After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 993: Chapter 997: The Gentlest Person in the World

A whole car full of gifts, and it took almost two hours just to unload and assemble them.

Luo Xiaoqian’s villa instantly turned into a children’s playground. Not only was there a several-meter-wide children’s castle set up in the yard, but the living room, the hallway... everywhere was filled with toys. It’s a good thing her room is big enough, otherwise, these things wouldn’t have fit at all.

John brought Luo Jun back, and as soon as the little guy entered the door, he was stunned by the sight of the room full of toys. Luo Jun had plenty of toys too, but seeing this many at once was hard for him to not be amazed.

Luo Xiaoqian went upstairs to change clothes, leaving only Xu Xia in the living room.

Seeing the little guy walk in, Xu Xia immediately recognized who he was. Looking at this little guy who was even more exquisite and adorable than in photos, she quickly walked over to him, ”You must be Mo Mo, right?”

”Who are you?” Luo Jun looked up at Xu Xia, ”Why are you in my house?!”

The little guy wasn’t shy at all, which suited Xu Xia’s temperament.

”I’m your godmother, Xu Xia!” she replied with a smile.

Luo Jun pouted, ”You’re lying, I only have one mom.”

”I’m not lying, if you don’t believe me, ask your mom.” Xu Xia looked at the adorable little guy in front of her with a smile, ”Even when you were still in your mom’s belly, I discussed with your mom to be your godmother!”

Luo Jun blinked, ”Then why have I never seen you?”

”That’s because... godmother didn’t know where you were...” Thinking of Luo Xiaoqian’s life over the years, Xu Xia’s nose tingled, and tears uncontrollably fell from her eyes.

Luo Jun furrowed his little brows, ”You women are so troublesome, crying over nothing!”

”Mo Mo!” Luo Xiaoqian came downstairs and just happened to hear this, immediately frowning, ”Apologize.”

”No need, no need!” Xu Xia hurriedly reached out her arms to protect Luo Jun, ”Don’t listen to your mom, godmother isn’t angry, no need to apologize. I love hearing anything you say. All these toys are from godmother to you. Do you like them? In the future, whatever you like, just tell godmother; whatever you like, godmother will buy it all for you.”

”All of these are from you?” The little guy was shocked.

”Of course, after all, I’m your godmother!” Xu Xia raised the back of her hand to wipe her eyes, ”Let godmother wash her face, then I’ll come back to play with you. You can play whatever you want, shooting games, toy cars... there’s even a maze slide on the lawn!”

The little guy was not greedy at all, ”It’s too much, I only need one.”

Hearing the little guy’s words, Xu Xia liked him even more, ”Truly my good godson, just like your father, not greedy at all!”

”Have you seen my dad?” The little guy immediately showed interest.

”I...” Xu Xia looked apologetically at Luo Xiaoqian beside her, ”Ah, yes, of course, I’ve seen him. He’s tall and handsome, and he can play the piano...”

”Is he, like Uncle Zimo, also very gentle with mom?” The little guy curiously asked.

”That’s right!” Xu Xia nodded affirmatively, ”Your father, in front of your mom, is the gentlest person in the world!”

”What are you talking about?!” With light footsteps, Leng Zimo strode into the living room.

”Uncle Zimo!” Luo Jun immediately turned around and ran towards him, ”This Aunt Xu Xia says she’s seen my dad!”

Seeing Leng Zimo walk in, Xu Xia really wanted to just bury her head in the floor out of embarrassment.

Before coming, she repeatedly reminded herself to not speak out of turn, so why did she bring up the very thing she shouldn’t have?
