After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 980: Chapter 984: The First ”Daddy” Is for Daddy

”Alright!” The little guy immediately agreed.

The two men, one big and one small, sat down together on the piano bench, one reached out with his left hand, the other with his right.

”I’ll say when to start!” Luo Xiaoqian walked over, glanced at the two who were prepared, ”Start!”

Luo Jun had listened to these CDs of Leng Zimo countless times, and was already familiar with the piano pieces down to his bones. Leng Zimo’s own compositions, he was even more familiar with, of course.

Although it was the first time the two collaborated, there was no sense of discord.

One with the left hand, one with the right, they matched perfectly.

”Perfect!”

As the piece ended, Luo Xiaoqian immediately applauded them.

”I wish my dad could play as well as Uncle Zimo!” The little guy said with longing.

Leng Zimo patted his little head, ”If Uncle Zimo were to be your dad, would you be willing?”

Beside them, Luo Xiaoqian felt a bit worried hearing him suddenly ask this question.

Unexpectedly, Luo Jun nodded without hesitation, ”Uncle Zimo can be my godfather, then I could have two amazing dads!”

Luo Xiaoqian was somewhat stunned, but Leng Zimo already laughed contentedly, ”Alright, then we’ll settle it like this. In the future, don’t call me Uncle Zimo, call me Dad, okay?”

Since Luo Xiaoqian had already decided to be with him, he should work with her to resolve the obstacle of Luo Jun as soon as possible.

Leng Zimo knew Luo Jun was no longer a child who understood nothing; he was starting to become sensible. To get this little guy to accept him, just relying on Luo Xiaoqian’s efforts wouldn’t be enough. He must also work doubly hard himself.

”No!”

The little guy immediately refused.

Luo Xiaoqian feared Leng Zimo would be upset hearing that, furrowed her brow, ”Mo Mo...”

Leng Zimo was still smiling, raised his hand to signal to her, and he gently patted the little guy’s head, ”Since you want Uncle Zimo to be your godfather, why not call me?!”

Luo Jun raised his face, ”Uncle Zimo, I’m sorry, I want to reserve my first ’Dad’ for my dad!”

”It’s okay!” Leng Zimo gently caressed the little guy’s face, ”Uncle Zimo isn’t in a hurry.”

The little guy lifted his face, seeing the gentle look in his eyes, and naturally leaned his little head against his chest, ”I wish Uncle Zimo were my real dad!”

This man, so handsome and kind, treats both him and his mom well, plays the piano beautifully... his image fulfills all the little guy’s fantasies about a father.

Sensing the little guy’s attachment to him, Leng Zimo’s left arm naturally embraced him, his palm was as gentle as a father’s, patting his back, ”Though you’re not Uncle Zimo’s real son, in Uncle’s heart, you’re closer than my own son. Whether you call me Uncle or Dad, Uncle will love you like a father!”

Looking at the two of them, Luo Xiaoqian felt a pang of heartache.

This is unfair, to both Leng Zimo and Luo Jun.

Perhaps, it’s time to tell them the truth.

She thought silently.

After a while, Leng Zimo finally released the little guy, ”It’s getting late, time to sleep. Uncle’s hand is injured, can’t help you bathe, go wash with mom, and then Uncle Zimo will tell you a story, okay?”

The little guy lifted his head with a smile, and Luo Xiaoqian walked over to hold his little hand, leading him to the bathroom.
