After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 985: Chapter 989: I’m also talking about business

In her heart, only worried about his body having any more issues, Luo Xiaoqian almost answered without thinking.

”Of course!”

Leng Zimo’s lips curved upward, a hint of smugness in his eyes.

Their eyes met, and Luo Xiaoqian clearly saw a trace of scheming in his gaze.

As expected, his thin lips parted, and in a magnetic baritone, he uttered five low and enticing words.

”I want to take a bath.”

Luo Xiaoqian’s face heated up, ”I... I’ll go prepare the bathwater for you.”

She turned and walked into the bathroom, and Leng Zimo came over and leaned against the bathroom door, watching her busy around.

She cleaned the tub, adjusted the water temperature, and filled the water...

She was just wearing a light beige casual house outfit, the thin fabric naturally outlined her body’s contours, her hair tied in a ponytail, with her slender neck and one side of her shoulder fully exposed.

Testing the water temperature, Luo Xiaoqian turned off the faucet and turned around.

”Come over, I’ll help you take off your clothes!”

Leng Zimo obediently walked over, stopping in front of her, his eyes gazing at her with amusement.

This little woman seemed quite calm, and he wanted to see how long she could maintain her composure.

Luo Xiaoqian raised her hand to pinch his buttons, undoing them one by one, and his chest gradually became exposed to her.

The skin in front of her looked unbelievably good; the jade-white texture was masculine and robust, showing a well-toned physique from years of fitness, without a trace of extra flesh, from the shoulder line to the chest and down to the abdomen.

She lowered her eyes to avoid looking at his two pink points, first helping him out of the uninjured left arm, then carefully slipping off his shirt from the cast.

Now that the shirt was dealt with, next up were the pants.

She raised her hand, pinched his belt, and gently pulled it open, then grasped the zipper and pulled it down.

Luo Xiaoqian’s heartbeat inexplicably sped up.

Although she had countless intimate encounters with him, undressing like this in complete silence felt quite odd.

”What do you want to eat tomorrow morning? I’ll make it for you.”

She earnestly tried to find a topic, but as the words left her mouth, she realized her voice sounded strange, somewhat dry, coarse, and hoarse. Instinctively, she swallowed.

”Do you want to eat me?”

A resonant and seductive voice from Leng Zimo sounded above her head.

”I’m talking about serious matters!”

Luo Xiaoqian’s face instantly turned red to the ears, her fingers slipped, and his trousers slipped from her grasp, piling up at his feet.

”I’m also talking about serious matters!”

This man’s ability to act rogue in front of her was increasing by the day, Luo Xiaoqian rushed around him in a panic, ”I... I’ll go get some plastic wrap to cover your cast, so it doesn’t get wet!”

She ran downstairs to the kitchen, washed her face with cold water, then grabbed the plastic wrap and went back upstairs.

Upon entering the bathroom, seeing Leng Zimo already lazily lying in the bathtub, she finally sighed with relief.

Bending down by his side, she carefully pulled out the plastic wrap to wrap the cast on his arm. He turned his face to watch her intently, her exquisite brows and eyes, slightly parted lips due to concentration, and sharp chin.

Around her neck, the necklace had slipped out from her collar, and the key dangled before his eyes.

Gleaming, catching the light.

His eyes began to ache painfully, as another scene flashed before him once more.

A girl, lying naked on the pillow, a thin quilt half-covering, with kiss marks on her neck like roses...

”What’s wrong?!”

Having wrapped his injured hand, seeing his furrowed brow, Luo Xiaoqian asked worriedly.

...

...

Good night...
