As long as we have money, we can get anything.” Ah Sang said.

”Good.” Leng Zimo took out the map Leng Zirui had given him from his suit pocket and pointed at it with his finger. ”Now, what I need you to do is: Ah Jiu, get a mid-sized speedboat ready and have it docked at this spot when I need it. Then prepare a car as well. Whether it’s the boat or the car, the security systems must be top-notch. And... coordinate with the airport. Once I make the call, you have to have the takeoff arrangements settled within half an hour. Ah Sang, you’re in charge of the weapons.”

”What... exactly are you planning to do?” Ah Jiu frowned and asked.

Leng Zimo looked as if he had everything under control, but... with a castle that heavily guarded, and Madam being pregnant, could it really go that smoothly?!

”I’ve already found an inside man.” Leng Zimo did not mention Leng Zirui’s name.

Being an undercover agent had to be kept secret. Even facing the very trustworthy Ah Jiu and Ah Sang, Leng Zimo wasn’t worried they would betray Zirui; he was worried that if they knew the truth, they might inadvertently give something away. Once anything leaked, Leng Zirui’s situation would become extremely dangerous. Leng Zimo could not risk his own brother’s life.

Hearing that Leng Zimo had found an inside man, Ah Jiu and Ah Sang were overjoyed. They immediately took their leave to go and make preparations according to his instructions.
