After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1852: Chapter 1856: Then Do You Want to Kiss Them?

Otherwise, she was really a bit worried that Luo Ke would notice the extra necklace and thus become aware of something.

Luo Ke looked her up and down, his gaze falling on her feet.

On her feet, she was still wearing those flat canvas shoes.

Luo Ke raised an eyebrow slightly, ”Sissi, it seems you’ve forgotten to change your shoes.”

”No need, these shoes... they’re comfortable!”

”Comfortable?” Luo Ke shook his head. ”No, they’re too ugly; they don’t suit you.”

He reached out to grab her arm and brought her to the side of the bed, turning to pick up the shoe box on the floor.

Luo Xiaoqian was worried he would notice the watch peeking out, so she quickly moved her foot to cover the exposed corner of the watch.

At this moment, Luo Ke had already taken out the shoes he prepared for her from the box — beautiful crystal high heels, dazzling gold, with slender heels.

Sitting down in front of her, Luo Ke raised his hand towards her foot.

Luo Xiaoqian, afraid he would discover the hidden watch, didn’t dodge and let him untie the shoelaces, slip her foot into the high heels, and help her change both shoes. Only then did Luo Ke stand up, pulling her up from the bed, and looked her over from head to toe again, finally nodding in satisfaction.

”Perfect!”

”Then... shall we go!”

Luo Xiaoqian just wanted to leave this room as soon as possible.

Luo Ke looked at her quizzically, stepped forward, and gazed into her eyes.

”Your breathing is a bit rushed, your heart is beating fast... you’re very nervous, aren’t you, Sissi?!”

”I...” Luo Xiaoqian took a light breath, ”That’s because your eyes... make me nervous.”

Luo Ke laughed softly, ”Sissi, even though I know you’re lying, I still like hearing you say that!”

”I’m not lying. Your eyes are indeed beautiful... just like...” Luo Xiaoqian gazed into his eyes, ”There’s a kind of jade in China that’s this color.”

”Then do you want to kiss them?”

Luo Ke smiled and asked, then his arm lifted to hold the back of her dress collar.

Luo Xiaoqian’s breath tightened, she didn’t make a sound, but her body instinctively stepped back.

Her mouth could lie, but her body couldn’t deceive — she disliked his closeness.

Luo Ke smiled at her and zipped up her dress.

”It’s okay, we can take it slow.”

Releasing her, he extended an arm towards her.

Luo Xiaoqian pursed her lips and stepped out of the door herself.

Since she couldn’t deceive him, she didn’t want to force herself to get close to him.

Luo Ke frowned as he watched her graceful figure, stepped out after her, and immediately ordered his men, ”Clean up inside, don’t leave any traces.”

Upon hearing this command, Luo Xiaoqian’s heart tightened, she gritted her teeth silently, and tried her best not to show any emotion.

Two men quickly returned to the room, gathered up the clothes Luo Xiaoqian had changed out of and Luo Ke’s clothes and other items, packed them into a bag, and took them to the living room. Seeing that they hadn’t found the watch, Luo Xiaoqian finally breathed a sigh of relief.

Together, they left the room, went downstairs to the deck.

By now it was late at night, and the sea breeze felt particularly cool, Luo Xiaoqian instinctively hugged her arms.

Seeing her, Luo Ke took off his jacket and draped it over her shoulders, then carefully helped her down the stairs and onto the speedboat waiting to pick them up. Luo Ke led Luo Xiaoqian into the cabin, and the men also jumped onto the boat, which immediately sped off towards the shore.

Good afternoon.
