After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1537: Chapter 1541: You Think I Like Touching Your Stinky Feet

”Over there!” Leng Zirui raised his hand, pointing to the seat at the back row.

Xu Xia was there, vigorously waving towards them and blowing continuous kisses.

”Why isn’t Godmother coming over?!” Luo Jun asked puzzledly.

”Your godmother twisted her ankle and can’t walk.” Leng Zirui lifted him off the stage, ”Shall I take you over to see her?!”

”Is the twisted ankle serious?!” Luo Xiaoqian asked worriedly.

”Come on, let’s go have a look!” Leng Zimo held her arm, carefully guiding her down the steps.

Everyone walked together to Xu Xia’s seat in the back row.

”Godmother!” Luo Jun looked worriedly at Xu Xia’s foot wrapped in popsicle, ”Does your foot hurt?!”

”It doesn’t hurt, it’s just very greedy and wants some ice cream!” Xu Xia pulled him over and gave him two heavy kisses on his face, ”See, doesn’t Godmother keep her word?”

”Yes!” The little guy nodded.

”How is it?!” Luo Xiaoqian also asked anxiously.

Xu Xia waved her hand nonchalantly, ”It’s nothing, it doesn’t hurt at all. You guys don’t need to stand here, go back first, we’ll talk after the show is over.”

”We’ll go back to our seats, see you when it’s over.” Leng Zimo held Luo Jun’s hand and guided Luo Xiaoqian back to their seats in the front.

On the stage, the performance continued.

Leng Zirui checked the time, took away the popsicle used for cold compress from Xu Xia’s foot, sat back beside her, and used a wet wipe to clean her injury before taking out a bottle of safflower oil from the first aid kit.

”Let me do it myself!” Xu Xia lifted her foot to withdraw her leg.

Leng Zirui held her calf, ”Forget it, you’re all thumbs!”

Xu Xia opened her mouth, wanting to retort but at a loss for words.

Meanwhile, Leng Zirui had already poured out the medicinal oil inside and was carefully applying it to her ankle with his fingers.

Having just had a cold compress, her skin was very cool, his fingers felt exceptionally warm, almost burning. As his fingers lightly glided over her skin, Xu Xia felt a rising restlessness within her.

She turned her face toward the stage, her eyes seeing the performance, but her mind felt only his fingers tracing circles over her skin, a ticklish tingling; her hairs were standing on end.

That jerk, it’s just applying some medicinal oil, how is it so tedious, is he trying to embroider a flower on her ankle?!

”Will you just get done with it already?!” Xu Xia turned her face, growling unhappily, ”Embroidering flowers?”

”Need to massage a bit, the medicine works better that way!” Leng Zirui gave her a sideways glance, ”Think I enjoy touching your smelly feet?”

”Nonsense, I bathed before I came out, they aren’t smelly at all!”

”I enjoy touching your fragrant feet, happy?”

”Not allowed!” Xu Xia said as she tried to retract her foot; exerting too much force, her knee bumped into the chair back in front, causing her to wince with pain and inhale sharply.

”I told you you’re clumsy but you won’t admit it!” Leng Zirui put her leg back on his lap and casually poured some medicinal oil, applying it to the spot she just bumped, ”You might not be swollen and in pain now, but if it’s not treated well, it could swell tomorrow; the day after tomorrow is Sister Tongya’s wedding, do you plan to be the bridesmaid with a cane...”

”Shut up!” Xu Xia hurriedly interrupted him, ”Don’t say another word, you jinx, everything you say comes true...”

”I’ll just touch, no talk, alright?!” Leng Zirui laughed.
