After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1536: Chapter 1540: Why Are You Kissing Me Again?

The little guy glanced at his parents, raised his hand, and pressed the piano keys. A pleasant melody began to flow from his small hands.

The song ”Brave” is one of Leng Zimo’s early works and a song that Luo Xiaoqian liked very much back in the day. Leng Zimo originally wrote it for his mother, and during the five years he was separated from Luo Xiaoqian, she listened to it often. Luo Jun was influenced by it and became very fond of this song as well.

After a modified piano introduction, Leng Zimo’s violin and Luo Xiaoqian’s voice joined in succession.

The original song was meant to be sung and played, but to highlight their son, Leng Zimo made some adjustments to the entire song, moving the violin and singing parts to a secondary position to primarily feature Luo Jun’s piano.

At the piano solo in the middle, the two of them stopped and looked at Luo Jun.

Under the lights, the little guy wore a snow-white shirt, and his hair was haloed with a bright glow from the lights. His focused expression and cute, delicate face exuded confidence.

This was not his first time performing on stage. Perhaps because he inherited his parents’ genes, he possessed a talent for music far surpassing that of ordinary people.

His slender little hands danced over the piano keys like fluttering butterfly wings, creating a continuous play of light and shadow.

Then, he dropped both hands to end the interlude solo with a beautiful harmony. At the same time, the violin and Luo Xiaoqian’s singing resumed.

”I know, you’re surely smiling down from heaven, hoping I can be brave...”

The violin withdrew, and Luo Xiaoqian’s voice gradually faded.

Luo Jun’s tiny fingers lightly tapped the keys, transforming into a light and ethereal melody, with lingering echoes that didn’t dissipate.

Coming forward, Leng Zimo and Luo Xiaoqian each took one of his little hands, leading him to the front of the stage to bow to everyone.

The applause was thunderous.

Qin Wanwan had already dashed from the side of the stage, handing the bouquet she received to Luo Jun.

”Thank you!” Luo Jun thanked politely, and the little girl stretched out her arm, pulling him into an embrace and unabashedly giving him a kiss on the cheek.

Luo Jun frowned slightly, ”Didn’t you say you wouldn’t kiss me without permission?!”

”Well... can I kiss you?” Qin Wanwan asked.

He glanced at her and nodded a bit reluctantly, and the little girl immediately leaned in and kissed him on the cheek again.

Luo Jun’s eyebrows furrowed even tighter, ”Why did you kiss me again?”

Qin Wanwan blinked her big eyes, looking innocent, ”Didn’t you agree?”

Luo Xiaoqian still had the microphone in her hand, and the dialogue between the two little ones was clearly heard, causing not only the two adults on stage to smile but also eliciting laughter from the audience below.

”Ha... these little things are so funny!” Xu Xia raised her hand to her lips and blew a loud whistle.

Leng Zirui looked sideways at her enthusiastic expression and just slightly raised the corners of his mouth.

”Quick, help me give this up there!” Xu Xia handed him a super large bear from the chair next to her, ”Remember to give my son a kiss from me too!”

”Don’t move your feet!” Leng Zirui carefully moved her foot off his leg, stood up, and took the super large bear Xu Xia brought to the edge of the stage where Luo Jun was already standing, ”Mo Mo, your performance just now was amazing, and this is a gift from your godmother!”

”Uncle Zirui!” The little guy immediately ran over and took the giant bear that was taller than him, ”Where’s godmother?!”
