Chapter 1879: Chapter 1883: Remembering That Little Girl

In the past, whether it was a phone or losing something important, ROY would never fetch it himself. This time, he actually volunteered to go.

Ah Ke was not surprised; he just chuckled and said, ”That’s because he wants to keep the memory of that little girl.”

ROY has always been very bold in his affections; seeing Leng Zirui’s attitude earlier, Ah Ke simply assumed that Leng Zirui was, as usual, attracted to Luo Xiaoqian.

Even a man like Ah Ke, who doesn’t generally like Asian women, had to admit, Luo Xiaoqian was truly a beauty. ROY, who always liked Asian girls, being attracted to Luo Xiaoqian seemed perfectly natural to Ah Ke, so he had no doubts at all.

...

...

Upstairs.

The female doctor carefully conducted the necessary examinations for Luo Xiaoqian, removed her gloves, and helped her dress.

”How is it?” Luo Xiaoqian asked anxiously.

”Everything is normal,” the female doctor replied with a smile.

Upon hearing this, Luo Xiaoqian secretly breathed a sigh of relief.

When the maid and female assistant helped Luo Xiaoqian up, the female doctor left the room and knocked on the door of Luo Ke’s Study Room opposite. ”Come in.”

Hearing Luo Ke’s voice inside, the female doctor immediately pushed the door open and said to Luo Ke, ”Mr. Luo Ke, the examination is complete. Everything is normal. However, Luo Xiaoqian’s health condition raises some concerns. If you want both the mother and child to be safe, she must get more nutrition, maintain a happy mood, and get enough sleep.”

Luo Ke tilted his head slightly and looked at her, ”I don’t want this child.”

The female doctor froze, ”What do you mean?”

”I want you to help her terminate this pregnancy,” Luo Ke said.

He certainly didn’t want his woman carrying another man’s child.

”This...” The female doctor hesitated, ”I hope you reconsider. It’s best not to do this.”

”Why?” Luo Ke asked unhappily.

The female doctor frowned, ”Miss Luo’s uterus is somewhat unusual. How should I put it, her uterus has an extra membrane compared to that of an ordinary person. While this doesn’t affect the fetus’s development, it does make her chances of conception relatively low. Such a uterus is not easily able to conceive, and generally, these kinds of uteruses don’t develop very well. The uterine wall can be relatively thin in places, and abortion could have significant effects on the body.”

”For example...”

”If things go well, she might just need a period of good rest to recover. But if things don’t go well, she could experience heavy bleeding or even uterine perforation. In her current state, she couldn’t possibly endure it... She could be at risk of losing her life.”

Luo Ke stood up, walked over to the female doctor, and grabbed her by the collar, his dark green eyes staring directly into her blue eyes.

”Is it really that serious?!”

”Mr. Luo Ke!” The female doctor displayed a look of panic on her face, ”What I’m saying is the truth... Moreover, I don’t understand why you want to do this. Since you love Miss Luo deeply, don’t you want a child that you and she create together? I know that sometimes men can have a fear of becoming fathers, but it’s not as scary as it seems. Those little children are like angels; they inherit the genes of both father and mother, like a continuation of life. I can tell Miss Luo loves this child very much. If you take this child away, it’ll not only break her body but also her spirit.”
